  Wedding of my dreams!

  I honestly don't even know where to begin, Keri and the Always Yours Events team are just fabulous and TOP NOTCH! Due to COVID, I planned my entire wedding by myself without a wedding planner only to have it cancelled a week before, so from first hand experience I can tell you DON'T GO THIS ROUTE, a wedding planner is 1000000% necessary... and not just any wedding planner, it has to be AYE :) I honestly could not fathom having to plan my wedding all over again 2 years later, and I had been drooling over Keri's Instagram for ages so I reached out... and it was without a doubt the best decision I have ever made! Keri helped us navigate a complicated COVID situation with ease and she took all of my existing plans and made then 5 MILLION times better. She thinks of so many small details that make a world of difference that I never in a million years would have thought of, and it left our guests in awe -- people are constantly telling me how beautiful the decor was, how seamless the evening was, how beautiful the flowers were, etc. and it was all Keri. The best piece of advice I can give you is to let Keri run free and not micro manage the event because I was just blow away with the results, she is INCREDIBLE! Keri really took the time to get to know us and our style preferences and I could tell she just got us and instantly trusted her. What she will come up with when given a blank canvas will blow your mind, and I am SO GLAD that she took the stress off me and made our wedding day better than I ever could have imagined. She helped me with hair, make-up, jewelry, and outfit ideas, she made slight tweaks to the off the shelf tasting menu from the caterer that really were delicious and so impactful, she made sure my dress and gifts got back to my Airbnb while I went to the afterparty, she noticed my mom needed champagne before the toasts and gave her a glass, the list goes on and on. Numerous friends told me not to get upset on my wedding day if things don't go exactly as planned, but I honestly have to say it was perfect and there was not a THING out of place on our big day (and that is a HUGE kudos to Keri, because I'm sure there certainly were, but she handled them with such professionalism we were oblivious!). Keri, you were a dream to work with and we are so lucky! Thank you for taking the stress out of our big day and making it flawless, it was truly something in my wildest dreams and I'm so glad I gave you the reigns! We can't wait to watch all of your future weddings and see how beautiful they are! :)

  A Phenomenal Planner

  A wedding, one of the biggest investments of your life, is exciting, overwhelming, and stressful all at the same time. Keri Ketterer Walter will make this day, and the experience, enjoyable. From design plans, to working with selected vendor partners, to contract negotiations, she is the woman you want to be leading the process. My husband and I signed with Keri shortly after getting engaged in May 2019 for an August 2021 date. When the pandemic hit, we made the very difficult decision to postpone our wedding by a year to August 2022. Upon making this decision, Keri had every venue and vendor contract updated within 48 hours and secured us a coveted Saturday date in Boston! Without her, I honestly would have had a meltdown. She also helped us to navigate when our floral designer went out of business and the stationer was not meeting our delivery timelines. Keri always has a Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C. Keri ultimately became part of our family as we worked together for 3 years planning the big day. She entertained MANY questions from me and Mom, Dad, etc. She is extremely professional, responsive, and proactive. Our 250 person wedding day was flawless - everything was on time and seamless. We had multiple guests tell us it was the nicest wedding they had ever been to not only for the flowers and design (which was stunning!), but for the overall experience. Keri, thank you x a million. 3 years working with you and it was worth the wait. For anyone planning a wedding, call Keri. I promise you she is worth the investment and will make the process, and the day of, a wonderful experience for you, your family, and your guests.

  Keri will give you the wedding day of your dreams!

  If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, you need Keri and the AYE Team. Keri is so much more than a talented Wedding Designer & Planner— she is also your biggest advocate, a resource like no other, and a friend/ sometimes therapist when you need one. Initially, I wasn’t sure if we needed a planner for our wedding but I can honestly say, our wedding would not have been possible without Keri.
  
  Keri went above and beyond to help us plan our dream wedding that celebrated our unique love story and personalities. She guided us through every decision with invaluable knowledge and expertise. Keri poured her heart into planning the perfect celebration for us, and when the pandemic derailed our plans, she was not only there to help us pull together a Plan B & C, but she was a friend who completely understood the emotions I was feeling as a Covid bride. She was a calming and uplifting presence for us during a time when we needed exactly that.
  
  Throughout the planning process, she was very hands-on, extremely detail oriented, and always willing to hop on the phone and talk through any questions, brainstorm, or just catch up on how things were going. Keri is an expert at her craft—she always had a backup plan, was ten steps ahead, and thought of things that would never even cross my mind. She always had everything under control which made planning our wedding easy and allowed us to focus on enjoying the fun moments that come with planning a wedding.
  
  When our Wedding Day finally came, she and her team went above and beyond to bring our vision to reality and give us the happiest day of our lives. We were floored by how beautifully and flawlessly everything came together! The entire AYE Team was so amazing to us and our guests, ensuring everyone had an incredible time. Shout out to her assistants Olyvia, Kate, and Dani for helping my Mom & MOH bustle my long chapel train! Our guests have not stopped raving that our wedding was the best wedding they’ve ever attended.
  
  We can’t thank Keri enough for helping us carefully curate a beautiful experience for our guests. Every stunning detail was intentional and personalized to Kenny & I, which made our wedding day uniquely us. It was a dream come true!

