BOOK REGATTA PLACE NOW!!! This is by far the most stunning venue for the price you’ll find in all of Newport. Maggie and Kay helped make our weekend absolutely perfect. From start to finish, they made everything effortless. The day before our wedding, they helped us plan a private boat tour around Newport—one of the biggest highlights of the entire weekend. The food was unforgettable. Think: a full lobster buffet, endless oysters, and a cocktail shrimp bar that wowed every guest. One of the most memorable moments was how they coordinated a water taxi for us and our bridal party to leave the venue in style, waving goodbye as we cruised straight to downtown Newport. It was such a unique and fun send-off. I highly recommend hiring a great band and photographer—those two things, paired with Regatta Place’s incredible team, made our day (and entire weekend) seamless. Maggie and Kay acted as our wedding coordinators, which meant we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The venue itself is breathtaking, with so much natural beauty, and the layout allows guests to move around freely rather than being stuck at their tables. Our ceremony on the dock was magical—everything we hoped for and more. We truly can’t say enough good things. If you’re considering Regatta Place, don’t wait. Book it!

We got married the day after Thanksgiving and 10/10 would recommend a winter wedding at this venue. It was beautifully decorated, the food was great, no one had to wait in line for a drink and the staff, from servers to the lead event manager(s) were kind, attentive and ready to help make the day perfect. They also had other programming on the property that weekend which made for a very festive experience all of our guests. They made everything easy, one stop shop, for the most part and we were able to celebrate with 215 of our loved ones!

We cannot say enough incredible things about our wedding venue and the entire team who made our day absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, the sales team was welcoming, organized, and genuinely invested in helping us bring our vision to life. They guided us through every step of the planning process, answered our countless questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting. The catering team was outstanding. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the meal was. Every detail was handled with care, from accommodating dietary needs to ensuring flawless timing throughout the reception. The banquet team executed everything seamlessly — tables were set perfectly, service was attentive and professional, and the entire event flowed effortlessly from start to finish. What truly stood out was the customer service and operational excellence of the entire staff. On our wedding day, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment because we knew we were in capable hands. The team worked behind the scenes with precision, kindness, and professionalism, making sure every detail was handled before we even had to ask. They treated us and our families like VIPs and made everyone feel welcome and cared for. This venue exceeded every expectation we had. Their coordination, communication, food quality, service, and attention to detail were simply top-tier. I went there along with my bridal party to get our hair and make up done. They did such an amazing job! Elena did my hair and she really made it perfect! My hair stayed for the whole day despite the hot weather! Thank you! Also, Katie did my make up and she did a fantastic job! She made it look beautiful and natural at the same time! I can’t thank the hair stylists and make up artists there enough! They made everyone look amazing! Everyone left happy!

We absolutely LOVE Gansett Cruises! We hosted our rehearsal dinner as a sunset cruise in August, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The experience was affordable, seamless to plan, and the views were unbeatable.The entire staff from the captain to the bartenders, were professional, fun, and incredibly easy to work with. They offer a great selection of cocktails, and we loved that we could bring our own pizza and finger foods on board. Being able to use their speaker system for music and toasts made the night feel even more personal. The boat itself is comfortable with plenty of space for guests of all ages, and the highlight was definitely the top deck at sunset... can't beat those Newport Harbor views! 10/10. Highly recommend for any special event!

We loved having our June 2024 wedding at Gardiner House! I think we were one of the first weddings booked since the hotel opened, and we ended up doing a last minute switch from another venue to Gardiner House because we liked it so much when we came to Newport and explored. We liked working with their team; they were organized, efficient and on the day of everything went off without a hitch!! We loved how unique and ideal the location is, right on the water and walkable from most downtown Newport restaurants, and brand new! GH let us use all the vendors we wanted, were flexible on rules/pricing/headcount in a way we really appreciated and the space is GORGEOUS, so design-forward and luxurious!! We did the ceremony on the lawn outside, in addition to cocktail hour, and then the reception in their ballroom with an informal after party after in the studio bar. All our guests loved the space so much, we got so many compliments, and the wedding felt very elegant and classic Newport! The GH restaurant Flora had not opened yet when we had our wedding, so we can't wait to go back and visit to check out the restaurant space and relive the wedding energy. Highly recommend!!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Sardella's in May 2018. We had to change the time of our reservations on a few instances but Patrick was able accommodate without any issues. We only had 16 people at our rehearsal dinner so we didn't book a private room. Patrick set us up at a semi-private table and it seemed as though we had a private room. Our waiter Matt did such a great job with the entire party and all food came out at the same time. All of our guests raved about how delicious everything was - from the appetizers and drinks to the entrees! You won't be disappointed here!

I wish we could go back and relive our wedding day at The Bohlin again and again! The MOST gorgeous venue I have ever seen, with the best staff. We worked with Lauren who was so helpful every step of the way. She perfectly understood our vision and helped us bring it to life. The other highlight for us was the food- best wedding food ever! Myself, and many of our family and friends, have celiac and need gluten free food. Lauren spoke with the chef at The Bohlin who made us an entirely gluten free meal for all our guests. It was so good, I still have non-gluten free guests confirming I could eat it! We cannot thank them enough for all they did!

Cullen and his team at ITHF have been absolutely amazing to work with over the last year. Cullen was always responsive, always ready to help make an idea come to life, and when the pandemic hit he went above and beyond to ensure we rescheduled our event and didn't loose any money in the process. I would highly recommend using them!

Our second day of the wedding experience for Sonja and Jake at Belle Mer was just as magnificent as day one at Newport Beach House - waterfront, elegant and amazing team. Thank you to Meaghan and her team for executing perfectly along with Rachel and her team from CosaBellaEvents. The venue - Island House and Water Salon - spectacular. Starting from getting ready in the Island Loft (champagne and lunch) to the wedding ceremony on the lawn (wow!) to the cocktail hour in Island house, culminating in an elegant reception in Water Salon. The ambiance and decor were stunning, the team on point with every detail, almost choregraphed! The food so delicious - steak, fish and vegeterian, raving reviews from our guests. The place exploded with music and dancing from Boston Sound and Light until midnight. It was simply perfect. Thank you for an experience our family will remember so fondly.
