The Summit is a country club-style wedding venue situated in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Centrally located, this elegant spot has a full range of facilities and amenities to create a sophisticated and comfortable celebration for couples and their guests. The building was originally opened in 1967 as one of the city’s first skyscrapers, with the top three floors designed as a private club. Since then, it has been lovingly restored as a beautiful backdrop for countless wedding celebrations. Featuring an atmosphere of undeniable refinement, it offers dedicated service staff, impeccable cuisine and breathtaking views, for an enchanting and unforgettable experience.

Facilities and Capacity

The Summit offers a number of venues for wedding parties to celebrate in style. Couples wishing to host up to 210 guests can avail of the luxurious 30th Floor Ballroom, which features magnificent views of the city and the Arkansas River. The Ballroom can host up to 350 attendees. Each space is bedecked with the finest furnishings, resplendent lighting, and top-of-the-line audiovisual equipment for optimum comfort and convenience.

Services Offered

Every couple is provided with their own on-site wedding coordinator to ensure that the planning process runs as smoothly as possible. These expert planners are extremely meticulous and detail-oriented and will assist with everything from seating plans to centerpieces. All furniture, china, glassware, and silverware are provided, as well as a choice of linens and a table and cakestand for the cake-cutting process.

Cuisine

The Summit boasts one of the finest catering teams in the whole city. Working closely with each couple, they strive to create the perfect menu to satisfy even the most fastidious of taste palates. A dedicated and experienced service staff is on hand to keep plates and glasses full as the day progresses, and cater to your guests’ every need. A full bar is provided, with an extensive selection of beers, wines, and spirits, and highly-trained bartenders are provided to create dazzling cocktails.

    Jessica, the event coordinator is amazing!! She was so organized and made the venue part of our wedding planning flawless and soo easy. I would recommend this venue to any Oklahoma bride and was soo happy with the service and sincere attention to detail.

    This is a great venue and very affordable for the quality and level of service provided. We really looked around but could not find any place that felt right for our wedding day reception until we walked in The Summit. We were taken aback by the wonderful view of downtown Tulsa, river...The atmospher inside is amazing, type of Victorian style, very elegant and classy. Very spacious. Amazing tables and chairs give you the feel of royalty, not that typical fold chairs with the ugly ribbon you see at some weddings. Only class here. Food was amazing. They offer variety of manus from different buffet to plated dinners. They can custumize the manu and service to your needs. Very friendly and professional. All our guests were stunned by the reception venue, lots of compliments on food (especially salmon), great wines, very attentive service. Kept the tables clean, glasses filled with wine and guests happy. We would highly recomment the Summit. Just go there and you will not want to see any other place.

    They will help your day go SO SMOOTHLY! The wedding coordinator's name is abby prude. Shes amazing! she tells everyone what to do and where to go and when to do it so you dont have to worry about anything and can focus on getting ready and looking great!
