The Plantation at Coal Creek is an absolutely beautiful venue! I couldn’t have imagined a mire perfect place to have my wedding. The event coordinator Michelle was very accommodating and sweet. I had no idea what I was doing and she helped me out every step of the way! This venue and the people who work here are amazing and so helpful.

I absolutely loved the Dresser Mansion! I loved the house, the grounds, the staff (Charlie) and the various vendors. My whole experience at the house made for a beautiful fairytale wedding. It is a memory that I will hold onto for the rest of my life. The house is a beautiful historical landmark of Tulsa. It comes with remarkable craftsmanship, and interior and exterior beauty. It is ripe with stories of the past owners, parties, and events. It is so special to know that now, my own special event adds to the rich history of the home. My guests loved exploring the home, and hearing about how it was built in the early 20th century, the stories of the wood ceilings coming from King George V's forest, the Portuguese tiles of the sun room, and the velvet handrail for Mrs. Dresser... I could go on. But Charlie was always so kind and gracious. He even let my husband and I have the house early on our wedding day, as he worked to set up tables, and hose down driveways, etc. He was always very communicative and responsive to our correspondence. And he put us into contact with amazing vendors that he and the venue work with on an ongoing basis. I think everything came together as well as it did because Charlie cares about the events he holds at the mansion. The caliber of vendors are exceptional. They were amazing. I do not have one complaint amongst them all. My guests keep telling me "it was like a fairytale, " "it was beautiful", "it was peaceful"... and that's what the house was. I truly am so thankful for the opportunity to host my wedding at the Dresser Mansion. It was truly memorable!

The Marland Mansion is beautiful! They are super helpful and answered my many questions over the entire wedding planning process. (I live out of state and made many calls to get answers to all my questions) they have different opinions for different price points. I rented out the lower floor for 700 and the upper ballroom for an additional 1000. They provided the tables and chairs and set them up how I wanted. Nobody rented the mansion for the day before my wedding so we were able to set everything up the day before. This venue was cheaper than all others that we looked at and was super beautiful and we were able to set things up early and had more wiggle room with our time the day of. The amount of places to take wedding pictures there are endless!! Both outside and inside are perfect! I cannot say enough about this place! I love it!!!

The most amazing venue for a wedding!

This is an absolutely amazing place. Very nice elegant furniture and decor but also has updated modern tech. They really kept the grounds and inside very nice and clean. We did a Saturday morning elopement package but also added a room for the night before. The room was amazing and super nice and luxurious but made having a wedding there the next day so much easier. Would definitely recommend. The Harwelden team members were so great the whole time. Starting with just email inquiries Amber was super responsive and answered all of our questions and helped prepare and coordinate everything. Then Haley showed us the property and was super helpful on assisting for some pictures. From the time we arrived Dwayne was helping us unload to setup to making sure we remembered all the things we wanted to do. He also helped us clean and prepare last second things on the fly. Finally Linda made an amazing breakfast with prefect ham egg and cheese croissant. During Covid times this was the best venue I could have ever imagined having in Tulsa. It was a great venue, location, and team. This place should be at the top of the venue lists on all the Tulsa wedding site apps.

Our wedding day was absolutely magical, and this venue played a huge part in making it unforgettable. From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was the one. The staff was incredibly attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day great. The venue itself is stunning. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the beautiful windows, the cocktail hour club house, and how seamless everything felt. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty and a truly personal touch, this is it. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

We recently had our wedding at the Lewcy Manor and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful setting and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Beth, Tara, and Oscar went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making our special day stress-free and memorable. The venue itself is stunning, with picturesque views and lovely indoor and outdoor spaces that provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The attention to detail in the decor and layout was impeccable, creating a romantic and intimate environment that all our guests loved. 10/10 would recommend!
