  Mara villa was amazing!

  Glows:
  -The venue was perfect for 100 guests. Not too big and not too small. The all-inclusive price made planning so easy. I didn't have to pick out silverware, linens, table decor, or flowers.
  -DJ300 (included) was great. We sent him a playlist before our wedding day and he did play most of the songs on our list. His emcee skills were on point too. Our guests were asking for our playlist and his contact info too.
  -Our wedding coordinator (Stephanie) was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our day special. She arrived early so my bridal party could have more time getting ready. She reviewed our plans and timeline multiple times in advance. She is quick to respond through email or phone. She's friendly and caring. It's clear this is her dream job.
  -The all-inclusive price is reasonable for 100 guests (venue, food, decor, DJ, ceremony, cake, bartender/wait staff, photography)
  -Tomas and his videographer are WONDERFUL! We're so in love with our wedding photos and videos. He took photos fast during the wedding and his videographer was right there with him throughout the night. It only took them 2 weeks to send us our final pics and videos!
  
  Grows:
  -DJ300 did play a couple explicit songs as well as other songs not listed on the playlist during the reception.
  -Stephanie may make you feel anxious or rushed on wedding day by frequently giving you updates throughout the night or asking your makeup artist how much time to be done. She also wasn't very clear in her instructions to the participants at our wedding rehearsal making our actual ceremony not ideal.
  -The all-inclusive package is BASIC features. For example, you receive a simple white cake with the package. If you'd like it personalized in any way, it's an extra charge. Passed appetizers are an extra charge. A dessert bar is an extra charge. The videographer was an extra charge. Those are just a few examples. Keep that in mind when planning :)
  
  Overall, the glows definitely outweigh the grows. The grows were small in the grand scheme of the event. None of the grows ruined our night. I would definitely book another event with Mara Villa again.

  Excellent 5 star venue & service!

  5 star venue and service! We LOVED our wedding coordinator, Stephani! She made our dream wedding come true. The other staff members are also very professional and sweet! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a venue that offers a total package.

  Maravilla at Mara Vila

  Very pleasant and great service from everyone on their team. The vendue is beautiful and everything turned out very nice. We loved our special day at Mara Villa, and would highly recommend to any couple looking for an intimate, family friendly, beautiful venue with so much to offer.   Wedding Supurb!

  My husband and I had an absolute amazing experience at Mara Villa - Katy. From the moment we walked in we knew this was our place to hold our reception. From the get go Amanda was amazing and ready to help, she identified our needs, was very informative and ensured a smooth planning experience. Our coordinator Angela was out of this world, from her personality, energy and project planning she organized the night beyond our expectations and dreams. Angela is a very down to earth, sweet and caring person and she worked very hard behind the scenes to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The Mara Villa staff was quick and swift ensuring all guests were taken care of. What an amazing experience, 10 out of 10!

  Perfect Venue

  Mara Villa was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding. The all inclusive package was so easy! It was so amazing to have Amanda help us through the whole process. She was on point with every detail! The venue is perfect to be able to spend quality time with all of your guests. The food was great and all the things this venue had to offer make it great value without feeling like you are sacrificing any of the things that make your day special! We are so happy with every part or our wedding at Mara Villa and would do it all over exactly the same!

  Beautiful Wedding

  My daughter’s wedding at Mara Villa was flawless. The venue was perfect for the couple -beautiful and warm. So much was included in the package that it eliminated a great deal of stress in the planning. We received so many compliments on the venue, cake, DJ, etc. Sarah did a phenomenal job making sure every detail was planned out. During the reception, she handled everything amazingly, which freed me to enjoy the evening. As my daughter said after, “It was perfect.” I would highly recommend Mara Villa for anyone planning their wedding.

