Hiring Karina for our wedding was absolutely the best decision we made. She was lovely and fun from our very first meeting, and made us feel relaxed and supported throughout the entire planning process. I honestly cannot imagine how we could have pulled off what we did without her. We were planning a wedding in Hilton Head from overseas (my partner and I live in Sydney, Australia) and she was flexible in coordinating online meetings and figuring out ways for us to meet with vendors when we were back in the US for short amounts of time. She gave us just the right amount of options for every decision, keeping us on track and focused on the right things at the right times. She also knew the perfect vendors for us and was so well connected on Hilton Head. All of this meant that we got to focus on the 'fun stuff', which she guided us through with as much or as little direction as we needed. This included helping us to figure out our design vision, which was fuzzy at the start to say the least. Her guidance in what would work well together, what we would need or not need, etc. meant that we knew that everything would come together even if we were not design experts ourselves. She is clearly extremely experienced in what she does, and did an exceptional job at helping us to create a wedding that felt fully like us. She even helped create some little 'surprises' for us at the wedding, like a hidden mickey on our cake, after us telling her about how we like Disney. On the weekend of the wedding, she reassured us she had everything under control, which meant that we could just enjoy all the different events and seeing family and friends again. Everything ran so smoothly, she ensured we were in the right place at the right times, and everyone in the wedding party raved about her afterwards. We are SO grateful to have had Karina with us throughout the process. She made it fun and relieved so much of our stress. We worked with Maggie and Stewart&Co for our October 2020 wedding and we cannot recommend her and her team highly enough. We originally planned to get married in Boston but in early August, we realized even a micro-wedding would not be possible in the city. So, with 6 weeks to go, we pivoted to our friend's backyard in Nantucket and she recommended Maggie. It was the best decision we made. Maggie's combination of professionalism, compassion and honesty was so comforting and made us feel like we were working with an extremely organized best friend. She also has long-standing relationships with all of the vendors so we happily took her recommendations. The result was a wedding more beautiful and special than anything we could have imagined - all organized and executed in 6 weeks. She was incredible with our whole family and they are still talking about how fun and memorable she made our weekend. Maggie goes above and beyond for her clients and we are so grateful to her and her entire team!
