Hotel Wedding Venues in Oklahoma City

Along with out guests, we loved our stay at The Waterford. Our wedding venue referred them as a great place for a wedding block. Ashley, in event planning, and her team were great in every aspect - communication, organization, responsiveness, and professionalism. The hotel staff was just as excellent during our stay. If you're looking for a place to stay, we highly recommend The Waterford.

I cannot rave enough about the Colcord Hotel. We knew we wanted our wedding ceremony at the botanical gardens across the street, and were searching for a reception space that was convenient for our guests since everyone was traveling from out of town. From the first time I reached out to their team, they were responsive, welcoming, and helpful. We ended up booking our room block at the hotel, hosting our reception dinner there in the Terrace Room, which overlooks the gardens, and even hosted a farewell brunch there the next morning. Our guests raved about the service they received. The staff at Colcord even mentioned they'd been anticipating our event for months, and it made us feel very special. From the banquet staff to housekeeping to the valet team, everyone was wonderful. We worked closely with Tara, the Sales Manager, and she was a gem. We even doubled our guest count from the initial contract to the final event, and they quickly accommodated last-minute changes. Overall, our experience was incredible. If you're searching for a wedding venue in Oklahoma City with on-site accommodations, look no further than Colcord Hotel!

Go for it Everything was very nice. The food was great. They were very accommodating to the fact that I am allergic to certain wines and provided me with my own ( non allergenic) bottle! It can be a very fun venue with PENGUINS!!!!

Embassy suites staff were extremely professional and well prepared for my wedding reception. Sarah was easy to work with and willing to do whatever necessary to make our occasion one to remember. She went above & beyond our expectations and was very accommodating to make certain everthing went exactly as planned. The food was fabulous! The table linens, chairs, and centerpieces that were provided really made the reception warm, classy and comfortable. The hot meals were served promptly and everything was so delicious! Our guests had a wonderful time celebrating our special occasion. I would highly recommend this venue for any special occasion, mostly due to the professionalism of the staff and the care they had for our wedding day. We will cherish these memories forever!

We had our wedding and reception at the Sheraton. Jenny, Emily, and the entire staff were amazing!! Very accommodating and professional. When things went wrong they were immediately on it. For example, the top tier of my wedding cake went missing and I was devastated. Emily was on it and ordered me a new cake tier! 😭 paid for it and all. I highly recommend them!!

The owners of this beautiful bed and breakfast are so kind and willing to help with anything you need. They also offer a 10% off for anniversaries! If you're wanting an outdoor wedding or reception, this place is lovely!

We had our wedding at the Skirvin and overall it was a great night and everything went smoothly. The venue is stunning and has that classic, elegant downtown feel that made the whole event feel special, especially after the remodel (the updated colors even ended up matching our wedding colors). There were also so many great photo opportunities around the hotel, so it made portraits and candid shots feel effortless and timeless. Planning was a little hectic at first because we had two contacts leave, so it took some time to pin down the right person. Once we were assigned to Shay Mechling, everything improved immediately. She was personable, responsive, and consistently there when we needed her, and she also thought of details we hadn’t considered. The food was excellent and our guests truly raved about it, which mattered a lot to us. That said, there were some mix-ups related to guests with food allergies, so that process could be handled more carefully. We also heard a few complaints about plates being cleared before some people were finished eating. Bar service was a highlight. The bartender was excellent and made our guests feel genuinely taken care of. One area the Skirvin could improve is offering better choices for linens and table décor, as the options felt limited for the overall caliber of the venue. Despite a few hiccups, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend the Skirvin, especially with Shay on your team. She was the key to making things come together.

I just got married here this May and the process was a breeze thanks to the staff at the CRCC! The venue itself is beautiful, and we also chose to hold the ceremony down by the lake. Even though there were tornado warnings during our rehearsal dinner and 2+ inches of rain, the CRCC staff worked hard to ensure everything went very smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to have all my family and friends come to help us celebrate. Many of our relatives stayed at the CRCC before/after the event and all complimented the hotel's amenities (pool, sauna, breakfast). We worked closely with Twyla throughout the planning process, and she was always willing to talk and answer any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone planning an event!
