Kari was so amazing during our wedding planning process. I live in the states, and having a wedding in PR was considered a destination wedding for us. We purchased the partial planning package and it was beyond what i would have expected. From the beginning, she gave us recommendations for our rehearsal dinner, brunch, and vendors that she trusts and has worked with before. I did come across some hiccups during our planning process with our original decorator but Kari was able to recommend and secure a new decorator within our budget with a quick turnaround time. She was extremely responsive during our months of planning together and made sure everything was organized and made all the small details count. On the day of, she remained calm even though I was stressed and made sure everything ran smoothly despite changes in timing due to rain and weather delays. She made sure to keep my top priorities her top priorities and reminded me this day is always one I will remember. Thank you again Kari for everything you have done, and if you need a wedding planner, Kari is the one for you!!

Working with Veronica was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she struck this incredible balance of being deeply professional while also so warm and approachable. It never felt overwhelming, even as a destination bride navigating so many moving pieces. Her knowledge of vendors is incredible. She came with amazing recommendations and insider insight that made every choice feel easier and more informed. Beyond logistics, she also played such a meaningful role in shaping the overall look and feel of our wedding. She brought thoughtful design ideas to the table while always staying open to ours, and she had a way of guiding us with honesty and clarity—especially when it came to making smart decisions within our budget. We truly cannot imagine going through this process without her. And then there was the wedding day itself: her team was absolutely IMPECCABLE. They were everywhere in the best way: attentive, calm, and incredibly helpful. From steaming my dress to checking in on the smallest details (like making sure I loved my bouquet), they handled everything seamlessly. We were able to be fully present and soak in every moment because we knew we were in such capable hands. The entire day went off without a hitch and felt like pure magic, and that is definitely thanks to Veronica and her amazing team.

Our wedding was a destination wedding, so we knew we need to have someone on the ground and we could not have picked someone with better energy than Mariela. She truly knew the area, the venue, and her relationships with local vendors was invaluable. Since we were only able to visit in person once before the wedding, having Mariela there managing everything gave us such peace of mind. We had already booked Hacienda Siesta Alegre before finding a planner, and one of the most important things to us was hiring someone who truly knew the venue inside and out. Mariela immediately proved that she did. When we visited for our walkthrough months before the wedding, she met us there and walked us through every single part of the venue in such detail that we instantly felt confident in our decision to work with her. What really stood out to us was that there was another couple getting married there that day, and they actually started asking Mariela questions because they assumed she worked at the venue. Even though she didn’t, she still helped answer all of their questions because she knew the space and the process so well. That moment honestly said everything about her experience and professionalism. She helped us find most of our vendors and used her industry connections to recommend incredibly high-quality people while still helping us stay within budget, which was huge for us. One of the things I appreciated most was how much communication she handled directly with vendors. It took so much stress off of us and allowed us to actually enjoy the planning process instead of feeling consumed by it. No matter when I reached out, Mariela responded quickly and never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions or needed too much help. She was patient, kind, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day special. On the wedding day itself, she went above and beyond, she surprised us by designing our seating chart to match our invitations perfectly, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant so much to us. She could tell I was feeling a little scattered that morning and somehow even managed to get mimosas from the venue to help brighten my mood and calm my nerves. There were also little decorations and details I completely forgot about, and once I told her where they were, she made sure they were set up and incorporated into the reception seamlessly. Truly, I cannot imagine going through this experience without Mariela.

I was originally referred to Eva when my first wedding planner had a scheduling conflict, and looking back, I’m so grateful it worked out that way. From our very first conversations, Eva immediately understood my vision and became so much more than a wedding planner throughout the process. As a Puerto Rican born and raised in the States, it had always been my dream to celebrate my wedding on the island where my family comes from. For many of my relatives, it was a homecoming, but for my husband’s family and many of our friends, it was their first time visiting Puerto Rico. I wanted our wedding to showcase the beauty of the Puerto Rican culture, and Eva knew exactly what I meant from the start. She truly prides herself on creating destination weddings that highlight the island, its people, and its culture, and that passion showed in every detail she planned. Throughout the planning process, Eva became a confidant and sounding board during moments when wedding planning felt overwhelming. She was always calm, organized, and reassuring, which made it easy to trust her completely. Even when I struggled to articulate my vision for the florals and decor from afar, she somehow understood exactly what I was imagining and brought it to life beautifully. When the wedding day arrived, Eva exceeded every expectation I had. Even with intermittent rain throughout the day, I felt completely relaxed because I knew she had everything under control. Her organization, professionalism, and ability to remain calm amidst the chaos were incredible. My wedding party and family continue to talk about how seamlessly she managed everything and how relaxed she remained throughout the day, especially when the down pour of rain during the vows forced us to quickly shift to the Plan B ceremony spot. Now, several weeks after the wedding, our guests are still raving about how much fun they had. Eva truly executed the wedding of my dreams and created an experience that celebrated both our love story and the Puerto Rican culture in a way that felt authentic and unforgettable. I cannot recommend Eva enough. She is a true master of her craft, and I already miss our meetings. I’m so thankful for everything she did and hope we stay in touch for years to come.

Hazel was our wedding planner and I truly have the deepest appreciation for all of her hard work. Our wedding was genuinely PERFECT. Hazel is so knowledgeable, experienced and connected in the wedding industry. For a destination wedding, I really feel like having someone like this is essential and she truly made the entire process so much easier. She is so professional and on top of everything. There are so many things we didn’t realize or think about for the wedding. Hazel made sure we were informed and all of those things were taken care of. For vendors, she gave us multiple options for each with different price ranges. She was on top of the contracts and follow up, and listened and made everything that we wanted happen. People say to prepare for things to go wrong during your wedding, but literally every single thing went perfect and according to the plan. This was all thanks to Hazel. She is extremely thorough and detailed, prepared a comprehensive timeline for the day and made sure that we were on track. So many of our guests repeatedly said this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. We are so beyond grateful for all of her help and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Madelaine and her team were amazing. Our wedding felt so seamless and if there was any issues we were never aware about it. She provided us with peace of mind and was able to answer all of our questions whenever we asked (and we asked a lot of them). We truly cannot thank Madelaine enough and words don’t seem to do her or her team justice. We highly recommend her to anyone and we still talk about how thankful we are for everything she has done. We had a wonderful experience working with Ana Maria for our Puerto Rico elopement. From the very beginning, she took the time to get to know us by having us share our story and photos, which allowed her to create a truly thoughtful and personalized ceremony. She was incredibly flexible and supportive when we ran into challenges with our paperwork and even helped us adjust our ceremony location at the last minute. Throughout the process, she was warm, professional, and easy to work with. The ceremony felt uniquely ours, and her attention to detail made the day even more special. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a meaningful, personalized wedding or elopement ceremony.

Courteous, professional, flexible service. Did all that she was asked to do with a positive demeanor. Our guests had a wonderful time and we are glad we booked Tayra for our wedding.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Naya’s Event Coordinator and her incredible team! From the very beginning until the very end, everything was absolutely beautiful, organized, and executed so seamlessly. Planning a wedding is already stressful, but planning a destination wedding all the way from Indiana to Puerto Rico felt overwhelming at times, and I can honestly say I could not have done any of this without them. A very special thank you to Hayxanair, who was truly a blessing throughout this entire journey. She was incredibly patient with me, always available to answer my endless questions, and somehow always knew exactly how to bring me down a notch whenever my anxiety was high. No matter what challenge came up, she always reassured me that everything would come together — and it absolutely did. The level of professionalism, organization, communication, and attention to every little detail was beyond anything I could have asked for.
