The Houston Club offers stylized and impressive indoor ceremony and reception event spaces. The ceremony site features floor-to-ceiling windows that afford arresting views of Houston. This ceremony room, when decorated with floral arrangements or rose petals, is full of romance and sophistication.
Receptions can be held in the ballroom, which likewise features floor-to-ceiling windows and affords unmatched views of Houston. This room is white-walled and accommodating to a variety of color schemes and wedding designs. Cloudlike light fixtures and patterned carpeting help bring energy and style to this modern room.
This venue provides a variety of excellent photo opportunities, including the stunning views of the city from the ballroom and ceremony rooms, which are full of natural lighting. Private dressing rooms are available for pre-ceremony preparations.

Best Venue and Best People
Jennifer, the event coordinator, did everything possible to make our day special. She helped to ensure that the evening ceremony, reception, and dinner were perfect. She is prepared for contingencies and she is an impressive problem-solver. She was unflappable when the "little' things went awry. She worked well with the staff and they delivered a wonderful reception and dinner. We received several compliments on the food and many guests felt that this was the "best wedding food" that they had ever had. It is often difficult to deliver quality food to all guests at an event but The Houston Club did just that and exceeded our expectations.
I think you will probably tour a few places, before choosing your wedding venue. We did and iit is hard to describe but you kind of get a feel for how your special day is going to go based on who you meet with at the various venues. We would not have felt so calm about our choice of The Houston Club if we hadn't met with Jennifer. She is knowledgeable, well organized, and handles hurdles with ease and grace under pressure. If it had not been for Jennifer, I would have hired someone to handle the decisions and perhaps a "day of" event coordinator but Jennifer fulfilled that role for us.
The entire staff made our day special. The wait staff had special food and drinks prepared for us. The chef even came out to congratulate us, Again, I highly recommend The Houston Club and Jennifer Keefe. Our wedding was memorable and it would not have been as special without Jennifer and her expertise.

The view from high up in Shell Plaza is breath taking. This is a beautiful venue for a Houston bride. We have always had excellent onsite communication with Houston Club so we know exactly when to have the Rolls Limo at the front door that night. Great people to work with.
