The McGranahan barn is a replica of our ancestor's James and Sarah McGranahan's original barn, which was built in the 1800's. The replicated barn is 6,500 square feet and has a breathtaking open interior. The barn consist of two front staircases, a back staircase and upstairs loft. The surrounding 240 acres is still owned and farmed by the McGranahan's descendents and has remained in the family for 122 years. Our Saturday package price is $5,500, Friday and Sundays are $4,500, weekdays $3,000. Our packages include: 12pm-12am rental time, 200 padded garden chairs (black), 20 (60” round tables), complimentary rehearsal, Jack Daniels barrels, barrel table, original bar, hanging indoor bistro lights, four- 6ft tables, four- 8ft tables, six- bistro tables, (2) custom rolling buffets, cleanup (sweeping, mopping, event trash removal), security if alcohol is served, access to the land and or barn for a photo session prior to your wedding.
