We used island dreams event design’s partial planning service for our wedding, and Jamie was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, every conversation we had with her was enjoyable, and we always appreciated how organized, knowledgeable, and supportive she was throughout the planning process.

Our day was absolutely perfect! She did an amazing job making sure the day ran so smooth! Her team member Natalie was also amazing! 

She and Jamie have an incredible eye for detail, especially when it came to the tables and overall setup, and they worked so hard to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. It allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our day.

Jamie was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding planner and so much more. From the very beginning, she was the perfect balance of guide and partner. The amount of work Jamie and her team put into our wedding was incredible. They steamed linens, set up our entire tent with every napkin, candle, and decorative detail exactly as we envisioned, and made sure every piece of our DIY decor looked polished and beautiful.

What truly set Jamie and her team apart was the level of care they gave us throughout the day. They always seemed to appear exactly when we needed them—bringing us food, finding sunscreen, fixing my veil for photos, and taking care of countless little details we never even had to think about. It felt like we had our own secret service team.

Because of Jamie and her team, I felt completely and totally relaxed on our wedding day. I was able to be fully present with my husband, our families, and our guests because I had complete confidence that everything was being handled.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jamie! She is extremely organized and so lovely to work with! She has excellent relationships with many other vendors and worked with everyone to make sure our day went smoothly. When the weather took a turn, she had a great rain plan in place. Throughout the process, she listened to our vision and made sure our day was just how we imagined and true to us. We recently got married on Martha’s Vineyard at the East Chop Beach Club, and I can honestly say our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Jamie from Island Dreams as our planner and day-of coordinator.

From the very beginning, Jamie was incredibly organized and proactive. She helped us with vendor outreach, made excellent recommendations, and ensured we secured all the rentals and little details we might never have thought of on our own. She scheduled frequent calls and met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding to review day-of details and carefully document all the decorative items we provided for her team to set up at the venue.

Jamie also worked closely with my mother-in-law to help plan our welcome event the Friday before our wedding, making the entire wedding weekend feel seamless and cohesive.

On the day of the wedding, we faced very unpredictable weather. Jamie was amazing—she checked in with me often, even showing me videos of the venue conditions (including the wind blowing her hair around!) so I could see exactly what was happening. She and her team prepared three different ceremony plans and held off on making the final call until just 30 minutes before guests arrived. Even though I was disappointed we couldn’t have our ceremony outside as planned, Jamie made the whole process feel calm and under control. She even organized our bridal party to greet guests and help them to their seats, adding a personal touch that meant so much.

The decorations were absolutely stunning—Jamie’s team did an incredible job transforming the venue. Throughout the reception, Jamie continually checked in on us while ensuring everything stayed perfectly on schedule.

I could go on and on about how fabulous Jamie is. She hopped in on the planning process with us a little under a year from our wedding date and kept up with us all along the way and thank GOD she did because we certainly would have fallen behind.
