Perfection from start to finish

What can I say except that I could not have done it without Cristina. She took a neurotic middle aged bride that was very specific about certain things and completely disinterested about others and created an event that our friends are STILL raving about 2 weeks later. To make it even harder, I am a live event producer and at least 1/3rd of the guests were producers as well, and if you don't think they weren't looking at everything with a professional, critical eye you are crazy. They notice EVERYTHING. And it was a resounding success. She took very little direction from me, especially as I refused to do any sort of Pinterest page, and created the wedding of my dreams. I am not kidding, I did not even know what the flowers were going to look like until she handed me my bouquet. She was on it...from the decorations, the guest swag, the room blocks, to heating, to music, to the cake, to the flowers, to the invites. She had it all COVERED. She even helped with arranging for my best friend who lives in France to be able to perform the ceremony. And she made sure I had a drink in my hand BEFORE the ceremony which I think was the most important thing she could have done the whole night :-) . She made my husband and me feel very cared for during the whole process. She and her assistant Jennifer even battled high winds standing on a ladder trying to stop the chuppah from blowing away. Beyond the call of duty! So all this to say, and take it from an event professional, she is an absolute rock star and I would recommend her to anyone...and not just for weddings. I would hire her for any party event that I was throwing if she was willing to do it!!!

Lexi and Simply Weddings!

Lexi was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was extremely communicative and transparent with my wife and I during our wedding planning process. She alleviated so much stress from us during planning, leading up to the wedding, and on the wedding day itself. She absolutely made our wedding a dream come true. My wife and I gave her our vision and she ran with it. I really appreciate Lexi‘s warmth and kindness with us during our wedding. I felt as though it alleviated a lot of stress. The Best Day Ever Thanks to Lexi & Simply Weddings

My husband and I worked directly with Lexi from Simply Weddings, and we can't recommend her enough! The professionalism, organization, ingenuity, kindness, and patience Lexi shared with us was top notch. There aren't enough words to convey how much we appreciate her. We opted to do the part-time wedding coordinator package, and even then, Lexi maintained communication with us throughout the ~10-month long planning process. She listened to our ideas while making great suggestions that stayed within our budget. Let me tell you, I was not at all nervous about what our wedding would look like or how it would play out because I trusted her completely. I also trusted our vendors wholeheartedly because they had worked with Simply Weddings before.

Lexi was present during our wedding rehearsal and on the day of. She was so wonderful with our family and guests! Many told us how nice and amazing she was! In fact, during our reception, two guests approached me to say, "YOUR WEDDING COORDINATOR IS THE BEST!". They explained that one of them had ripped the back of their dress during the cocktail hour and Lexi immediately came to the rescue with an emergency sewing kit. To take care of our guests is to take care of us, and we felt cared for.

My husband and I truly feel that Lexi and Simply Weddings were a blessing. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, please use them!!

A must hire for any Vegas wedding 😍

We got married in Vegas earlier this year and coming from London, we wanted a small, intimate wedding with just 13 guests. At first, we thought we could plan everything ourselves, but it quickly became overwhelming. Hiring Cristina was honestly the best decision we made!

From the start, she made the whole process so much simpler and far less stressful. We told her exactly what we wanted and she delivered everything we’d hoped for and more. Even though our wedding was small and intimate, nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her.

On the day itself everything ran perfectly. My partner and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, Cristina and her team had everything completely under control, which meant we could just relax and enjoy the day.

We can’t recommend Cristina enough for anyone planning a wedding in Vegas, especially if you’re coming from abroad and want a stress free, beautifully organised experience!

The Best Decision We Made

Working with Cristina and Simply Weddings was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. When we started planning, we had very few concrete ideas, just a general vision of how we wanted the day to feel. Cristina took that tiny spark and, with the support of the Simply Weddings team, turned it into something more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. She offered creative guidance, thoughtful suggestions, and an incredible list of trusted vendors when we didn’t have our own. Every step of the way, she made the planning process feel easy and completely stress-free.

Cristina checked in constantly without ever being overwhelming, and she always made us feel heard, supported, and excited. We started our journey of plan our wedding at the beginning of 2025 but quickly realized that we needed lots of help! Luckily we found Cristina! From our first meeting, Cristina gave us so much reassurance that she would be able to work with us to give us our perfect wedding. Throughout the planning process she worked with us even with our many changes of hearts and plans. She was always available and flexible, quickly adapting to our ideas. Leading up to the wedding she made sure to coordinate with all vendors, helped us make sure we paid all our deposits on time and helped create a very thorough timeline for the wedding.
On the day of the wedding, Cristina and her team helped pick up anything we needed, such as s cream cheese and food for our catered event. They helped transport us and helped me change my dress as I had multiple dress changes throughout the night. Cristina was quick to help adjust our timeline throughout the night as we had to alter a few things but she was on top of it. We had the most amazing night and we could not have had such an amazing day with the help of Cristina and her team!
We highly recommend her to anyone needing a wonderful flexible attentive coordinator!

