I cannot say enough great things about Chelsea and Ashley at Cape Cod Event Management. Choosing to use them for our Clam Bake rehearsal dinner on the beach was one of the best decisions I made. Our planning sessions were not only fun, but Chelsea took the time to really understand my vision and style. The professional itineraries and planning aids they provided were very helpful and kept me organized and on track. They asked all the right questions, had an answer for everything I asked and thought of suggestions and items that never even crossed my mind. They were attentive, flexible and calm in the wake of our beach tent being cancelled 24 hours before our event due to an impending hurricane! Their team worked tirelessly for hours before our event started to reset the venue without sacrificing my vision. They never stopped assuring me, and correctly, that our guests wouldn’t even realize that there was supposed to be a tent! Their expertise and creativity did not allow them to miss a beat.
They were with us during the entire process and navigated the day of logistics flawlessly. The night could not have turned out better!!

I am incredibly grateful for the work Chelsea did on the day of my wedding as well as the weeks leading up to it!! She is SO organized, very responsive, and all around a great person to work with. Chelsea reduced my wedding planning stress immensely. After every meeting we had I received an email detailing what we went over along with action steps and detailed checklists with timelines. She is also a talented motivator, and gave me positive encouragement to get through my to do lists. She gave me many helpful tips along the way including things I shouldn’t forget in my photography shot list and other welcome advice. Chelsea also made me a very detailed timeline that we shared with vendors which helped the day run smoothly!! She frequently checked in with me to make sure I was good and to see if I needed anything, which I really appreciated. She also handled vendor communication during our wedding weekend. There were no problems on the big day thanks to Chelsea and her assistant Ashley! I did have a slight issue with my dress catching on my bustle hooks seconds before walking down the aisle but Chelsea calmly detangled me just in time! Her warmth, organization, and professionalism were outstanding and she was a joy to work with! Thank you Chelsea!
