We couldn’t have chosen a better venue, every staff member was welcoming, kind and ready to help, we felt at ease with them around, it was evident that all they wanted was to help us and our guests feel comfortable and happy. The place was clean and accommodating. We had two main spots were we celebrated our wedding and they moved us and all of our guests in golf carts from point a to b, all of this with smiles and kindness. Food and drinks were delicious, it ain’t easy to please that many people but they definitely succeeded!

I had my wedding reception here in the special events room. It was the perfect size and once everything was set up it was the most beautiful room I have ever seen!!! Cindy was such a big help! Thank you again!

When I had seen a bad review I didn't even bother contacting the hall. I kept searching and I ended falling in love with the hall and decided to go view the place and it was very beautifully decorated. Lisa made time for me after hours to meet me up and after talking to her I ended booking the place and after everything I found out this was the place that had a bad review. I was a bit worried at first but thru the whole process Lisa was there to help me out. Our wedding was 08/21/21 and it turned out so beautiful, kudos to ALL the staff, from bartenders to security, they all were so nice and friendly. Everything was perfect, I had to issues with Lisa or any of the other staff members. We received so many compliments on the hall, especially how it was decorated. I would recommend this place to my family and friends

“OMG, I was completely speechless, excited and humbled from the service at Batres Grand Venue. I had my wedding at this location and it truly surpassed all of my expectations, everything was beautiful and executed as planned. The staff, caterer, and DJ paid close attention to every detail, and provided above and beyond customer service for my dream wedding. Marisol is phenomenal as she also assisted with the coordinating which kept the timeline running smoothly. Thanks Chef Mark; the food was superb and delicious, my guest enjoyed every bite and can’t stop talking about it. The DJ kept the dance floor jumping the whole night, thanks Delvin. The bartender staff and Miguel what can I say, everyone left with a smile on their face. I am so glad I found Batres Grand Avenue, it was everything I wanted and more. The night was MAGICAL!!! “I definitely recommend this venue!” You will not be disappointed ♥️🥰💍

Choosing the Blue Lagoon as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made. From the first walkthrough to the big day, the staff was incredibly supportive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped for. The setting was stunning—our photos look like something out of a magazine—and our guests were completely blown away. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and ease. I can’t recommend this place enough to any couple looking for something truly special.
