Founded by Emily Rivera and Carlos Gonzalez, Reset Experience combines years of wedding planning and event production experience to create celebrations that are organized, personalized, and uniquely tailored to every couple. Emily brings over 18 years of experience in the wedding industry and a passion for turning each couple’s vision into an unforgettable celebration, while Carlos ensures every detail comes together flawlessly through expert planning and logistics.

Exceptional Service That Made Our Wedding Day Stress\-Free
From the very beginning, our wedding planner and coordinator made us feel supported, heard, and confident that our special day was in good hands\. They were involved throughout the planning process, paid attention to the smallest details, and helped us stay organized and focused on what truly mattered\.
One of the things we appreciated most was their ability to work within our budget\. They listened to our priorities and helped us find solutions that matched our needs without making us feel pressured to spend more\. The value we received for the money was absolutely worth it because we were not only paying for coordination—we were paying for experience, organization, peace of mind, and someone who was there to make sure everything came together\.
Their professionalism was exceptional\. They were reliable, responsive, patient, and respectful throughout the entire experience\. Even when unexpected situations came up, they handled them calmly and professionally\. Their attitude was positive and welcoming, which made the planning process much more enjoyable\.

We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding planners! From the very beginning, Emily ws professional, attentive, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more.
Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful, but having them by our side made the entire process feel so much easier. They listened to every detail, understood our vision, and somehow brought everything together even better than we imagined. They were responsive, patient, and always made us feel like our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us.
On the actual wedding day, Emily and Carlos were absolutely incredible. Everything was beautifully executed, every detail was taken care of, and we were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. The decor, timeline, coordination, and overall atmosphere were simply PERFECT!
