Decorated with stone, columns, and delightful floral displays, this entrance is a fitting introduction to the venue’s beauty. You can exchange vows at the indoor ceremony area, an inviting setting that features a rustic white wall and a flower-draped arbor. Alternatively, ceremonies can be held at the designated outdoor site, ideal for summertime occasions. The main indoor event space can be used for your reception. Capable of hosting up to 125 attendees, this spacious room is replete with chandeliers, ivory linens, and refined decor.
Facilities and Capacity
Mara Villa has a floor plan that allows events to flow easily from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. The indoor ceremony site features a backdrop of rustic wood that will charmingly frame you and your partner as you exchange your vows. After tying the knot, you can head to the main banquet hall, which seats 125 guests and boasts hardwood floors and sparkling chandeliers. This spacious dining room is set with ivory linens, metallic Chiavari chairs, and chic décor that lend it a sophisticated ambiance. From here, doors open up to the outdoor patio, a stone terrace with a high fence. This space is perfect for both open-air ceremonies and cocktail hours. Get-ready suites furnished with chandeliers are also available for up to four hours ahead of the festivities.

Mara villa was amazing!
-The venue was perfect for 100 guests. Not too big and not too small. The all-inclusive price made planning so easy. I didn't have to pick out silverware, linens, table decor, or flowers.
-DJ300 (included) was great. We sent him a playlist before our wedding day and he did play most of the songs on our list. His emcee skills were on point too. Our guests were asking for our playlist and his contact info too.
-Our wedding coordinator (Stephanie) was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our day special. She arrived early so my bridal party could have more time getting ready. She reviewed our plans and timeline multiple times in advance. She is quick to respond through email or phone. She's friendly and caring. It's clear this is her dream job.
-The all-inclusive price is reasonable for 100 guests (venue, food, decor, DJ, ceremony, cake, bartender/wait staff, photography)
-Tomas and his videographer are WONDERFUL! We're so in love with our wedding photos and videos. He took photos fast during the wedding and his videographer was right there with him throughout the night. It only took them 2 weeks to send us our final pics and videos!
Grows:
-DJ300 did play a couple explicit songs as well as other songs not listed on the playlist during the reception.
-Stephanie may make you feel anxious or rushed on wedding day by frequently giving you updates throughout the night or asking your makeup artist how much time to be done. She also wasn't very clear in her instructions to the participants at our wedding rehearsal making our actual ceremony not ideal.
-The all-inclusive package is BASIC features. For example, you receive a simple white cake with the package. If you'd like it personalized in any way, it's an extra charge. Passed appetizers are an extra charge. A dessert bar is an extra charge. The videographer was an extra charge. Those are just a few examples. Keep that in mind when planning :)
Overall, the glows definitely outweigh the grows. The grows were small in the grand scheme of the event. None of the grows ruined our night. I would definitely book another event with Mara Villa again.