  Keri is the best of the best!

  Keri is a godsend

  I hired a planner because I had past work experience in planning large-scale events so I was aware of the logistical tangle that managing dozens of vendors always is, and I didn’t want to worry about any of those details leading up to my wedding. But I specifically chose Keri because of her warm personality, professionalism, and impeccably creative design eye!
  I’ve been in weddings where the morning of the wedding is pure pandemonium with bridesmaids rushing around to get everything where it needs to be, carrying around boxes of ceremony programs and boutineers, while still doing hair and makeup and unable to spend any quality time with the bride. Thanks to Keri, I was able to spend the full morning with my mom, sister, and closest friends while sipping champagne, listening to music, and laughing - Keri is worth the investment for that moment alone, but the benefits go way beyond that!
  Planning our wedding with Keri felt like planning with one of my closest friends. She got to know my husband and I quickly, making us feel so special and comfortable, and then seamlessly weaved the details of our story into our wedding design. Our guests were stunned by how gorgeous the wedding was - from the flowers to the stationery to the table settings to the ice cream bar for dessert! It was a dream I couldn’t have dreamt up on my own. Maybe most importantly, I spent the weeks and days leading up to my wedding celebrating with friends and family instead of pouring over contracts and credit card authorization forms. Even the day before, when we decided last minute to be extra careful and book an additional bus for guest transportation, Keri took care of everything while I could focus on getting ready for my rehearsal. Like I said - a godsend! My parents and I often said “Can you imagine doing this without Keri?!” during the planning process, and the answer was always a confident “No!”

  Best Decision Ever!

  Words cannot even begin to describe how grateful we are to have worked with Keri! She went absolutely above and beyond for us throughout our entire wedding planning journey. Her attention to detail is amazing and she brought our vision to life perfectly!!! I am so grateful that we found Keri because honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without her. The second we interviewed her, we just clicked and I knew right then that we would be a perfect fit. She is so nice, calming, easy to work with, organized and flexible! She was always willing to meet to discuss vendors, ideas, planning details, budget, florals, etc. With 6 months to go, we increased our guest count and changed rooms within our venue (crazy right!!!). Keri did not even skip a beat and went right to work ensuring that our vision was still brought to life in the new space. Honestly, I was speechless the day of the wedding, seeing everything that Keri had planned. The day was beyond magical and flawless! I tend to become a little OCD and high strung in stressful situations, but I was extremely calm the weekend of our wedding, because I had complete trust in Keri and knew she had planned a flawless wedding. We cannot recommend Keri enough! She was the BEST decision we ever made!

  Stop everything & hire keri.

  Honestly, I have no idea how anyone with a full time job can plan a wedding without a planner. For me, it seemed impossible and like a 2nd job (no thanks). How is it supposed to be fun when you’re literally keeping track of an insane amount of details and vendors all while making phone calls on your lunch break? Not only was I super overwhelmed with what the process entailed, but my fiancé and I decided to have a destination wedding in Delray Beach, FL since it’s a special place to us as a couple. Living in New England, you can imagine the additional stress I was prepared to feel until we made the BEST DECISION EVER and booked Keri to be our wedding planner.
  
  Her swoonworthy Instagram had me at hello and it seemed like she could turn every single wedding into the most beautiful fête all while infusing each couple’s distinct personalities into their celebrations from start to finish. Like, is she a magician?! Not only did Keri have an unmatched sense of style, but her process made me the most mellow bride-chilla ever (nobody – including my super grateful fiancé -- could believe how cool as a cucumber I was from start to finish)! Her 50+ page design plan that addressed every aspect of our wedding day brought me to literal tears. The level of customization communicated an event that was so us, it couldn’t have been presented to any other couple and our wedding felt the exact same way. Goodbye cookie cutter anything!
  
  Keri – we could never have had a wedding without you (let alone a destination wedding). Your guidance and spot on vision made planning a joy and now, I can say from experience you are even more talented than I assumed. Your process, your style and your ability to oversee the insane amount of details while staying calm and poised AND keeping us laughing are just a few of the things that make you the absolute best person a bride could ever have by her side.

  The Most Amazing Bespoke Experience You Could Ask For

  I am VERY late in writing this, but I just wanted to take a moment to talk about how AMAZING Keri is as a wedding planner. She is there every step of the way to make sure your vision comes to life and she will come up with unique details that will completely wow your guests. Her years of experience gives her the ability to answer ANY question you may have about any in and out of a wedding... from which guests should be seated together (in theory) to the best way to make your floral budget extend perfectly through the entire day. She puts in so much time and effort behind the scenes that makes everything go smoothly and you don't even realize she's doing it. She perfectly coordinates the vendors so that you can actually ENJOY your wedding day and rest assured she has everything handled.
  
  I know I'm over a year late but I am so glad I had Keri by my side for the entire process. From the day I got engaged (yes I called her a couple hours later!) to reminiscing about it a year after we are married, I couldn't imagine anyone else with us every step of the way. Thank you, Keri!!

