Shepherd’s Run is a vineyard wedding venue located in Narragansett, Rhode Island. The historic manor house dates back to the 1930s and is nestled amidst 36 acres of vineyards and scenic gardens. Here, to-be-weds can curate the day of their dreams at any one of the many indoor and outdoor event spaces. From summer 2021, the dedicated team proudly presents this unique destination where rustic charm meets refined elegance.

Shepherd’s Run offers infinite possibilities to prospective newlyweds so no two gatherings are ever the same. This waterfront venue features many beauty spots that are ideal for wedding photographs. To-be-weds envisaging a relaxed outdoor experience can exchange vows in the walled garden, designed by Beatrix Farrand. Following this, champagne toasts and cocktail hours are held in the picturesque grounds. Festival lovers will appreciate the boho-chic sailcloth tent, an ambient setting for evening receptions and entertainment. This oak-pole canvas marquee is located on the lower lawn, offering views of the winery fields.

The main house also offers ample space for indoor soirées and the stone exterior sets the tone for sophisticated gatherings. From intimate elopements to grand parties, each room can be customized to reflect a couple’s vision. From the Great Hall and Event Hall to the Winemaker’s Room and Rush Sturgis Study, there are many unique backdrops for creating the perfect party. The Great Hall can host 133 guests for cocktail receptions or 90 for seated banquets. Guests will be transported to a bygone era by the exquisite crown moldings, the intricate beam and trellis work, and a large stone fireplace. There are 10 guest rooms available at this location, each designed to reflect classic New England elegance with a fresh and contemporary finish.
