“OMG, I was completely speechless, excited and humbled from the service at Batres Grand Venue. I had my wedding at this location and it truly surpassed all of my expectations, everything was beautiful and executed as planned. The staff, caterer, and DJ paid close attention to every detail, and provided above and beyond customer service for my dream wedding. Marisol is phenomenal as she also assisted with the coordinating which kept the timeline running smoothly. Thanks Chef Mark; the food was superb and delicious, my guest enjoyed every bite and can’t stop talking about it. The DJ kept the dance floor jumping the whole night, thanks Delvin. The bartender staff and Miguel what can I say, everyone left with a smile on their face. I am so glad I found Batres Grand Avenue, it was everything I wanted and more. The night was MAGICAL!!!

⭐️ Venue Review ⭐️

My wedding was December 3rd at Batres Grand Venue and I am beyond pleased with this venue and how easy and stress free they made this whole process for me. I booked my date in February of this year and I chose the platinum package which includes everything! I seriously felt like I checked myself into a 5 star resort with this package, lol. The vendors that were provided with my package were amazing!

What was included: 6 1/2 hours, Dinner for 250 guest, 5 tiered cake, Bar Tending Services, Photo Booth, Video and Photography, DJ, Waiters, Parking attendants (not valet), all table linens (all colors), table decor, security, I was able to bring my own liquor and beer.

Maggie, the wedding coordinator, was on top of every single detail! She would respond to my weekly messages throughout the process and helped me with the whole process. She made my day go so smoothly! I was a stress free happy bride because of her! I am so happy to have found this venue, it’s a hidden gem in the Humble area. Check them out!

Maggie & Elias were with us every step of the way! These was an easy process ! Everything was completely beautiful and planned exactly what we asked for! They were amazing! I would refer anyone to them! Our day will forever be remembered and we gave our kids something priceless ! I can’t thank them enough ❤️

Me and my spouse got married here, such a beautiful place!!! Food was great! Staff was awesome! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top of the line venue with prices that can’t be beat! Also the owners are so nice, such a pleasure to work with!

I would definitely give more stars, however, I am not for several reasons.
- photography engagement pictures were rushed, they looked fine at the end, but the person didn’t bother to checked closing times of the place and so for we rushed out after 30mins and if it wasn’t because I reminded the professional photographer about time changed my appointment at the park would’ve been a total disaster
-undercooked food the chicken had pink and several of my people complain of food undercooked and raw pieces.
-Waitresses taking the cake away, and when asked said cake was finished, yet brought home entirely half of my 4 tier cake. I didn’t get to tried my cake because when I came to get a piece the cake was put away.
-Bartender opened and provide drinks before my schedule time then went ahead along with Marisol saying my people were demanding and asking for drinks and food. Marisol, not only lied saying she was so scared because of my 100 people asking her for food but yet, the whole time she was inside the bartender area talking and taking pictures with the bartender guy. Gladly I had my own coordinator for the day of and made it smooth for me to enjoy. She had to go find Marisol to have her closed bartending until my schedule time
-Accountability not once but more than 3 times I received a reminder of NONPAYMENT when before and after the venue been payed off. When told it was paid off and we had to send them screenshots of the payments. Maggie, would say “ oh is because is in Elia’s account and didn’t see it” before sending nonpayment reminders they should checked accounts. And my Credit card was overcharged. SO MAKE SURE WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU ARE KEEPING TRACK WITH PAYMENTS SENT. That’s my personal opinion, as professional all these should be well organized.
-Organizations big red flag with that.
-deposits for my day of we had rain, so therefore it forced us to go to the venue at 5, I had people from out of state and whom went to mass with us. Yet, because of the rain we did not have another place to go. About 10 people not from my party had to come in inside the venue at 5pm along with me and my party. Knowingly that this was due to the rain Elia decided not to refund us the deposit back because we used a hour before my “ rental time” so we’re is the kidness and understanding this was not due to us wanting to have those 10 people in there but because of the rain. Seriously let’s talk about being humanitarian and kind!!!
I initially did not wanted this venue, yet my husband thought it was good enough, y’all trust me there’s so many more beautiful venues out there. I know this may be the only bad review, but sometimes we want to be kind and write good reviews to small companies that are barely developing to bring them customers, but they simply don’t deserve it.
