When plans had started for our wedding weekend in Nantucket and I knew that I would need some support for the execution and Denise was the first person that came to mind. I cannot say enough great things about Denise--she was quick to reply, immediately solved any obstacles we came across, and lastly helped us put together the most incredible weekend of our lives. Prior to the wedding weekend we would send her questions or ask for her opinions on things and she was also swift to reply with the best advice and help we could have asked for. The morning of the wedding she was up delivering breakfast, checking on the site, and leading every vendor at our site on what needed to be done (she was everywhere all at once). She was constantly there for us as the bride and groom and made sure our wants came before anything else. Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, especially because you want everything to be perfect on your day. Because of Denise we felt barely any stress coming up to the event and we had full trust in her with everything. Anyone would be absolutely lucky to have her coordinating their wedding weekend!!

Denise and Amanda were an absolute dream to work with on our wedding day. From start to finish, they had every detail handled so seamlessly that we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment. We felt completely at ease knowing we were in their hands, and we can’t imagine the day without them. Their planning was the best investment we made. Our guests even commented on how smoothly everything—it was all thanks to them. We truly can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much, Denise and Amanda!!

Where to even start? From the first time I talked to Denise, I felt such a connection and at ease with all of the stress of wedding planning. We could not have done the wedding without her (and her team) - she went above and beyond to make not only our wedding day special, but also helped with our welcome party and many other details (picking up the Juice Bar ice cream, coordinating with our after party venue on the decor and so much more)!! Along the way she also helped us with vendor connections and the millions of questions I had related to hosting a wedding on Nantucket.

Denise coordinated seamlessly with our venue, The White Elephant, and their coordinator there to ensure that they were able to focus on their part while coordinating with all of our renters and vendors to make sure everything came together flawlessly. We had a particularly windy wedding day (something I hadn’t thought about) and she handled ceremony and reception adjustments quickly and with no stress to make our guests feel comfortable and even handled what to do with my veil during the ceremony without my even having to think about it! She kept the whole day on time and with the best attitude. I am super OCD with all details, and she handled my perfectionism with great patience and executed on all of my visions across the day perfectly!

She also handled our welcome bags, which we got SO many complements on! I shipped her a few things ahead to combine in with her items and they came out so fun and perfect. She assembled them and delivered to all of our room blocks/guests without me having to even stress one bit about them!

Finally, she went above and beyond for our families - going to far as to call my Dad to connect with of our vendors on the day of the wedding (it was also helpful to keep him busy :) ) as she knew they had a ton in common and would truly appreciate the meeting.

Denise truly loves her job and her beautiful energy just spreads across the process and wedding day - something that I am so thankful for and made everything that much more special and heartwarming! Couldn’t recommend more!!!!

Denise was a fantastic coordinator and did a perfect job on the gift bags :) I highly recommend her and would 100% work with her again!

I could not have been more happy to have found Denise at the tail end of my wedding planning! Like you probably are, I was thinking I could do so much on my own when I got on island. The thought "We have plenty of time for that" was a common phrase between my mom, fiance, and I. Or the "Oh, we can definitely do that ourselves". I am here to tell you... we were most certainly over-reaching. I cannot begin to explain the number of times my mom and I said "Thank goodness we hired ACK GIFT BAGS" during the days leading up to the wedding. Instead of assembling welcome boxes, labeling water bottles, and delivering the favors; we went to the spa, had a mudslide at the Gazebo, shopped on Main Street, had lunch at Met on Main, went to Cisco, got our hair blown out, and greeted all of our guests as they departed the Steamship and Hyline Ferrys. The perfect pre-wedding activities.

Our guests were blown away with the welcome boxes and Denise took care of everything! She was a treat to work with and really is a full service vendor. Not only did she assemble our welcome boxes, but, she also created a favor for our guests at our welcome party cookout on Thursday before the wedding. They were the most adorable chocolate covered cranberries with a monogrammed sticker on the front of the clear bag, decoratively tied with a ribbon!

Go ahead... call Denise at ACK Gift Bags! You won't regret it and you most definitely will enjoy your time on island, without stress, prior to the wedding! One of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process!

I am so so so happy that I found Ack Gift Bags at the last minute and used them for our welcome bags. They were so nice, responsive, and accommodating. They lets us customize our bags however we wanted and were nice enough to incorporate some custom stickers and stationary that I had already had made. They delivered the bags exactly when they said they would and the bags themselves came out so nice. Everyone was raving about them!