  A dream come true

  Our Wedding was truly a dream come true! If I could get married at Mara Villa over and over again I
  Would! The venue was beautiful, the food was exceptional, our cake turned out beautiful, Everyone was so accommodating and helpful, Angela our wedding coordinator at the venue was the best! She truly was the most amazing person for her job! She made every at ease and answered all of our questions. We selected this venue because it was all inclusive and that made planning so easy for us! I wish I could relive our wedding day over and over! Thank you Angela & team for making our day so special and magical. We will remember it for a lifetime!

  5/5 Wedding Venue

  I found Mara Villa through a Facebook advertisement that reeled me in with their All Inclusive package. My husband and I had a tour and immediately fell in love with the venue and their package. This was the only place we toured and I have no regrets. Mara Villa was such a beautiful venue and it made my wedding amazing. All my guests loved the venue. Angela Yzaguirre is the best wedding coordinator that I could have asked for. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

  The service provided by Mara Villa was amazing. It was a flawless wedding managed by Sara. The all-inclusive package provided stress free planning. Sara insured every detail of what we wanted was achieved from the venue including all the vendors involved in making our wedding day the best ever.   25th wedding anniversary vow renewal dream came true

  We had the time of our life renewing our 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal at Mara Villa. Ms Sarah Williamson is our wedding coordinator and she's the best: very professional, detail oriented, and very responsive. The all-inclusive package is economical and relieves you the stress and headache of setting up the schedule with different vendors. Food is really good (Hasta La Pasta), my guests love it. Leighton, our officiant gave the most endearing ceremony to our vows. Tomas Photography gave us a collaborative experience on our photoshoot. Make sure to converse with your "real" DJ before your event your song choices and Photo booth people to test if you approve of your name on a test photo 30 mins before your event starts. I highly recommend Mara Villa.

  Dreams do come true

  Angela was nothing short of amazing! It’s been three weeks since our wedding and our family and friends are still talking about! Everything we wanted to got. Everything we wanted went with out a hiccup. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. It was absolutely perfect. Mara Villa and the staff is where you want to be! Absolutely the moment I wanted as I walked down the aisle, the food was amazing, cake was great, dj was amazing! Our guest hardly sat down! It was perfect thank you!!!

  Angela was nothing short of amazing! It’s been three weeks since our wedding and our family and friends are still talking about! Everything we wanted to got.   My wedding was the perfect night thanks to Mara Villa!

  It's such a big decision! What it came down to for me was a blend of value and aesthetic and Mara Villa had the maximum of both. Mara Villa is a perfect option if you're planning a wedding for about 100 guests, even more if you don't care about having a big dance floor. What made me choose MV was the competitive pricing for an all-inclusive venue. What made me love MV was the top-notch service and the delivery of my perfect night. My coordinator, Sarah, did an amazing job ensuring I had nothing to worry about. The venue is beautiful. The food was delicious. The DJ blew us away. The cake was gorgeous AND yummy. Check them out for a wedding in the Katy area. You won't be disappointed.

  A truly hidden GEM in Katy, Texas!

  We signed our contract Oct.2019.. we chose the Mara Villa because it was all inclusive, elegant and a true hidden gem in Katy. Little did we know in 2020, COVID would force us to push our wedding back a year from July 3, 2020 to July 2, 2021. Good things come to those who wait is true because Amanda Bayer was in our wedding path for a reason. Not only did she go above and beyond to make sure our day was as we envisioned, but she always made us feel as if we were the only event she was planning. She is a perfectionist and this made it flawless in every way. She listened to our ideas and brought them to life with her creativity and patience. The staff was accommodating from the DJ to bartender. The food was a plated dinner and was exactly as promised. It was well worth the wait. We are so thankful we chose this all inclusive venue!!

  We worked with Jessica Martinez as our coordinator and she was wonderful. The venue was the perfect size for our wedding. We had about 110 guests. Food was delicious, DJ got everyone dancing, and the whole experience went better than we could’ve hoped for! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smaller but yet elegant wedding! 🥰

  The Best All Inclusive Venue In Katy!