Wedding coordinator

Lexi was amazing! Very easy to communicate with, very professional and know’s how to handle every situation that comes up. It was very obvious she has done lots of weddings. She kept in contact with all the vendors and she communicated with them all day of the wedding. Having Lexi there, freed up the wedding party and family to really be able to enjoy the day! Wonderful!

Cristina and her assistant were awesome! They took care of everything and thought of every detail so I could just enjoy the moment. I thought I was a meticulous planner, but she was totally on it. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She kept us well informed and kept everything running smoothly and on time. AND she made sure we always had champagne or some beverage to keep us hydrated! Best Day Ever!!!

From the moment my fiancé and I decided to get married in Las Vegas, I knew that I couldn't do this on my own....

Cristina and her team at Simply Weddings were recommended to us by our reception venue, The Nomad Library. Within a few minutes of making initial contact and speaking with Cristina, I knew that she would be the person up to the task of turning my exceedingly particular and detailed vision into a reality. It was clear that we were on the same page when it came to the level of execution that I was demanding. This wasn't going to be a casual affair. As a busy professional, I am used to timelines and deliverables, and Cristina was up to the challenge of producing our wedding with a high level of precision.

However, a wedding isn't a business. It was going to be the single most important and loving day of our relationship. So, in addition to it being a perfectly executed event for our guests, we wanted every moment to be filled with our love for each other, and beauty, and warmth, and care, and family. And it was.

The major advantage of using Cristina was that I was only required to make final decisions based upon the pre-selected and researched options she provided. She recommended the best of the best creative partners so that, along with her personal experience of using these vendors, we would not have to cross our fingers and hope for the best final result. It was clear that the individuals she recommended were of her same caliber and would provide their services to my exacting standard.

When the Wedding Day finally came, it was calm. Beyond calm. Cristina and her team left no stone unturned. They were present at each venue and at every turn to ensure every detail was executed perfectly and every contingency was in place so that my husband and I could switch off and focus on the monumental occasion of our marriage. She held my hand, quite literally, from getting ready to the ceremony to the reception, and also ensured that our family members and guests felt supported and important.

As they say, the day goes so fast! And we wish we could live it over and over again. It was the single best day of our lives, by a landslide. Not only did I get to marry the love of my life in the most glorious way, but our guests kept and still keep commenting about how happy my husband and I were. We both got to enjoy the moment and we have too many memories to mention, but that is because Cristina and her team seamlessly handled the innumerable details and the problems that no-doubt arose, without us having the slightest idea.

Our families and guests won't stop saying that it was the best wedding that they have ever, and will ever, attend. That's because the weekend was not only over-flowing with our love, but it was unique, filled with personal touches and we made the guests feel like royalty. That's because of Cristina.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Cristina, for turning my vision into your vision. The final product was beyond our wildest dreams. We would live it over and over again, if we could. The only solution is to renew our vows in 10 years ;)

I had a beautiful wedding experience with Simply Weddings. Cristina did an amazing job with executing a wedding I literally had no time to plan myself. She led me through all the details of the wedding process and not once did I feel stressed or out of depth in what I needed to happen. If we needed to adjust for budget she was helpful in providing alternative options.

I had a (from my perspective as the bride) a no fuss wedding that went off without a hitch and I have beautiful memories from the event as well as non stop compliments about my wedding as well. I highly recommend Cristina and her team.

Lexi is EVERYTHING you could ever need!!

Lexi was our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was AWESOME!! Amazing, kind, just the greatest person ever! She made sure everything was exactly as we wanted and made sure it was all beautiful, made sure we were taken care of the entire day as bride and groom and didn’t have to lift a finger, coordinated everything that needed to be done day of with all other vendors and truly just took all the stress away for me. Having her there was a breath of fresh air because I KNEW she was going to take care of everything and I didn’t need to worry at all. The Best Part of Our Day

My wife and I primarily worked with Cristina leading up to our wedding date. We were planning our big day from across the country and Cristina and her team made us feel so secure and supported in our plans. On our wedding day, we knew there was nothing to worry about because Cristina and Jen had everything under control. Dream wedding!

