My husband and I were very excited to have the Duck and Bunny make our wedding cupcakes. Duck and Bunny is a great choice because they offer vegan and gluten free flavors as well as traditionally baked desserts. I'm vegan, so this was very important to me. The day of the wedding there was a slight mix up in that we were delivered mini cupcakes rather than full size cupcakes. We were asked if we wanted them to bring us more cupcakes or have a refund, and we said we needed more cupcakes. They did bring lots more cupcakes, and they also ended up giving us a partial refund, which I really appreciated. That was a very nice gesture on their part. The owner is wonderful to work with in person and also over email, and the cupcakes were all delicious!

I booked the Duck and Bunny to make and deliver my mini wedding cupcakes. They worked with me to create lactose-free, gluten free, and vegan options for my guests. They offered a free tasting, and Ashely was very helpful during the entire process. She arranged for large cupcakes to be given away as my wedding favors, and her staff applied my custom labels to their takeout containers. She was extremely responsive and helped me to adjust quantities to match the size of my final guest list. I wish they could have provided cupcake tiers, but I was able to get these at no extra cost from my caterer. They charged me for $50 for delivery, and extra for setup, and I do not feel that these charges were worth the money. If I could do it over, I would send someone to pick them up to avoid this extra cost. Also, they would not accept a personal check, which was inconvenient for me. Overall -I had a great experience, but the extra charges left a bad taste in my mouth, as the cupcakes were already quite expensive. I would rather have paid for the tasting than for the delivery and "setup". No bride likes to feel that her vendors are nickle-and-diming her, and this is my only complaint about the services I received. Cupcakes were top quality, labels were included, and the party favors (large size "maxi" cupcakes) were GONE at the end of the night! I would hire duck and bunny to cater another event, but I would arrange my own pickup and setup.

They gave us a free taste testing before we ordered or put any money down.
They were VERY flexible and up for any challenging regarding our style and design for our cake. They were willing to do anything artistically.
Their selection of cupcakes is the best. As many of whatever you want. Even gluten free.

They did not help us out with a cake stand- not that they have to, but a little help on where to look would've been cool. We also paid a set up and delivery fee but they don't actually set up, and the woman who we worked with who said she'd be there didn't come, just two random girls dropped the boxes off. That might be expecting too much though.

The brunch here looks awesome too.
