I worked with Adrienne in planning my daughter's reception at DT-Warren Place. She was extremely helpful in all of the details of the event, and responded to several little changes that we had made during the process. The entire staff that worked the event was professional, courteous and very capable. And the food was outstanding! I had no issues at all the entire night, and had many many compliments on the event; the Doubletree was an excellent venue for a reception!

If you want a fun place to have a reception or wedding this is it. Adrienne is amazing and so very helpful! The food/chef is incredible! They help you in every way they can- from decorations to making sure the DJ is gonna play the right song. I would do it again just because Adrienne was wonderful, friendly, professional, and went out of her way to help us! :)

We rented the entire Ballroom, and it looked amazing. They are very straight forward and will do anthing they can to help you get everything you want. They dont take short cuts and they dont just do the minnimum. They provided an ice sculpture as a gift for the amount we were spending, and to create balence in the room, they brought in a water fountain at no charge as well. They work with you on the catering aspect in the sense that I wanted thing not on the Menu and it was never a problem and it turned out amazing! I have had many complements of the food and decor of the room from party planners around Tulsa who have seen some of the Pictures!