It is always concerning when faced planning and coordinating an event as important as a wedding, especially one that was occurring far from our home in Louisiana. However, we were blessed enough to find Christina who guided us through the planning process efficiently, providing options based on our requests at every step. She was on the ground in Las Vegas allowing us to enjoy the planning for our wedding with a minimum of stress and aggravation. When the weekend arrived and we began the celebration Christina and her team lived up to our trust. The ceremony was beautiful and well designed, exactly what we imagined. The dinner afterwards was stunning and provided the perfect venue for us and our family to visit in an elegant space. All the transportation and prepatory work was handled seamlessly so that we did not have to stress or worry. I would highly recommend Christine as a wedding planner as she made our event perfect.

Simply Weddings helped us plan and create an amazing day at short notice and remotely!

Me and my fiancé were planning our wedding in Las Vegas while being located in separate countries, I was based in England still and he was in Arizona which made planning our wedding in Las Vegas quite difficult.

I found Simply Weddings on Instagram reached out to Cristina and the team to help us plan our dinner reception, we hired Simply Weddings to do just that as well as help with vendor selection and day of coordination.

Throughout the planning process Cristina shared her ideas, listened to ours and made great recommendations on location, flowers, our photographer and more. As an end result created a more beautiful dinner reception then we have envisioned.

Throughout day coordination, the Simply Weddings team were exceptional helping with things we didn't know we would need ...from a last minute veil purchase, ensuring the Groom and Bride didn't accidentally spot each other on route to the venue, collecting our dinner flowers and transferring them back to our hotel to be used in our suite after and handing out personalised drinks to guests after our ceremony!

One thing we must mention which was both unexpected and most appreciated by us was Cristina helping look after our son during our dinner reception. Having an 18 month old we rarely focus on eachother during dinner but as Bride and Groom we were able to be present in that moment and enjoy dinner together as Cristina held our son!

Our amazing experience

Simply weddings is simply AMAZING! My husband and I were married in 8 months from our engagement and Cristina made every part of the process enjoyable and stress free. The vendor I didn't know I needed!

Shout out to Lexi! She was absolutely amazing to work with on our wedding day. We had Simply Weddings assigned to us through our wedding venue as part of our package. I honestly didn't know what to expect and didn't think I needed anyone to help me on our wedding day, but she was amazing to have and I highly recommend having Simply Weddings the day of your wedding to help with all the little things that go on through the day. (trust me, it is more chaotic than you can imagine) I didn't realize how fast the day moved and Lexi made sure my husband and I had everything we needed before we even thought about it and we just focused on enjoying each other and had the most beautiful day. GRATEFUL is the word that sums up our experience with Cristina. I found Simply Weddings online and emailed Cristina an inquiry, she called me right away to set up a meeting. We knew after our first meeting that she was the perfect fit to help plan our daughter’s wedding. She answered all our questions, asked many of her own and got right to work. She and I worked very closely throughout the entire planning process and her integrity, professionalism, creativity, attention to detail, organization, and willingness to always go above and beyond made the experience truly amazing. Absolutely amazing

I don’t even know where to begin! Christina (and Lexi) are absolutely amazing!!!! I had no idea planning an intimate wedding would be so much work. A few weeks before my wedding I hired Christina for the “day of wedding” package, and I am so glad I did. She helped SO much more than I expected- she had detailed timelines and all important numbers ready days before the wedding so there was no confusion on what to expect. She helped with custom gifts for our guests (at the very last minute!) and helped plan the perfect surprises for my husband. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day because Christina was behind the scenes making sure everybody and everything was in place and on time. She put my mind at ease not just on the wedding day, but throughout the entire process once I hired her. She helped with everything from applying for our marriage license to bringing food to my house the day of my wedding. Both Christina and Lexi were so professional and so sweet and so helpful I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Simply perfect wedding

Cristina brought our dream wedding to life at the Bellagio in LV. We thought it would be very difficult planning a wedding from across the country, but Cristina's detailed planning, punctuality, guidance, vendor connections, calming energy, and most importantly vision made our experience seamless! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding. She even helped us plan a welcome event for our wedding weekend. The day of the wedding everything went so smooth as her and her team managed all the action behind the scenes. Leading up to the event she worked so closely with us to help us plan every detail, pull together a mood board, work through event rentals, organize the most beautiful florals ever, the list honestly goes on and on. Great experience!

We hired Cristina as a coordinator for our wedding reception a week ago. She did an amazing job of handling the back and forth between all of my vendors, made sure the venue was looking immaculate on the day, and was very responsive and communicative in the weeks leading up to the party. I will be honest, I didn't think I needed a wedding coordinator/planner. I thought I could do it all on my own. Until we had our engagement party. And then I realized I was thinking about every little detail. Who was going to take the trash out, does everyone have a drink, what event is next up in the night, is the music ok? My fiance convinced me to look into Simply Weddings, the girl who cuts our hair recommended them. I got in touch with them and they made me feel comforted and confident that my event would run smoothly. I knew I needed them and let me tell you, I cannot imagine our wedding running as smoothly as it did without Lexi from Simply Weddings. She placed name tags for the seating assignments, she folded napkins for each place setting, she answered guests questions about parking, she answered guest questions about anything! She checked up on me throughout the night, making sure I had enough water or food. She reminded me of the time and that "first dance" was coming up. Lexi made our night run without a single hiccup. It was flawless. I'm so grateful for Lexi and the Simply Weddings team. If you are thinking about getting a coordinator or planner, just do it. We Could Not Be Happier!

