David at TransTravel is a true professional! Our son's wedding was in Rio Grande, with the reception at Hacienda Sieste Alegre, near El Yunque, but our guests were staying at a hotel in San Juan. TransTravel provided transportation for about 80 guests from the hotel, to the church in Rio Grande, and then to Hacienda and then back to San Juan. The buses were clean, arrived on time, and safely transported our family and friends; he even provided an early bus and a late bus back to San Juan, and a last minute limo for the bride and groom. We are ever thankful for David's help and flexibility -- he responded to all of our questions, eased our concerns, and we didn't have to worry about our relatives and friends driving back from the reception. We hired Trans Travel for two events during our wedding weekend. During the first event, one of the buses broke down on the highway, but the Trans Travel team sprung to action! They found another bus and had us boarded into the backup bus in less than 15 minutes. Things happen, and we were very impressed by speed to recover to the situation at hand. The second event went smoothly, and Trans Travel was flexible with driving some guests home early which we really appreciated for the elderly and children. The short back story is...
Old San Juan was experiencing a lot of traffic and we were already running late for the wedding ceremony. David got off the bus and directed the traffic in order to have us get out of San Juan. I mean he is the reason why we are married and had time to celebrate with our families.