  My husband and I had our beautiful intimate wedding at Mara Villa on Sunday May 16, 2021. We had the opportunity to work with two very professional and talented coordinators, Stephani and Amanda. Amanda seen us through our wedding day and it was absolutely perfect. The food, vendors - cake, dj and staff was very attentive and professional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful through the whole planning of our event and on our big day. Everything went smoothly and flowed so nicely. We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and that is was one of the best weddings that some have ever been to! I can't think the team at Mara Villa for helping us create a night to remember! I recommend 1000% we are forever grateful! ❤

Everyone was so friendly and helpful through the whole planning of our event and on our big day. Everything went smoothly and flowed so nicely. We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and that is was one of the best weddings that some have ever been to! I can't think the team at Mara Villa for helping us create a night to remember! I recommend 1000% we are forever grateful! ❤

  Awesome venue!! Highly recommended

  The Mara Villa was an excellent venue and we are so happy we got to be married there. It is very intimate and appealing to the eyes. Amanda, our coordinator, was so friendly and detail oriented. She is kind and really cares about what she is doing. The venue and staff were extremely organized as well. Our guests were treated with nothing but respect. The venue is also very affordable in comparison to venues nearby. Communication was never issue and they were willing to accommodate all of our requests and needs. They made us feel like family and the entire wedding flowed very smoothly. We had absolutely no issues throughout the entire process! We would pick them again any time! We highly recommend anyone looking for a venue to pick Mara Villa!

  Most amazing night ever!

  If you are looking for an amazing venue plus an out of this world coordinator, Mara Villa is the right place for you! Stephani Peralta was our coordinator and I can't begin to tell you how amazing she was!! She was always so quick to respond to a text or email, no matter the time of day. We were planning a wedding during Covid and it wasn't easy at all. Stephani made it so much better. When we had to make changes to our guest count, probably at least 10 times, she was flexible and would send us updated contracts as soon as changes were made. Stephani was always asking if she could help take things off of our plate to make things easier for us. Mara Villa was perfect for us! We initially started out with a 100 person guest count, then it dropped to 75. As we got closer to the wedding, our guest count dropped again and Mara Villa & Stephani stayed flexible with us. When we had extra seats open up, Stephani made sure that the tables and chairs were taken care of and not just left up looking like we had so many guest who didn't show up. Both my husband and I asked that our parents were taken care of throughout the night as they are elderly. Our parents said that Stephani was attentive all night long. Not once did they ever lack food, drink, or cake! This in it self was perfect for us! When the reception started, we even pulled Stephani out to dance with us and she didn't disappoint! I don't think I have enough words to say about Mara Villa and Stephani and how amazing they are. Stephani is a life long friend now! If you are on the fence about whether or not to pull the trigger, let me tell you this, you WON'T regret it!!!

  Amazing experience

  Me and my husband picked Mara Villa because we wanted to have a intimate wedding, the decor of this venue was amazing we loved that everything was mostly included. Stephani our coordinator was a dream! She made wedding planning much simple. She made sure everything was taken care of.

It was the perfect venue for our small wedding of 80 people. The venue is modern but cozy and perfect with the theme we were going for. Amanda was a great coordinator so I was absolutely stress-free on my wedding day. Everything went super well and I'd recommend Mara Villa to anyone.

  Mara Villa was a maravilla!!!! We planned our wedding in less than 4 months ( crazy) but it turned out absolutely beautiful. Amanda was so helpful, gave us so much advice and helped with everything for our special day. I will tell you I did not worry not ONCE the day of my wedding- everything went as planned and its all thanks to Amanda and her team at Mara Villa. The food was delicious, decorations and lighting included were BEAUTIFUL. The space accommodated my 115 guests comfortably- and best part it was BYOB. No alcohol went to waste and I even had a signature drink recipe just given to the bartender and it was a hit. This venue is perfect for those who are looking for a beautiful venue without spending a fortune and one you can add all your DIY touches to.
