Welcome To The Middleton Venue, our brand new event venue just opened up in September 2023. We are a spacious 1274 sq. ft venue ready for your next event. Our max occupancy is 85 people standing; we are equipped with 2 gender-neutral bathrooms with a baby changing station in both. During your rental, you have access to a full-size kitchenette with a 36-inch fridge to hold your food or desserts, a luxurious microwave and a coffee maker. Our venue has 6 huge full-size windows that allow beautiful natural lighting to shine through. Our black and white features are a blank canvas for you to bring your own style for your event.

Our venue rental does come with a mobile bar, and we have our own in-house TABC certified bartender available upon request at an additional $35 an hour. All drinks, utensils will need to be provided for your event and given back to the host at the end of your event.

Our event venue building has a historical feature, our building is a replica of the past Stewart And Wright Drug Store that opened in 1904 on Second Street and Ave B. Dr. J.M. Stewart and John H. Wright partnered together to build the famous drug store Katy, Texas Residents remember today.

We allow home catering, and your own vendors and we have payment plans to fit your budget.

We offer hourly rates, and all rentals include tables, chairs and black linens for your event. We also include two high bars with 4 bar stools.