Cristina and her team pulled off a miracle wedding for us when an impending windstorm forced us to change venues less than 24 hours before our wedding. This is just one of the many obstacles we worked through after the pandemic through a wrench in our original plan. Lexi was our day-of coordinator for our wedding at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa. She was so kind, caring, and attentive.

Leading up to our wedding, Lexi continuously checked in and helped coordinate the day-of production timeline with all the vendors behind the scenes, which took all the stress off of us!

Best Destination Planner!

Cristina from Simply Weddings helped us planned our 40th wedding anniversary. In the beginning, we were planning to celebrate it in Las Vegas, but due to COVID we had a change in plans. We decided to have it in Mexico. Even though it was an intimate celebration, Cristina made sure no detail was overseen: from the ceremony's floral arch, my bouquet, the guest table floral and rentals and the menu. She even helped us with the photographer, cake and a virtual Zoom toast. She was attentive and helpful even from afar, accompanying us every step of the way. Without a doubt she made this celebration meaningful and allowed us to virtually celebrate with our family and friends that otherwise would have been impossible to commemorate 40 years of unconditional love!

The best wedding planners in Las Vegas!

My husband and I worked with Cristina Gonzalez from Simply Weddings when planning our Las Vegas wedding on October 2nd, 2019. Initially we tried planning the wedding by ourselves, but after months of going around in circles and getting frustrated with one another, we decided to find a wedding planner. Our online research lead us to Simply Weddings, one of the highest rated planners in Las Vegas, and they did not disappoint. We loved working with Cristina as she is very friendly, professional, accommodating and a great problem solver. As we were travelling overseas while planning the wedding, Cristina was able to help us realise our vision through Skype, email and WhatsApp. Any, and all, questions we had were answered promptly and in detail at all hours of the day. Cristina suggested a range of vendors who she liaised with behind the scenes to make our lives easier and ensure we got the best price for their services. Lexi was so detailed orientated and making sure everything was running smooth and on time. From coordinating the timelines and running the rehearsal. Having Lexi was a true blessing and solving last minute emergencies as I witnessed her running all over the venue to make sure things were perfect from the walk down the aisle to the cake cutting, speeches, to flowers in the proper places and even a few safety pins for the brides dress. We weren't sure we needed it, WE DID! So thankful!

We had the pleasure of working with Cristina for our June 2019 wedding. She was just back from maternity leave and from the first time we met her, she was Totally ON IT! She was extremely helpful in our planning sessions and through email, she offered ideas and suggestions on things we didn't even know to ask. We were on a tight budget by then so when we'd tell her no she often came up with other ideas to make everything work out perfectly. She even brought some of her personal decorations for us to use. She also worked really well with the wedding planner from our venue. As far as I know, they hadn't worked together previously and Cristina was active in her positions while being respectful of 'how they do things' and definitely efficient at getting things done (which I totally appreciate!)
The real magic came on wedding day. Cristina was everywhere! She had a full suitcase and tool belt, she was calm and composed all day. I can't tell you what she saw or how many problems she intercepted but as a bride, I can tell you I was and still am so so very grateful for her presence on our big day. She is full of smiles and love, Simply Weddings Las Vegas is a great investment!

Lexi was amazing!!!

Lexi was my dream day of coordinator!! She was diligent about checking in regularly to see if I had any questions. When she met with us for our month out site visit, she came prepared and asked me about all the details for the big day. She had great suggestions and her confidence made me feel at ease. She was wonderful at our rehearsal the night before, making sure everyone felt comfortable with their role at the ceremony. The day of is where is really shined!!! The moment she got on site she took charge and made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger. She coordinated with all my vendors for delivery, setup, tear down etc. If we needed anything she was there to help and it allowed us to enjoy the day to the fullest!! Cristina and her team were amazing! They were hired as day of coordinators for my wedding and I couldnt have done it without them. We were lucky enough to work with Cristina at Simply Weddings. From the moment we met Cristina, which was around 9 months before our preferred wedding date, we knew it was the perfect fit. Cristina worked closely with us in planning nearly every aspect of the wedding, and found vendors that fit within our budget, but more importantly completely echoed our vision for our wedding day. Although we got married in Las Vegas, we live in Brooklyn, NY. Cristina was very accommodating with Skype and phone calls on Saturday mornings! As the wedding approached and our excitement and nervous built up, Cristina was there to calm us down and lead us through each step, ensuring that we were up to date with payments, decisions and planning. When we arrived in Las Vegas for the wedding, Cristina was available 24/7 to answer all of our questions. Day-of the wedding, Cristina and her assistant Tina were spectacular. They stopped and saw both of us prior to the wedding, making sure we were good and everything was OK. At the venue, before, during AND after the ceremony, Cristina and Tina were absolutely stellar. Everything went as smooth as possible, and if there was a problem we sure didn't know about it!

