From start to finish, our experience with Harbor Lights was nothing short of exceptional. Our wedding day went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined, and that is thanks to the incredible team behind the scenes who worked tirelessly to make every detail perfect.
The Day Of
The execution on the day of our wedding was absolutely flawless. Harbor Lights handled every aspect of setup and breakdown seamlessly, without us or our families needing to lift a finger. When I walked into the space for the first time on our wedding day, I was genuinely overwhelmed (in the best way possible) — they had set everything up even more beautifully than I had pictured in my mind. Every table, every decoration, every detail was in place and looked stunning. And at the end of the night, they packed everything up and broke everything down with the same care and attention, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. It allowed us to fully enjoy our night without stress.
The Staff
The waitstaff and on-site team were phenomenal. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly attentive to our guests’ needs. We received so many compliments from friends and family about how kind and efficient the staff was throughout the evening. They kept things running smoothly and made sure everyone was comfortable and happy.
The Planning Process
A massive part of what made this experience so great was working with Becca. From the very beginning, Becca was a dream to work with. She was incredibly patient, kind, and responsive — no matter how many emails, phone calls, or questions I sent her way (and there were a lot), she always got back to me quickly and never once made me feel like a burden. She remained calm and helpful at every turn and even offered suggestions that ultimately made our day even better than we imagined. Her professionalism and warmth were unmatched, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her guidance.
The Venue Itself
And of course, Harbor Lights is absolutely breathtaking. The waterfront views, the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, and the overall atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. It was elegant yet relaxed, romantic yet fun — exactly what we had envisioned for our big day.
If you’re considering Harbor Lights for your wedding or special event, don’t hesitate. Between the stunning location, the wonderful staff, and the incredible support throughout the planning process, it truly was everything we hoped for and more. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had an absolute blast! I worked with Becca for about a a year and half working on our wedding. This was a last minute venue find and what a gem it is. Their ceremony location is beautiful and their ballroom is amazing. You can really make it your own. The food is amazing, all my guests were beyond happy with their meals and drinks. The staff were very kind and accommodating and they really make you feel special and taken care of. I wish I could have another wedding there, haha! Thanks again, Becca and Team!

We can't say enough great things about Julia! She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She was amazing leading up to our wedding, and pulled it off without a single hiccup on the day of. Best Day Ever!

We had our wedding at this venue this past summer and had the pleasure of having Becca as both our planner and day of coordinator. Throughout the planning process, she helped tremendously with strong communication and flexibility to ensure we had our perfect day at an affordable rate! She was very insightful, providing suggestions for some of the decisions that we were uncertain about. The day of the wedding, Becca went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned and was prepared to help with any last minute adjustments. Our day could not have gone any better and we are forever grateful to Becca for the role she had in helping make sure our special day was absolutely perfect!

I got married at Harbor Lights this past weekend and it was everything we could've imagined and more. From the start, our coordinator Becca showed so much attention to detail, was so organized and friendly and really helped us to envision our day and make sure it was exactly how we wanted. She was prompt with everything and answered all of my (many) questions throughout the entire process.
The venue is stunning and the ceremony space was absolutely perfect, even in November! SO many gorgeous photo spots.
The food was amazing and our guests came up to us all night long raving about how it was the best they had had at any wedding. Everything ran so smoothly. The catering staff was so professional and prompt with everything and our bartender Walter was also amazing.

A truly perfect day and I would recommend Harbor Lights to any future couple :)

We had an absolutely amazing wedding with Harbor Lights on 6/6/2025. Rebecca was great with coordinating and helping us iron out every little detail. Our guests loved the venue and the food- would highly recommend!

Harbor Lights did a fanastic job for our wedding. The venue is clean and they put in the effort to make all the details perfect. We loved having our ceremony of the Seaside Terrace and our Reception in the Grand Ballroom. Would definitely recommend this venue.

I hosted my daughter-in-law's Bridal Shower here last month and it was a lovely event. The girls in the sales office and the staff that day were all very pleasant to work with, and my daughter-in-law was happy with everything. I have been to events here in the past and am continually impressed by Harbor Lights.

My wedding took place at Harbor Lights this fall and it was the best night of my life! My fiance and I spent months deciding on a venue and I'm so glad we chose Harbor Lights. The planning process was long but smooth and Becca walked me through everything up until the day-of, when I felt taken care of, heard, and valued. I felt like how a bride should! My dad, who is a huge foodie, still raves about the food (especially the steak meal and the chicken taco appetizers!). I've already recommended Harbor Lights to some friends and family planning events and will definitely keep doing so! I hope to attend one of theirs soon!

We hosted my daughter's bridal shower at Harbor Lights recently and it was wonderful! The planning process was easy, the staff that day was helpful, and all of our guests loved the food. My daughter was very happy with the room we were in (I forgot what its called but it was downstairs with the water view) and the food as well. I was only nervous about having just one hour to decorate before the shower started, but thanks to the room already being set up when we arrived, it was plenty of time.
