Aida at AMR Event Coordination was a great choice for my husband and me. She offers two different packages that cover a wide range of planning needs. Aida helped connect us with trusted vendors and handled all outreach and follow-ups, which significantly reduced our stress. She also connected us with Capt. George of Castillo Tours, where we chartered a catamaran for our friends and family as a wedding-week excursion—an unforgettable experience. Throughout the planning process, Aida was gracious and kind, holding monthly check-ins and remaining available for questions and concerns. She provided helpful tips and resources that supported us along the way. That said, the day-of coordination could have been more organized. A more thorough pre-wedding meeting to review all details would have helped, as there were moments when questions arose on the wedding day. As a result, my maid of honor and mother-in-law had to step in to assist with coordination. Overall, Aida was supportive, knowledgeable, and a valuable part of our planning process, especially leading up to the wedding.

Decidimos contratar a una coordinadora de boda para aliviar un poco la carga y el miedo de olvidar detalles importantes y mantener un orden para que nuestra boda fuera lo mejor posible. El proceso de la coordinación del mes fue muy llevadero, tan sencillo como ir parte por parte marcando cosas de una lista siendo guiados por Franchesca en todo el proceso. En las reuniones y llamadas siempre sentimos la emoción y control total sobre cada detalle, y gracias a la organización de Franchesca estas reuniones siempre fueron muy productivas. Muy amable y profesional, se ve muy bien el conocimiento y la experiencia que tiene. Disfrutamos mucho el proceso. Nos ayudó en cada detalle desde ayudarnos a organizar nuestras ideas, darnos feedback y sugerencias para evitar contratiempos y hasta proveernos contactos de suplidores cuando los necesitábamos. El día de la boda todo salió perfecto y gracias a su ayuda pudimos hacer realidad la visión que teníamos, con todos sus detalles. Superó nuestras expectativas por mucho y contratar a Franchesca fue la mejor decisión que hemos tomado para nuestra boda. La recomendamos 100%.
