Working with Aida was one of the most pleasurable experiences we can describe. Upon contacting her, she was not only professional but her demeanor was familiar, soft spoken, and comforting. It is SUPER stressful planning a wedding, figuring out what you want, managing expectations from external factors, and maintaining your relationship all along. Aida went above and beyond to not only provide us with exemplary planning and customer service, but also became a friend, sister, and aunt as we could always rely upon her to keep our heads above water. A) it was a destination and B) it was not easy to find many vendors who have worked with African and black Caribbean people. It’s tough to find people who can do natural hair, makeup for melanated people, let alone willing to accommodate and adjust to different cultures outside of traditional European ones. But Aida made it happen period! We expressed our hesitations and concerns and she made it a point to find what we needed and provide reassurance the whole process. The day of our wedding, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our ceremony was beautiful, and the reception was a blast. The dj was the bomb, our decorations were outstanding, the cake was so tasty. Aida thank you for your generosity, your gentle words of wisdom, and your support. Our wedding was executed exactly as we had envisioned thanks to you. Aida is one of the most professional people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. My wedding was a destination wedding to PR, and a bilingual one too, and she was my Day Of Coordinator. She was FAST at responding to any questions or inquiries and incredibly flexible when it came to arranging (and last minute rearranging!) plans for the night. She was very vocal about how things should flow and her recommendations based on her experiences, which was super helpful to us in ensuring that we had a good ceremony and reception. Aida was efficient at communicating with both wedding parties in both English and Spanish, and incredible at officiating the reception. She effectively communicated with every one of our vendors and we felt safe and confident in leaving that to her hands, and she did not disappoint whatsoever. Everything was exactly as we planned, and Aida did everything in her power to make sure we had the night of our lives and the wedding of our dreams. She answered all of our numerous questions within a short time frame, week after week. She gave such great suggestions for the wedding ceremony and reception timeline. She has really solid connections with several local vendors including hair and make up folks. She went above and beyond to find a hair stylist, make up artist, and barber for our wedding party. We originally tried to find people but were unable to and she worked tirelessly for weeks and we are so appreciative of her for that.

The one word that I have to describe her officiating the ceremony is spiritual. Although we shared a script with her, the parts she added on her own really touched us in a meaningful way. She moves with such grace and love. As she officiated our wedding we felt so held by her calming voice tone and grounded presence. Aida has such strong emotional intelligence and is such an incredibly gifted officiant. Aida, thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your support! We really appreciate you!

Aida was the absolute best coordinator I could have asked for. She was so quick to respond to any of my million questions or adress any of my millions of concerns. She always had my back with whatever i wanted or needed. She handled all the vendors and everything that goes with that and all communications to all the vendors and she did such an amazing job I just have absolutely nothing bad to say. She thought of things even I did not. She was always on top of everything and I always felt completely at ease, which you know is not common to feel so at ease when planning a wedding. And i admit I'm very picky and needy and she just exceeded all my expectations and more. She gave me helpful advice and I just appreciate her and all of her amazing effort that made our day perfect. She is absolutely the best and I 100% recommend her to anybody looking in Puerto Rico for an event or wedding planner.
