The Marland Mansion is beautiful! They are super helpful and answered my many questions over the entire wedding planning process. (I live out of state and made many calls to get answers to all my questions) they have different opinions for different price points. I rented out the lower floor for 700 and the upper ballroom for an additional 1000. They provided the tables and chairs and set them up how I wanted. Nobody rented the mansion for the day before my wedding so we were able to set everything up the day before. This venue was cheaper than all others that we looked at and was super beautiful and we were able to set things up early and had more wiggle room with our time the day of. The amount of places to take wedding pictures there are endless!! Both outside and inside are perfect! I cannot say enough about this place! I love it!!!

My daughter was married in the ballroom in July, 2015, and we used the downstairs for the reception. Everything went smoothly and her pictures are beyond gorgeous, even down to the Bride's room where they got dressed. We decided against outdoors because it was July in Oklahoma. We had family in from several states, including Washington, and some even enjoyed touring the mansion earlier in the day. The staff carried through with everything we were told ahead of time.

I had my May 29th 2015 wedding at the Marland Mansion and it was perfect! It honestly couldn't have gone better. The entire Marland Mansion staff was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions leading up to the wedding. The price to rent the lower level and the north lawn was so reasonable that my fiancé and I booked the venue the same day we took the tour. It is a gorgeous place and all of our guests were amazed at how pretty it was. The mansion also allowed us to take breathtaking pictures that we will have forever. Overall, the Marland Mansion was more than we could have ever dreamed of and my husband and I are so thankful that we chose the mansion and its grounds to get married on.

This is the perfect setting for a classic wedding. The entire estate is a gorgeous setting. This is a venue that could accommodate both indoor and outdoor weddings. Our outdoor wedding ceremony was on the North Lawn and indoor reception was on the Lower Level in the Mansion. Everything turned out perfect!

Due to a growing guest list & 90 degree weather, we had to move the ceremony to different parts of the grounds three times in the last month. The plan went from having the wedding in the downstairs part of the Mansion, to having the ceremony outside, to having the ceremony upstairs. Each plan came with a different seating arrangement for my 150 guests. The staff at this venue not only were patient with all of the last minute changes, but helped us come up with seating arrangements as well. They were very helpful through every step of the planning & set-up process, & everything looked gorgeous. Plus, they allowed us to use their tables & chairs, which saved us money on renting them!

I rented the mansion a long time before my wedding. I always knew i wanted my wedding there. It was beautiful. I toured the mansion before I rented the place and it was awesome and very historical. I would recommend that everyone in Ponca City get married in the marland mansion. At $500 a floor, it's a bargain.

This is a very beautiful, historic venue that was perfect for us. We booked during a weekday, and they were very courteous about letting us set up well in advance of the ceremony. The venue has plenty of space (our guest list was around 80 people), and they provide chairs and tables. I thought that was very awesome. The only problems we had was that it was very hot once the staff left at 5, and they would not let our DJ use their wi-fi for music when my flash drive stopped working. Other than that, I would recommend this venue!

It is a beautiful place and great priced but if you want people to work with you or be flexible under a problem- they have old staff and they are willing to do that.
