What can I say except that I could not have done it without Cristina. She took a neurotic middle aged bride that was very specific about certain things and completely disinterested about others and created an event that our friends are STILL raving about 2 weeks later. To make it even harder, I am a live event producer and at least 1/3rd of the guests were producers as well, and if you don't think they weren't looking at everything with a professional, critical eye you are crazy. They notice EVERYTHING. And it was a resounding success. She took very little direction from me, especially as I refused to do any sort of Pinterest page, and created the wedding of my dreams. I am not kidding, I did not even know what the flowers were going to look like until she handed me my bouquet. She was on it...from the decorations, the guest swag, the room blocks, to heating, to music, to the cake, to the flowers, to the invites. She had it all COVERED. She even helped with arranging for my best friend who lives in France to be able to perform the ceremony. And she made sure I had a drink in my hand BEFORE the ceremony which I think was the most important thing she could have done the whole night :-) . She made my husband and me feel very cared for during the whole process. She and her assistant Jennifer even battled high winds standing on a ladder trying to stop the chuppah from blowing away. Beyond the call of duty! So all this to say, and take it from an event professional, she is an absolute rock star and I would recommend her to anyone...and not just for weddings. I would hire her for any party event that I was throwing if she was willing to do it!!!

We hired Lexi for day-of coordination for our daughter's wedding, but she was helpful in so many ways leading up to the wedding as well. She was always responsive to our questions, met us at the venue to walk through details, and offered helpful advice throughout the planning process.
On the wedding day, Lexi was organized and took care of things quietly behind the scenes. Things just seemed to get done without us having to think about them, which is exactly what you hope for in a wedding coordinator! As the mother of the bride, one of the things I appreciated most about Lexi was her calming presence. No matter how much you plan, there is a certain amount of stress that comes with such an important day and Lexi has a special way of putting everyone at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

My husband and I always knew we wanted to get married in Las Vegas. Coming from the East Coast we were truly over our head on where to start - especially after our original venue fall through. Lexi with Simply Weddings Pacific Northwest was fabulous to work with. We feel so fortunate that she was there to help with our son and new daughter-in-law’s wedding. Prior to the big day, communication was wonderful. Lexi was an invaluable addition to my daughter’s wedding! With the bride and groom in another state, it was a challenge to interview vendors, plan and coordinate everything, etc. Lexi had first hand knowledge of the venue and most of the vendors, and she made a timeline and kept everyone on time the day of. I was able to be present for my daughter on her big day. Lexi was always available when we needed her, and even offered the use of her own backyard for rehearsal when the venue wasn’t available. The morning of the wedding was calm and organized, and everything was taken care of. We couldn’t have done it without Lexi!

Getting married in Vegas is one thing, but making it a destination wedding with 30 people coming from the UK is a whole different ball game. As soon as we brought Cristina on board, the entire planning process became seamless. She found our incredible dinner venue, designed the space beautifully, incorporating our wedding colours and personal touches. The whole day ran without a glitch, her team were incredible at getting everyone from A to B to C in the party bus that was organised so well. We didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing for the entire day. The best thing about working with Cristina is how every zoom call we had with her made the process less stressful, and more exciting.
