Reliable and so easy to work with!

We used Five Star Executive Transport for our wedding to get guests from Caribe Hilton to La Rogativa, and they were fantastic! Everything ran smoothly and on time.

They were incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and very flexible with any changes we needed to make. We appreciate how professional and organized they were from start to finish.

Highly recommend for any event! Thank you for getting our guests where they needed to be with ease!

Easy, Timely, Efficient

5 Star Transportation was great to work with. They were organized and on time for all of our pick ups. We had passenger pick up for 100 guests from the Royal Sonesta to Hacienda Siesta Alegre and all of our guests said it was extremely organized and right on schedule. We also had additional vehicles for bride and groom + bridal party! Highly recommend and our guests appreciated the transportation!

Guests loved them

Such great service! They were able to pick up our guests at a location in Old San Juan to Hacienda Siesta Alegre. The guests were commenting on how nice the shuttle service was and how knowledgable the driver was on navigating the small roads leading to the Hacienda. Everything went so smoothly. Would recommend them to anyone! Especially those who are using HSA as their venue.

Great service! So glad we had them

Great service, they were extremely professional, punctual and great. From the booking process they were transparent about the costs and were flexible to our specific needs of back and forth (we needed transportation for the wedding party group ~12 people from hotel to church to venue and back to the hotel once the reception was over). They were clear in how long the drive would be and overall I cannot recommend them enough for your transportation needs.

Our guests raved about them!

We never actually saw the bus or met the driver, but my communication with them pre wedding and my guests who interacted with them said they were great! They showed up exactly on time, the bus was super clean and comfortable for a 45 minute trip, and the driver communicated well with my planner on updates as they were driving. My biggest nightmare was that the bus wouldn't show and people would be stranded (having planned events previously and had this happen once it was at the forefront of my mind) but I felt I was in great hands with them which helped my anxious brain on wedding day. Highly recommend!

Took 130 guests to and from my wedding and it was perfect

Highly recommend this transportation company. They exceeded all of our expectations. Came to La Concha and held signs out for people to catch the bus. They also let our guests stay a little bit longer at Hacienda as well.

Wonderful Service

Frank and Five Star were phenomenal! From initial contact to pick up and drop off of our guests, Five Star was communicative, punctual, and professional. I would recommend them over and over again. Our guests were please with the ride and felt safe traveling from San Juan to Rio Grande

Responsive, Great Service, Highly Recommended!

We worked with Pablo for all our wedding weekend transportation and he was amazing! Five Star Transport was recommended to us by our wedding planner, Karisha Marie Events and I am so glad that we used them. Pablo is incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating. We had 60+ guests who traveled to Puerto Rico for the wedding and were all staying in the Condado area. We worked with Pablo to provide them transportation to the Welcome party in Old San Juan the night before the wedding and to the wedding in Rio Grande. We had two vehicles to transport guests to/from the wedding. It was a lot of logistics, but Pablo made is run smoothly. Everything was on time and the shuttles were clean and reliable. The cost was also very fair. It was such a pleasure working with Five Star Transport. I highly recommend them!
