I hired Breanna for her partial planning service, and it was by far the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. I first contacted Breanna after locking down our venue and date, and she helped me find all of my other vendors. She was instrumental in keeping me on track with the wedding planning process, checking in with me regularly to make sure everything was done when it needed to be. During the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, she was a huge help with final conversations with vendors. As part of the partial planning, she also functioned as a Day-Of Coordinator. She was my rock on wedding day. We had to transition from an outdoor ceremony to indoors at the last moment due to high winds, and Breanna made the process as smooth as possible. I could not imagine our wedding day staying on track without her.

What a treat it was to work with Breanna! She is so kind and was incredibly responsive throughout the last few months of planning, going above and beyond the day-of services we engaged her for. She treated our day with so much care and helped us make decisions and think of things we wouldn't have thought of on our own. Every vendor I mentioned her name to had amazing things to say about working with her previously and she coordinated with all of them seamlessly. Our day truly went off without a hitch and I wouldn't have changed a thing, and I have Breanna to thank for that!

Where do we begin! Having Breanna as our partial planner was one of the best decisions that we made and she was nothing short of excellent. We hired Breanna when we were halfway into the planning process- being from NY it was difficult to get in touch with some vendors so we wanted someone with the knowledge and experience out on the Cape. Some vendors we already had booked, but she specifically helped us hire our florist, bakers for dessert, our after party location, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some others. Breanna was with me every step of the way for planning. She was excellent at communicating, was patient and answered all questions that I had, if I was stressed she calmed me, and she handled everything the day of. She made herself available for multiple phone calls, zoom meetings, emails, and texts. I felt like she actually cared about us and our event. She met with us in person when we met our florist and was there for our rehearsal. The day of she kept us on our timeline, made sure that we were having a great time, and took care of set up and breakdown. The venue we were at also had a very tight window for set up and breakdown and Breanna and her team completed it with ease and delivered everything to our room so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend Breanna and would use her again for any big event! Thank you!!

Breanna was incredible to work with and was integral to our wedding day going off without a hitch! From the minute we first spoke, she was on top of everything - responsive, helpful, and kind throughout. We had a few complexities with our venue - ceremony offsite, a venue that was quite a bit more DIY - and she helped execute everything we had in mind and beyond. It was stunning beyond belief all thanks to Breanna. She coordinated all our vendors flawlessly, and was calm throughout the day even when things cropped up. I cannot recommend her enough!

Breanna was the best money I spent on my May 14th, 2023 wedding by a mile! I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart. I hired Breanna for day of coordination about 2 months into my engagement. I extremely organized and a planner by nature so I knew I did not need a true wedding planner but I did decide I wanted someone to take the stress off of my shoulders during the last month or so leading up to the day and I also wanted someone to be the boss on my wedding day besides myself. I want to say that my wedding was an emotional journey for me due to some complicated family dynamics and Breanna really took care of me and my family. We were a big wedding party with 5 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen, 6 flower girls, and 2 ring bearers and she wrangled everyone during the rehearsal. She got everyone down the aisle on cue! Minus my own emotional breakdown haha. I had not a care in the world on the day of my wedding I truly could not have been more grateful to Breanna for her professionalism, flexibility and the ability to take care of any issues without my knowing! I could go on for days but if anyone is wondering if they should hire her my suggestion is a resounding YES!

Off the bat, I 100% recommend Breanna to anyone and everyone! She helped us with the timeline, thinking of things I had never thought about, so I’m so thankful we had her before the wedding to figure that stuff out with us. She set up our whole reception area and it was exactly how I had envisioned, and she executed it perfectly! She kept everyone on the timeline throughout the day, ensuring we had the proper times for each event, and she made sure we were on track! She worked flawlessly with the venue staff, and was able to manage any minor issues that came up throughout the day, without me having to be involved at all, which was so nice to not have to worry about anything! She stayed and helped with the clean up and break down as well, and it worked out perfectly so my family and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I honestly cannot recommend her enough, and I will continue to recommend her to everyone I can!! Overall, she really made our day perfect, and without her, I think I would’ve been so stressed and not be able to enjoy myself at all! I’m so happy we had her throughout the day, and leading up to it as well!

Working with Breanna Rose Events was an amazing experience! Breanna is so knowledgeable about vendors, pricing, timelines, and so many small details I would never have thought of. Having her day-of was the biggest relief because I knew I had someone I could trust to help set up the venue in the way my wife and I wanted. She gave guidance on flowers, centerpieces, and table arrangements, while also attending essential meetings with our venue to finalize timelines and vendor cohesiveness. She was the last face I saw before I walked down the aisle, and I could just feel how smoothly everything was running. This continued on into the reception for the dances, speeches, dinner, and cake. From the early planning stages to the end of the night, Breanna was such an immense help and such a joy to work with. I can’t wait to book Breanna Rose Events again in the future for any large events I throw!