From the first day I met Cristina, a wedding planner at SimplyWeddings, I knew that she would meet all our expectations. During my first meeting with her, she went over everything and we went over expectations on what the financial costs could be (for the entire event) and the timeline of events for ensuring everything was ready for our special day. By the end of the wedding, she had not only met our expectations, but exceeded them for administrative (day-of-coordination, etc.) efforts, design & decor, financial savings, and much more.

For Cristina, weddings are not just an income, but something she is truly passionate about. She treats every wedding as if it was her own or a relative of hers. She meticulously listened to our desires and worked with a variety of vendors to ensure they were met. Any unforeseen issues that arose during planning, the ceremony, and the reception were handled accurately and expeditiously as to ensure the wedding went off without a hitch. For example, hours before the wedding, Cristina contacted me about linens not arriving on time. She contacted me not to just tell me about the problem, but to tell me that she had already found a solution that was cheaper and still met our design & decor criteria--all she needed was my approval, which of course I gave.

Weddings can be stressful; my wife and I's was no exception. Whenever Cristina could see that myself or my wife were stressed out about anything, she made every effort to calm our concerns. Our situation was particularly stressful because we were moving 3 weeks before the wedding and I was on a week-long cruise, which was planned a year in advance, 2 weeks before the wedding. Cristina made every effort to make sure every loose knot was tied up before the cruise so that I would fully enjoy the cruise and not think about the wedding. Also, she ensured all vendors were on the same page.

We picked Simply Weddings to provide our “day-of” coordinator for our reception at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas. The company was chosen for us as a part of our package, but I couldn’t be happier with the services we received.
First off, after signing our contract with our venue, the lead (to my understanding) at Simply Weddings emailed my husband and I right away to introduce herself and make herself available for questions.
Soon, we were given our specific wedding planner—Lexi Kruger. She checked in with us often, but was never too pushy or annoying. She was always available for questions. I work long hours and often wouldn’t get to wedding planning or working on details until 10-11pm. When I would email or text at these odd hours, she would still get back to me in MINUTES. She helped me in so many ways, from hammering out the details I never thought of to telling me stories of what other couples have done when I was stuck with a decor idea. She met me at the ceremony site (a different location than the JW) at my rehearsal to get the materials I wanted to use as decor. And this was all just BEFORE the day of...
Lexi mage the reception space look brilliant. She saw my vision for the decor and took it to new heights. She placed every single table card and everything. On my big day, she was right there when I needed her and gone when I didn't. She often came up to me with water (I get headaches easily, so this was SO necessary for me)! She had cocktail hour food put aside for us since we didn't get to have it, and it was waiting for us at our dinner spots. She wrapped up the cake we didn't get to eat and sent it up to our hotel room for us as well. During the reception, I wasn't feeling well so she went to my hotel room to get my prescription medicine for me...and even kissed my nephew's boo boo all better. She was a seriously life saver and was such a HUGE reason why things went so smooth. We love Lexi and Simply Weddings!

