This place is amazing! Food was amazing and staff was amazing!! I cannot tell you how much an event center like this is needed!!

The location was just beautiful, the view at sunset is just stunning. Jessica and her team were wonderful. She was open to my vision and was very accommodating. We went over the arranged time to set up and we never felt rushed out. Her crew even helped us clean up. I will definitely recommend Battle Creek Golf Club as a venue for your wedding or even a party.

Jessica, the event coordinator is amazing!! She was so organized and made the venue part of our wedding planning flawless and soo easy. I would recommend this venue to any Oklahoma bride and was soo happy with the service and sincere attention to detail.

Our wedding was perfect! The staff at MeadowBrook is phenomenal! They took care of setting up our rented chairs, placing linens and centerpieces, and even found some twinkle lights I had stuffed in with our decor and had forgotten about and used them to decorate our sweetheart table. Everything looked amazing. Service was wonderful. Food was delicious amd presented very well. They did our cake cutting and served it as well. I would recommend them 1 million times over!

I grew up with my family being members at the Oaks and have many memories from over the years. When it came time to choose a ceremony/reception venue, it was a no brainer! Not only are there awesome benefits for members, but there are the built in event planners that made everything so smooth! Stephanie, Ava and their team truly made our wedding day the best we could have hoped for! They worked with all of my decorations and views for the wedding all while adding their own input that helped me see things I would've never thought of on my own. The long hours they put in to make sure anyone throwing an event at the Oaks is taken care of shows their dedication and love for their job. I never thought I would need a wedding planner, but I now see I could not have done it without them! The Oaks is an absolutely beautiful place to throw any sort of event and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested!

Pros: having access to cabins prior to ceremony for bride & groom parties to get ready. Also for guests to stay on property after the reception. Food was WONDERFUL, still receiving compliments over the stuffed mushrooms. Cons: temperature was hot during the reception, made it hard for guests to dance; ran out of appetizers before bride/groom party & family made it to the reception hall after pictures.

Dawnie is the best! She is the one we worked with for food and set up. She was so flexible and helpful! Not to mention how affordable the prices we're for the venue rental and also for the food. We did a breakfast buffet with homemade biscuits, gravy, eggs and French toast. She made out delicious cupcakes and wedding cake as well! She lives less than a mile from the venue and was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place for a small wedding!! We had about 115 guests and it was perfect! It was full and cozy but not cramped. The place has high ceilings w beams and a fire place up front. It was the perfect setting for a winter wedding :)
