Hiring Rachelle was the best decision we made. We thought we could plan our wedding alone, and 6 months in we realized we need help. We hired Rachelle and since day one she took over and took charge of everything. She helped us finalize the vendors, the timeline, she helped us hire a trio to play during Cocktail hour. But most importantly she was there in charge on our wedding da, which allowed us to have a blast. Thank you Rachelle!

Cicely and the team did an incredible job making our day stress free and beautiful. We booked "day-of" services, but she truly started pitching in and taking stuff off my plate a few weeks before then. She had ideas and suggestions for things I hadn't even thought about and was very available and communicative. We had a few things we wanted done a little differently, and she thoughtfully and carefully executed each element. Finally, on the day of, it was so, so, so nice to have her there to manage the other vendors and get all the decor and other elements all set up. She'd worked with most of the vendors before, which made it so easy day of. She brought the vision to life, and made necessary last-minute adjustments without stressing us out. Cicely and her team made our day amazing and smooth, and I highly recommend hiring her. You can be confident it is money well spent.

Hannah listens to the couples and really hears what they want. If she has a better idea she let's you know the pros and cons and usuallly comes up with a suggestion that makes an event stand out above the rest. We couldn't have been more happy and would highly recommend Hannah.

Highest 100/10 recommendation for my “day of” coordinator, Faith Chapin of Faithfully Yours. She was so much more than “day of” and made my day look, feel, and flow beautifully. She put up with my constant inquiries for over a year and was just fantastic. She helped me choose and coordinate our tablescapes and flowers. She also printed matching menu cards and a table map on beautiful paper on theme. During the day of she seemlessly took care of the timing and flow of everything and was sweet and supportive along the way. It was a magical day from start to finish thanks largely to Faith!

The best decision we made for our wedding — hands down! I’ll be honest — I didn’t even think we needed a wedding planner at first. But as our guest list grew and things got a little chaotic, we decided to work with Symphony Weddings, and I am so glad we did. Ashley was beyond incredible — she completely exceeded every expectation. She was warm, responsive, and felt like a true friend throughout the entire process. Whether it was a quick text, a last-minute phone call, or a vendor question, Ashley was always there and on top of every detail. We hired her for day-of coordination, but she went so far above and beyond that it felt like she’d been planning with us all along. From reviewing contracts and managing vendors to creating a timeline that ran flawlessly, Ashley made everything seamless. Even when we made last-minute changes — adding and removing things or booking our DJ at the eleventh hour — she handled it all with grace and professionalism. If your wedding is over 30 guests, do yourself a favor and hire Symphony Weddings. The peace of mind Ashley gave us was priceless. I would recommend her a thousand times over — she made our day absolutely perfect, and I’d choose her every single time.

Working with Cristina and Simply Weddings was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. When we started planning, we had very few concrete ideas, just a general vision of how we wanted the day to feel. Cristina took that tiny spark and, with the support of the Simply Weddings team, turned it into something more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. She offered creative guidance, thoughtful suggestions, and an incredible list of trusted vendors when we didn’t have our own. Every step of the way, she made the planning process feel easy and completely stress-free. Cristina checked in constantly without ever being overwhelming, and she always made us feel heard, supported, and excited. But where she and the Simply Weddings team truly shined was on the wedding day. They were beyond kind, calm, and organized, and because of them we were able to relax and actually enjoy every single moment. Melina was a very helpful wedding planner as we navigated creating our full day vision of an Indian and Western wedding ceremony. Bringing and celebrating multiple cultures is not easy, but Melina made a lot of the work less stressful for my husband and I. We developed a good relationship while planning for the event and with the help of Melina we were able to lock down many of our major vendors before inflation hit the wedding industry! She has a lot of great people she works with and it made choosing vendors much easier. Our day long celebration was at the Doyle and Melina’s relationship with the venue’s team made locking in the site much easier. She also gave helpful recommendations on where guests should stay. Most of our guests and my husband and I stayed at the Downtown Grand which was perfect. With the proximity to the venue guests were able to go back to their hotels and get ready for ceremony #2. Also, most guests were from out of town so they were able to enjoy Downtown Las Vegas. Most of our meetings with Melina were on Zoom and communications were via email because we are not in Vegas. While we went back-and-forth via email having those virtual and in person meetings made the process easier. This was Melina’s first Indian wedding and she learned a lot from the experience with all the small details that come with the traditions of this wedding. While there were some hiccups along the process my husband and I did not notice it based on the bigger picture of the event. For those who are looking to work with Melina I want to emphasize this is a working relationship. She and her team give good suggestions on vendors and who to work with, and it is up to you to share what vision you have of the day with her and the vendors. As I mentioned earlier there were some hiccups and that came with some breaks of communication. For example, we relied on family the day before the wedding to help get some fabric for the cabana for the event because of the excessive heat we were going to get on the day of the wedding. While going over the cabana options, we saw photos of how it can look with cloth but did not order/RSVP the cloth at the rental space, requiring family to get it. On the day of there was concerns over the hanging of the cloth on the cabana which caused some stress for my family as well. On the day of the wedding Melina gave my husband and I the positivity and energy we needed for the day. She helped coordinate everyone and everything to keep everything as close to time as possible (because, of course, there can be some delay with holding such a large event!). She also helped keep the event schedule flexible with so much going on. All in all we are grateful for Melina for helping us make our 2-ceremony day possible. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

I had a medival wedding and it was not an easy feat to pull off. She arranged for every detail perfectly and worked well with me every time I changed my mind. (which was often). We came in UNDER budget and it was more than I could have ever imgined. I would reccomend her to anyone.