Simply weddings definitely knows how to run a business. We chose them initially because they offered a package at the price range we were looking for. The first planner they had us meet and work with was great, but unfortunately, less than year before the wedding day, family matters took precedence and Simply Weddings introduced us to a new planner, Lexi Kruger. The owner was apologetic and accommodating. She took in all the variables of the sudden change in planners and worked with us in updating our contract, making sure we were happy. In the end, we were glad to have met Lexi. Even though she had other priorities, she was thrown into mix last minute, she never made us feel less than important or rushed. She was thorough in her explanations of the wedding process, provided insight and advice, and made our day go smoothly without any hiccups. The day of the wedding, as I'm waiting to walk down the aisle, I start to pull my blusher over my face, only to find out that it was placed upside down by the hair stylist. Lexi comes into the room, so calm, so loving, and gently takes it into her hands to fix the issue. She reminds me that today is my day, there is no rush to get to the altar, we have our whole lives ahead of us, and before you know it, the veil is right side up and blusher is in place. I will never forget that kindness, that gentleness, and the truth in her words. It made the rest of my day a breeze and I will always have Lexi to thank. She is professional, organized, friendly and well knowledgeable in event planning. You will not be in better hands and we highly recommend Lexi and Simply Weddings. My sister got married this past weekend and Simply Weddings LV ran the operations the day of the ceremony. Lexi was organized, communicative, professional, and fun! Lexi was a phenomenal addition to our day-of. My wedding was perfect thanks to Cristina and simply weddings! My job is very stressful and I didn't want the wedding process and the wedding day to be so stressful. Planning a wedding is difficult and I truly could not have had the wedding of my dreams without Cristina. Every vendor was recommended by her and all of them were first class and professional. All of my friends and family said they had the time of their lives, no joke, at my wedding and it is thanks to Cristina at Simply Weddings! If you hire them for your wedding not only will they walk you through the more daunting tasks of planning a wedding but they will make sure you don't worry about a thing on the actual day. When things were not what I wanted or problems arose Cristina fixed them immediately with the vendors. I'm sure I'm not the worst client they've had but I am very type A and Cristina never seemed annoyed or frustrated with me. She was always professional and a problem solver! I can't stress ENOUGH how Cristina (Planner), Lexi (Day of coordinator), and the Simply Weddings team made our wedding turn out the way that it did.

Cristina really listened to what my husband and I wanted, and made sure all of our vendors/suggestions matched our budget and what we envisioned. Our first reception venue CANCELLED on us 4 months before our big day and Cristina was on top of finding our new perfect venue to make sure we didn't have a freak out moment. She suggested Hard Rock Cafe a second time (Yes, we didn't listen to her the first time even when she knew it was OUR venue before we even did) It turned our HRC was obviously the better choice for us and I'm kind of glad it wasn't at our original spot.

Lexi was also amazing! Want to know how amazing?! Apparently it RAINED on our wedding day and she kept that from me. How do you keep weather (especially rain) away from the bride!? I don't know how she did it... but she did it.

We also had a lot of DIY items coming from California, and she did everything to ensure they were there and set up on our wedding day. From gathering them from the hotel to transferring them from ceremony-reception, Lexi did it all! I even had a "moment of reflection" during the reception and Lexi caught on asking if I needed anything. She was so helpful it making sure the day ran smoothly and made sure we were able to enjoy ourselves to the fullest.

Cristina and Lexi were seriously our dream team and we had such a great time working with them!! Sooooo glad we chose Simply Weddings LV.

Simply Weddings were above and beyond anything my husband, wedding party and I ever expected. They are simply, simply fantastic, everything from organising this from afar (We are Scottish), dealing with different requests, last minute requests - our day was absolutely amazing and went without a single issue. If there were any teething problems, they were immediately dealt with, for example - they were a calming influence when I forgot the rings! This delayed the ceremony and they had someone go back to the room quickly and have them down in no time.

They directed us through the timings, different locations we visited, organised/linked with all the catering, transport etc. Everything was absolutely seamless. They were literally on site with us from early morning until 11 at night, and their team is absolutely great, never in the way but always there to help/direct or support. Cristina who was our main planner is a really lovely woman and I would encourage any bride to work with her and Simply Weddings.

The photography was non intrusive, photographer Brit from The Love and the Light, was also really kind and funny, made everyone feel at ease and the initial proofs look absolutely amazing.

I really must say that this team, the organisation, the quality and standard of the acts they organised (we had asked for a String Quartet, Bagpiper, Magician - and WOW was he amazing - and singer for the evening event) was absolutely fabulous. All of the entertainment went down so well with our guests.It's an evening no-one will ever forget and we put a lot of that down to how things were run.

We also asked for Simply Weddings to co-ordinate all the décor, favours, hangover bags and could not have been happier. The setting/tables were beautiful, our entrance sign, the kits were fab - where do I stop?

If you are struggling to pick a planner, choose this company! You will not be disappointed!

Any written review will not do Cristina and the Simply Wedding team justice. At the time that we hired Cristina, I was working 12-16 hour days in Pennsylvania and had absolutely no idea how I was going to find time to plan our wedding from so far away. Cristina created the perfect dream team for our wedding and helped us plan the perfect day. We showed up and everything was taken care of and we didn't have anything to worry about except for enjoying the moment. Our guests had an amazing time and said it was one of the most memorable and heartfelt weddings they've been to. She worked within our budget, steered us in the right direction and advocated for my fiancée and I. She even helped me plan a last minute surprised driving experience for my fiancée. This wedding was a beautiful, charming event, all thanks to Cristina Gonzalez who started with us, helping us decide on venue, music, make-up and hair, etc. All her recommendations were excellent, and she went the extra mile, or three, to make us feel at ease when things went not-so-well, as is normal in these situations. Logistics, in this particular case, was very complicated, as neither bride, nor mother if the bride were in Vegas at any moment, and everything was done by e-mail.
Cristina was not there for the actual wedding day, but Lexi Kruger was, and we were blown away by her hard work, excellent management skills, and good will. She was so accomodating, helpful, and available, the whole thing went smoothly, with nobody feeling nervous or stressed, and without missing a beat.
All I can say is THANK YOU to these wonderful people for making everything perfect and wonderful on such a meaningful day.

