I honestly don’t even have enough words to describe how incredible Nayas was throughout my entire wedding planning journey! I’ve dreamed of my wedding day since I was a little girl, and she truly made those dreams come to life.

I was planning my wedding from the U.S. while she was in Puerto Rico, and you would never know there was any distance because she made everything seamless. From setting up Zoom calls to always being available for any questions, she went above and beyond every single step of the way. The planning platform she provided was amazing and kept everything organized—and honestly, with my crazy work schedule, there would have been NO wedding without her!

She gave me the most gentle nudges when I was falling behind and always had such a calming presence, even when things got overwhelming. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and worked hard to make sure it all happened within my budget. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she helped me prioritize so that I could add things later if I wanted. If we had phone meetings with vendors, she was there and was able to describe my vision better than me!

When I wasn’t sure about certain details, she gave me options and guidance without ever making me feel pressured. For example, I didn’t think I wanted to pay for a videographer, but she suggested an alternative amazing vendor who captured incredible moments without breaking the bank.

On my wedding day, she kept me calm, kept everything on track, and coordinated every single detail to perfection. The vendors she connected me with were top-tier! My husband and family honestly thought I spent way more than I did because everything looked and felt so amazing. Everyone is still telling me it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! My husband was not involved with the planning (I didn’t let him) and he has praising about Nayas and her team. He is hard to impress and he was blown away by her. He appreciated her working with me.

We had a great experience with Naya! We were planning a destination wedding from Miami with 135 guests. Naya was very responsive through out the whole year of planning. She streamlined the process little by little as the year went on so that I would not feel so overwhelmed. The day of the wedding I did not have to think of anything! I enjoyed the process of the actual wedding day while her and her team took care of everything. Her team including her husband were excellent! My wedding was on June 15, 2024 in San Juan at the Marriott Stellaris-Puerto Rico. I had a pleasure of working Hayxanair. She was an absolute perfectionist. We have so much gratitude for the entire Naya’s Events team. Naya was a calming presence throughout the entire planning process. Planning from NYC can be stressful but we were in great hands! The entire day of was perfect. Naya presented us with vendors and each of them were AMAZING!! Every single element went above and beyond!! The decor was breathtaking, the entertainment and lighting were top notch, food was DELICIOUS! Even when it rained, Naya was able to help us quickly pivot with a plan b and actually made our plan a happen in between the drizzle. She took away our stress and seamlessly made our day magical and perfect. I can’t even put into words. Naya was a godsend. My husband and I were planning our wedding from NYC which came with its own set of challenging. Naya eased all our concerns, shared her favorite vendors and helped us navigate contracts. She has a very calm presence. The day of the wedding, Naya was running around making sure everything was perfect and just as I had dreamed. My bridesmaid texted me the next morning saying how much she loved her and asking if she could plan hers even if it was not in Puerto Rico. She helped us with so many last minute things including finding a place for 90 guests to enjoy welcome drinks after a mix up with our original location.
Our officiant/ my brother's dress pants went missing a little over an hour before the wedding and Naya's husband ran to a store to buy him pants. During the wedding, Naya and her staff were very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Hire her immediately! She is truly amazing.
