My husband, Chris and I got married on May 13, 2023 at Agave Estates in Katy, Texas. This was the very first venue that we looked at in our search for the perfect place and visited other venues, but nothing compared to the beauty and overall ambiance of Agave Estates. From the day we decided that this was the place for us all the way up to our wedding day, it was so easy and seamless. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The lighting and landscaping throughout are perfectly placed and gives you a destination wedding vibe. A huge plus for us was that they provide all of the decorations for the reception and have a selection of colors and styles that will work with any wedding color schemes making the entire area look classy and elegant. The entire staff at Agave were so professional and helpful but our wedding coordinator, Stephani Peralta was absolutely amazing. She was on top of every little detail during the planning and especially the day of. From calling our vendors the week prior to ensuring everything was on schedule, reminding us to bring our personal wedding decorations the day of the rehearsal, confirming details on specific requests for our ceremony, and was able to handle and take control of things that were thrown her way with a calm approach which kept me from stressing out. We had initially wanted to have the ceremony outside, but it rained the day of our wedding. We had to move the ceremony inside at the last minute and she was able to make that transition quickly and everything looked as though we had planned to have it inside. She was a tremendous help and really went above and beyond. The vendor partners that Agave uses were top notch and unmeasurable. Everyone could not stop talking about the catering by Two Forks and how amazing the food was. We used Cake by Gina for our wedding cake and Bake my Day for our groom's cake. Both had such attention to detail not to mention delicious. Our photographer and videographer, Tomas Ramos Photography did such an amazing job on our photos and provided us with a documentary style video as well as a highlight video that we were able to share with everyone. The way they were able to put it all together really made us feel as though we were reliving the entire experience all over. The DJ, Ivan Rojas, made the entire reception a blast! We were so excited to see everyone on the dance floor and having so much fun. Although it is not needed, he offers a lighting service throughout the reception area at a very reasonable rate and it fun to have the different colors with the music as everyone was dancing. Our Officiant, Alonso scheduled a time to chat with us and get to know us a little. The ceremony was beautiful, emotional, and joyous. He did such an amazing job; you would have thought that he had known us for years. We used Adorn Artistry for hair and makeup. Marlo, Shelby, and Sarah arrived early, kept us on schedule and our hair and makeup held up all night. We had the pleasure of working with Sarah with Agave Floral. I am more of a visual person, but her experience and knowledge put me at ease, and I just knew that everything she put together was going to be beautiful. She walked through everything with us and gave us ideas using flowers and greenery to go with our colors. The entire venue looked so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We would gladly repeat the entire experience just as it was and definitely recommend Agave Estates as a wedding venue.

I got married here on November 18th of 2017. Everything went amazing the day of the wedding! It was absolutely beautiful. Once everything was decorated and everyone was partying it just all came together. I highly recommend this venue. This is the ultimate venue for the DIY bride. It's budget-friendly and you can bring in your own vendors for everything. Tonie helped make sure that our big day was perfect. She made sure that we understood the rules for the venue before the contract was signed. It's a simple process in my opinion. As long as you leave the venue the way it was when you showed up you'll get your deposit back no problem. Tonie was there to answer any and all questions all throughout the planning process.

Pastor Virgil Yehnert was the officiant for our wedding. I grew up knowing him and he lived 2 doors down from my parents house. It really was special that he was able to officiat our wedding.

I chose Golf Club at Cinco Ranch for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. It's a beautiful venue with professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff to work with. I loved holding our special event here. I'd do it again!

Falcon Point helped us create an amazing event for our us, our friends and family. The club happily met all of our crazy requests and made our wedding day stress free

The compliments about the food will not stop! It was absolutely delicious, and many guest went for seconds and even thirds! Cannot go wrong with 3 Olives for catering!

This is a newer event venue (as in it's been open 2-3 years), and it's not well marketed on theknot site, but it's worth looking into if you are into an almost fully DIY wedding with the ability to bring in your own food/alcohol/DJ/cake/etc without all of that being dictated to you by a large venue that wants to charge you $5000+ for the venue itself and places a minimum you must spend on food with THEIR caterer, which gives you only a couple menu options. The venue booking cost itself is extremely reasonable at $2500'ish and the owner of the venue, Nancy, is very helpful both before and on the day of the wedding. She offered us anything she had on site as optional decor for our wedding (we took her up on this and made it our own), provides white linen for all the tables, and the place can accommodate at least 120 people (as that was the number we had at our wedding). We had rain on the day of our wedding, but they've got a huge tent and an indoor area (the Romack House) that offers coverage for about 90-100 people. We loved the feel of the venue from the get-go and are happy we booked...the low (comparatively, when looking at venues in Houston) cost of the venue itself allowed us to go a bit more extravagant in other areas such as the food (sushi and such) and entertainment (photo booth/bubble tea station/decor) aspects of the wedding. Highly recommend. A lot of thanks go out to the folks at Cottage Charm for making our day special, despite the less than ideal weather conditions!

Three weeks before my wedding I was forced to find another venue due to covid. In a panic I began to call around. One of those calls was answered by Emy Rose at the Ark by Norris. She was automatically a calming spirit. She stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. She did everything that she could to work within my budget. The venue itself is gorgeous. They have amazing procedures setup to combat COVID-19. The day of my wedding Emy Rose was there throughout each step making sure that everything went perfect, down to fixing my dress as I was about to walk down the isle. Emy Rose and the Ark by Norris were a God send.

I had my son's party at this event place. It's a stylish spot for your elegant parties.