Simply Weddings was probably the single best decision we made with regards to our wedding planning/coordination! My wife (fiancée at the time) and I had a strict wedding budget and were determined to plan and coordinate our entire wedding ceremony & reception ourselves. While we were very successful in a lot of the pre-planning and pre-coordination, the inevitable stress associated with the day-of coordination was something that loomed over us, especially as our wedding date approached ever closer. We briefly considered assigning this task to a friend or family member, but ultimately did not want to burden anyone with such a daunting task. Approximately one month prior to our wedding, we opted to contact Simply Weddings of Las Vegas with an initial email inquiry, which was promptly answered by an email reply from Riley. After deciding to hire a Day-of Coordinator from Simply Weddings, we were immediately greeted with a friendly phone call from the Owner, Brit Bertino, who paired us with one of her Coordinators, Lexi. Thereinafter, we met with Lexi on a couple of different occasions and she always responded swiftly & enthusiastically to any of our questions, whether they be via email or text. Lexi was very professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire time. Our overall experience with Simply Weddings was nothing short of fantastic. If there’s one thing we would have done differently with regards to our wedding planning, it would have been to hire a Day-Of Coordinator from Simply Weddings much earlier in the pre-planning phase. We highly recommend their business.

We opted for Simply Weddings' full coordination package. We only had one month to put together our wedding due to my wife being here on a fiancé visa. Brit assigned Angela as our coordinator. At no time did Angela perform less than 110% above what we expected to receive for service! It was really noticeable on the day of. Trust us, there are a thousand small details that you really can't imagine need to happen on your most important day. We saw so many little things that Angela and her crew just handled on their own such as final little décor details that weren't covered by anyone, finding our payment envelopes for the quartet and band we had hired ourselves and making sure they got paid, and even taking the uneaten portion of our cake home with her to return to us a couple days later! We could not have done it without them!

I am a busy professional who lives in Silicon Valley, CA. We wanted a resort wedding and selected The M Resort in Henderson, Nevada.

I reached out to several wedding planners and settled on Brit at Simply Weddings. Her prices are reasonable (some were lower, some were higher), and I like the fact that she has a team working for her.

We worked with Tori, who is on staff with Brit. Tori was excellent, ever the professional.

Their recommended vendors were spot on, they worked with me on the decor budget, I flew to Vegas for the tasting and Tori took me around town to meet the vendors. They prepared detailed production timelines and Tori worked with me on all of my many changes. She went above and beyond the call of duty so many times, and was extremely gracious about all the places where our event was a bit outside of tradition.

Still, being that I've planned so many events (I used to work in corporate marketing for a multi-national) it still felt like event planning to me.

It is impossible to describe how the thing that came together in the end was far, far greater than the sum of its parts. Each and every detail that we carefully planned came to fruition in front of our friends and family in a glorious and perfect way. As the bride, I was taken care of on the day of the wedding from start to finish. My experience was of sheer perfection.

Tori was there from before it began nearly until the last guest left.

My family and friends have consistently commented, “…best wedding ever!” “…I’ve never seen you so happy.” “Truly an evening to remember.” “No detail was left out.” Amazing!

Tori even made sure that our photobooth album was in our room waiting for us when we returned that night. I'm in love with my hubby, I'm in love with my memories of our wedding... what more could a bride ask for??

Definitely call Brit. It is money WELL spent!

Brit and Tori were my dream planners come true. Though my fiance and I had been engaged for 6 months, we only started the actual planning phase 6 months before our wedding date! At the time, we lived in LA so we took two separate trips to Las Vegas to find the venue, but to no avail.

I came across Brit through a google search and initially, only wanted help finding the venue. However, on our first meeting with Brit and Tori (but THIRD trip to Vegas) we were able to find a venue, a photographer, make up artist and an appointment with the florist. Easily, we saved over $6K working with them, as they have amazing vendor relationships and can work with any budget. Not only do they work with the best professionals in the business, both Brit and Tori are professional, knowledgeable, flexible and most of all, organized.

Our day was truly magical and exactly what I wanted. My husband I already want to hire them for an anniversary party!!

Planning a wedding is difficult enough...add in trying to plan an amazing wedding in Vegas when you live in another country? Bring in Brit Bertino!