  I tell everyone the same thing: there is absolutely no way we could have pulled off our extraordinary wedding day without Keri of Always Yours Events. We feel very fortunate to have found her and I would recommend her end-to-end planning services to anyone looking to have a stellar experience on their wedding day. Keri Ketterer is one of those rare talents who is both an incredible wedding planner AND event designer – this lady is truly the whole package! My husband and I had a vision for our destination wedding in Ogunquit, ME that was very meaningful to us and Keri worked tirelessly to make it a reality.   Do yourself a favor- go with Keri at Always Yours Events. She is absolutely incredible. I am not much for planning events, picking flowers etc. I didn't have a clearly articulated vision, and Keri worked with the little that I had, she teased out a vision and translated what can best be described as word salad into the wedding of our dreams. From the very first meeting, Keri was clearly on top of it, and throughout the process up until everything was packed away, she was on top of it. I never had to worry about anything. She had great contacts with a variety of vendors who are all great for various wants or needs for your wedding's style etc. She was so great with flowers and napkins and chairs and flatware, none of that is up my alley nor do I know anything about it, but Keri is there every step of the way. She translates your key words and a questionnaire into a vision that you didn't even know you had, but it's better than you can ever imagine. We had our wedding at my parents' house and she was so great arranging the set up and break down. She worked with the space and created an incredible layout. She is so supportive. She is available to discuss concerns, questions, changes... and she is there to work with you. Keri is open to change. She will plan YOUR wedding, she is interested in executing YOUR vision, and she helps you to get there. It is clear that Keri understands and appreciates how special this day is, and she makes sure it is. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was always quick to return my message and went above and beyond for my wedding, providing everything from menu suggestions and signage templates to sparklers and styling ideas. Keri helped me create my wedding day timeline and worked closely with all my vendors, elevating a lot of the stress that comes with planning a wedding. I was able to sit back and enjoy my wedding knowing that Keri was super organized and had every detail taken care of. She was a pleasure to work with and created the wedding of my dreams.   I could not possibly recommend Keri / AYE strongly enough! We started planning on our own, and two vendors in we knew that was a mistake. I found Keri online and am so lucky that I did. We had a very specific vision for our wedding and Keri listened intently and then took our ideas above and beyond our wildest wedding dreams :) She helped make our wedding day so incredibly personal and allowed us to feel like we were guests at our own party. She was amazingly accessible throughout the planning process and was incredibly calm and effective when our plans for a wedding at a somewhat nontraditional venue inevitably hit a few road bumps. She kept us on schedule, while being understanding and supportive of our hectic schedules. Her positive attitude and “can do” spirit were an incredibly appreciated source of stress relief during such a busy time--we knew we could count on her to resolve any issue that arose. She went way beyond her call of duty to make our whole planning experience and wedding day perfect. She even sat with me during my hair and makeup trial when my mother was unable to attend. We have been married almost two months and our guests are still raving about what a great time they had and what an amazing job Keri did curating and directing the day’s events. We had the most perfect day ever and will be forever grateful to Keri for providing us with such wonderful memories.

Keri spoke with several of the vendors we were considering (who weren’t used to catering for weddings), helped us negotiate contracts and handled all of the logistics. We would’t have been able to do this without her! In addition to the pizza vendor she also handled all the contracts and logistics for many other vendors including furniture rentals, servers, liquor and bar, dessert, photographer, and florals. Even with a rambunctious wedding party, Keri worked with our officiant and ran our rehearsal smoothly. She was also with us the day before to help set everything up and make everything look beautiful. The day of the wedding ran smoothly thanks to Keri’s detailed timeline and coordination. Because of Always Yours Events we were able to enjoy our day and celebrate with our friends and family without having to worry about a thing!

  Biggest Nightmare

  I have nothing but glowing reviews for all of our vendors — except Keri. Our wedding at Belle Mer this past month was stunning, and our design & planning process was flawless AFTER we fired Keri. Keri started out lovely but then once we paid, Keri made wedding planning a nightmare: She failed to close contracts, dragged her feet, made excuse after excuse about delays in the industry, and sent us the massive design plan she advertises at 1:20 a.m. — the day after it was due. This haphazard planning approach led her to make several wrong advising choices. For example, she advised us to rent a drink trunk BUT the venue DOES NOT allow for drink trucks on their properly. Additionally, she included the wrong cocktail tables and chairs for the reception when referencing which items needed to be rented and which items came with the venue in her design plan. Moreover, shortly after contracting Keri, our family faced unbearable news: my sister had fallen gravely ill and was hospitalized. The only way for my sister (an artist) and me to connect was through painting florals in the hospital room for 3 months. I brought these drawings to Keri so she could help pair us with a florist. She was blown away by our vision and knew how important this was to us, perhaps the only thing that could hold our grieving family together. However, strangely, for months we could not get our hands on the contract that Keri said the florist had ready. We sent weekly emails asking for it so we could sign. We also couldn't get a phone call with the florist. By the time we received the design plan (mentioned above), we wrote a simple note parting ways with Keri and left her with the money (we didn't ask for a penny back). Right after, we sent the florist a direct email simply introducing ourselves, but the florist told us she was fully booked for the season. I would highly recommend NOT hiring Keri.
