Sofia and her team made sure everything on the day of went so smoothly, which made my day as the bride completely stress free. They even got all 8 of our nieces and nephews down the aisle without a hitch! At the reception, Sofi and Paola were always there if we needed them, making the whole event flow. However, the best value that they provided was the quality of the vendors. Every single vendor at our wedding was AMAZING. Like, out of this world wonderful. Without Sofi, I would have been left to scouring the internet for vendors, not really knowing what I was getting. Thanks to them, every aspect of the wedding was top notch. We booked Bloom Event’s full diamond package for our destination wedding of 80+ people. Our planner was Sofia and we will start off by saying our wedding was HANDS DOWN the most spectacular and perfect event (in our eyes) and that is all thanks to Sofia and her team. Our event required a bit of coordination between the multiple vendors and special requests we had. Sofia was able to nail down a complete gluten free menu, gave amazing vendor recommendations, and made our day stress free and comfortable. We will say we wished some of the details could have been finalized earlier within the deadlines we agreed on but nonetheless, everything worked out smoothly and Bloom Events does a fantastic job the day of coordinating. We loved Sofia and her team’s kindness, professionalism, sweet ideas, and Sofia even offered flags left over from a previous wedding for our “Hora Loca” - super sweet thank you for that. As well our transportation ran late and Sofia made sure to stay with our guests until it arrived. She also was able to find an officiant within two weeks of the wedding and volunteered to help translate to make our ceremony bilingual how we wanted. Planning was a little bit of a rocky ride but Sofia was responsive and ultimately the day of, was spectacular.
