We just got married at Kinney Bungalow this past August and we had a great experience! The best part: Daisy and her team were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful with the entire wedding planning process. From our first tour to the last walk through, she was super sweet and made us feel confident that our big day will go well. A couple of things about the venue to really consider: - The sunset is really the best here! Look up when the sunset is on your big day and plan for that! We sat down for dinner as the sun was setting and it was the perfect backdrop for us. - The bar is tiny so consider doing a limited bar service instead of a full open bar. - There is no AC so if you know it will be hot, rent some extra fans. The ocean breeze was perfect for our ceremony and most of our reception but the fans will be nice when dancing starts! Happy wedding planning!

We had our reception at the Coast Guard House. The location is amazing with excellent views. Every table in the place has an ocean view. The downstairs room is beautiful and there is great outside space as well. We worked with Maria and she was so easy to work with and helpful. She made sure everything went the way I planed. From setting up all the tables with my center pieces, table numbers and favors. To packing stuff up after the reception for me to bring home. She was great about checking in with me, my parents and my aunt who was assigned to be a go to person. The food was great and all my guests talked about how excellent the location and my food were.

We held our September wedding ceremony at South Ferry Church and couldn't be happier. From the first time I saw it, I knew. The space is beautiful, especially with the afternoon light streaming through the stained glass windows! It was a little warm inside but the windows open for a nice breeze. We had access to the church all day in order to set up, which gave our timeline some much needed breathing room. We received quick responses from KC Bishop regarding any questions that came up. It is absolutely worth the reasonable rental fee. I can't imagine having had our ceremony anywhere else!

Where to start…our whole journey with Shepherds Run was 5 starts from start to finish. The welcoming staff, the attention to detail, the support and responsiveness…impressive to say the least. Jackie and Rowan were nothing short of amazing, from the day we toured the venue the very first time to the very end of our wedding day. Every question & small detail was discussed thoroughly to make sure our day was as seamless as possible. To say a venue is expensive in this day is just obvious, because what part of a wedding isn’t pricey. But this was money well spent!! They handled it ALL. Our Teams and planning calls made me feel so taken care of and never left me worried that something wouldn’t get done. Also, Aaron at Shepherds Run who takes care of the B&B side of things, was so sweet and responsive when we needed help with room blocks or food for our groomsman and bridal party. The attention to detail was top tear. We will always keep Shepherds Run in a special spot in our hearts. Once we toured this spot for our venue, there was truly no need to look elsewhere!
