From our initial tour through checking out the morning after our wedding, Colleen and her staff could not have possibly been more knowledgeable and accommodating. We always felt to taken care of by the Omni staff. Chef David was also excited by the challenge of creating a fully bespoke vegan menu for us and the results were incredible. As icing on the cake, we also can attest that the Omni provides an incredible value compared to other local venues, its hard to overstate how much bang for our buck we got. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

I just got married on 12/31/25 and i can't recommend it enough. Elise, Hayley and Julianna, Desiree and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond for us. The ballroom was gorgeous, the food was really good and the guests had a great time. Our photos came out fantastic and getting ready in the bridal suite was also very convenient!

My husband and I became engaged right in the middle of the pandemic. Despite this, Kate responded quickly to all of my emails and when I was getting nervous about guidelines/restrictions related to covid, she would look for a time to talk and she helped reassure me on the phone. The Renaissance made our ballroom wedding come true and my husband and I fell in love with the look of our reception. From the bistro lights included in our package to the cocktail hour, everyone loved it and commented so much on how beautiful everything looked. We have so many great things to say about this venue and truly feel blessed that we were able to have our wedding at the Renaissance and customize what we were looking for. Thank you Kate and everyone at the Renaissance for a wonderful night and experience!

When my husband and I decided to plan our wedding, we knew we wanted something small in a unique venue. We also knew we wanted to have our wedding where we met-in Providence, RI. The Hotel Providence was the PERFECT choice! Venue The venue itself is stunning and unique. Our ceremony was held on the gorgeous rooftop terrace, where staff accommodated our request for a rooftop bar for before and during the ceremony. The main dining room was the perfect location for our reception. With access to the restaurant space and the courtyard, too, our guests had plenty of room to dance, drink, mingle, and enjoy the summer weather. Food & Drink One thing we were really amazed by was the amount of food and food options we had. From hearty food stations and appetizers down to much-needed late night snacks, the food was rolling out all night. The best part was that it was all delicious! The drinks were made well and readily available all night. Staff From the initial planning stages to the last song of our wedding night, Kate and Emily handled every detail and helped make our wedding perfect and stress-free. They coordinated drop off from other vendors, helped us make (and keep) a timeline, and incorporate fun extras, like a cigar bar and cornhole for the courtyard and a kids' activity table for the youngest guests. They answered our countless questions and always made us feel like we were the only clients they had. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even making sure to deliver a slice fo wedding cake to the rooms of a few young guests who didn't make it to cake cutting time. The bartenders went above and beyond, even offering to go to a nearby liquor store to purchase the groom's beer of choice when it was revealed that it was replaced by a comparable beer that we had not requested. The Hotel Providence helped this visionless bride create the the most perfect setting for the most perfect day. It is without hesitation that I would not only recommend the Hotel Providence for any special event but would also happily host another event here in the future!

We had our wedding at Grace Pavilion and it was perfect! The venue is a gorgeous mix of a historic sanctuary and a modern event space. The sanctuary made our ceremony feel so special, and the event space was great for the reception. Vivian was amazing to work with. She answered all our questions and made everything so easy. Our guests loved hanging out there and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was. If you're looking for a stunning and versatile wedding venue, Grace Pavilion is the place! Big thanks to Vivian for all her help!

A stunning venue. I heard good reviews from guests on the cocktail hour food, the ballroom quality, the rooftop vibes. The wedding party felt at ease the entire time. The bridal suite was also very comfortable to get ready in and store our belongings.

Working with Cathy Seggel was a blast. She made sure that the ceremony was filled with live and happiness. Couldn't have been more thankful.

We hosted our wedding reception at Waterman Grille in September 2022, in the Riverview Room. It was the best! The ambiance, the food, the drinks, and the staff were the best we could have hoped for. They helped us plan our ideal evening and were flexible with how we wanted to handle our drink menu. We got so much good feedback from our guests about the delicious food! Staff were welcoming, polite, and so accommodating. We highly recommend Waterman Grille for events, including wedding receptions.

Where do I begin! My partner and I needed to find a new wedding venue just six months before our wedding date. We already had a wedding block at the Providence Marriott Downtown and were ecstatic when Nicole McCreadie, Social Catering Sales Manager, replied enthusiastically that the ballroom was available and they could meet our needs. We promptly met to come up with a game plan- which was an entire re-haul of our plans from our original venue. What could have been an incredibly stressful and confusing time quickly became a pairs dream! Nicole was thoughtful, understanding, and helpful. She made sure we stayed within our anticipated budget and made suggestions along the way about things we hadn't yet thought of or were pushed aside with finding a new venue. It made sense for us to hold everything in one location for our majority out-of-town guests. In addition to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, we held the ceremony rehearsal and dinner at the Marriott. We were able to customize the rehearsal dinner menu based on the dishes we tried (and loved, but couldn't choose from!) for the reception dinners. Chef Franco's meals were excellent and everyone raved about the food- from the rehearsal to the cocktail hour to the reception, not one person went hungry or complained. The wedding packages are the way to go as the inclusive and detail-oriented staff were beyond amazing. To say the wedding was easy and convenient is an understatement; we had round the clock check-ins and felt that each guest was treated with respect and care. The hotel was busier than I anticipated it would be on Labor Weekend, but everything still went according to plan. The outdoor pool and bar were busy, but we still had a private space for our outdoor cocktail hour at AQUA. The ballroom was decorated beautifully with the items we provided and there were draping, uplighting, and chair rental options directly through Nicole/the Marriott that made setup and design a breeze. Their offerings also alleviated our need for help from family and friends, who initially were going to chip in for setup in our original wedding plan. Our uncle made a custom backdrop and our cousin brought in and made the floral arrangements, bouquet, etc.; the Marriott was very accommodating to the custom elements we wanted to keep from our original plan. We customized our beer selection (per the groom's request!) and felt that the space could easily have accommodated our 160+ invited guests, though we had fewer attend. For 2020 weddings, I recommend you take a visit to see Nicole, check out the Bluefin Grille, AQUA, and review the package options. The space is beautiful and even though we thought about moving our wedding date to late fall/winter, we were able to envision a perfect wedding no matter the season once we took a tour!
