The service and scenery for our wedding reception on the Bar 9 rooftop lounge was phenomenal!! We had a few hiccups in our planning with the Hilton from some miscommunication and late meeting starts, but luckily Emily is extremely responsive and helpful. I sent so many questions and comments to have the perfect reception over the course of 11 months, and Emily’s team made everything come together better than anything we had imagined. We have never felt so special in our lives, truly like a king and queen that night. The food was amazing, the bartenders were great, the service was on it the entire time from setup to serving to clean-up. The space was perfect for our 110-person event. The fire pits and lounge areas were a great addition to the chilly night, we hardly needed any decorations especially with the pre-installed string lights and place settings. Emily even ensured we had the lobby bar open late when the rooftop closed at 11:00. Great area for guests to walk to Rice Village and visit the Museum District as well. We definitely recommend you visit the Hilton Medical Center to plan an evening event on the rooftop lounge!