I knew that I would need someone to help me make sense of my million ideas, give me even more amazing ideas, and pull everything together. I spoke to a number of planners in Vegas but as soon as I spoke to Brit, I knew she was the planner for me - and boy, was I right!

She responded to all of my 4638978 late night, frantic emails with patience (and a sense of humour!) and talked me off the edge more than once! She and her team were always quick to respond and help me make sense of the craziness of planning a wedding.

The end result was the most beautiful, perfect day I could have imagined. Almost all of my guests commented that it was the most amazing wedding they have ever attended, and a large part of that is thanks to Brit and her team.

I hired Brit and her team to plan our Las Vegas wedding. In a word, they were amazing! My husband and I couldn't have been happier. They are extremely professional and always kept our vision a priority. With us being from Montreal, I didn't know how the planning would be, but Brit really made it easy, she was very quick with email replies and always willing to discuss any of my concerns by phone. Between the vendors Brit recommended, to her sewing an unforeseen tear in my dress between the ceremony and reception, I knew I was in good hands. I can't thank Simply Weddings enough, Brit recommended having a cigar roller on site during the reception, it was a fantastic idea. Our guests are still talking about it! Thanks again Brit!

After trying to plan my own destination wedding in Vegas all the way from Houston, TX for a few months, I threw in the towel and finally decided to hire a planner. I was skeptical as the cost can be a big chunk but after having gone through the process, it was probably the best money we spent on our wedding! I had interviewed many planners but went with Simply Weddings because of their prompt response time, professionalism, and experience. Brit and Erika (one of the girls on her team) were a dream to work with. There would be days I would write them over a dozen emails and they never got impatient and always responded in a very timely fashion. We even made a special trip to Vegas 6 months before the wedding to meet with the vendors and Brit had everything beautifully planned and came with us to oversee all the details. It was a 12 hour day of tastings, floral arrangements, music discussions, etc but it was so much fun and it was so comforting to have her there listening through every step of the way because I was confident that she understood our vision. Our actual wedding day went seamlessly; it there was a problem, I did not know about it; Brit and Erika were both already there by the time the bridal party got there and stayed until after we had left. Their prescence and effective management allowed my family and me to truly enjoy our day without worrying about any snags. After spending so much time and money on one day, it is REALLY amazing to have it take off without a hitch and not have to worry. I am confident that things would not have been so perfect had it not been for Simply Weddings. They helped us put together the wedding of our dreams and I have nothing but fond memories. Honestly, I think I'll miss opening my inbox in the morning to find bright, fresh new ideas from the team :) I also got several comment from our bridal party and my family about how much they liked Brit, what a great take-charge attitude she had, and how she seemed like she really knew what she was doing. So even people not intimately involved noticed how awesome she was. Hire Simply Weddings, you will not regret it!!

Brit Bertino is Simply Awesome!
What can I say about Simply Weddings by Birt Bertino… You do not meet too many people in life that perform their jobs to the level of a Birt Bertino. I am bless to know I have her as my event director and would pay any amount of money for her to coordinate and direct any event for me in any part of this earth. Her creative, knowledgeable, patient, professional, skillful traits are assets a client need from an experience planner. Brit possesses them all and more. I am a very meticulous and extremely detail oriented person and when I decided to celebrate my 50th Birthday, I was looking for someone who comprehended my vision fully which was for an elegant formal event. I selected the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas and they recommended Simply Weddings by Birt Bertino. It truly was the best recommendation I ever received. Living in New York and planning the type of celebration I envisioned, could only be planned and executed by someone who was knowledgeable, skilled in their craft, highly professional with an amazing personality and that person could only be Brit Bertino.
I was truly blessed to have Brit at the helm of the production of my event. Because of my nature to control and possessing a perfectionist personality, it was difficult to leave everything up to Brit. However, from the very first phone conversation with Brit I immediately felt a sense of easy. She was confident and trusting with a calming tone, there was never a second thought of looking for another event director. Brit immediately became active and engaged in the planning and coordination of my event, we communicated frequently by phone and emails, there was NEVER a call or an email that went without a response even while she was out of the country, she remained in touch with me. I flew to Las Vegas once and Brit was left to work her magic from recruiting the right vendors, working with the staff at the Bellagio, to sketching the design of the cake that I envisioned in my mind, to providing direction and guidance with my budget. In my culture, we are usually tardy at events and since I wanted to expose some of my guests to a different type of celebration, one that required that everyone be on time, Brit, detailed timeline made it easy for everyone to enjoy every aspect of the entire celebration.
On the day of my event, 44 of my closest family members and friends joined me in celebration my 50th Birthday, I was marveled by Brit’s caring and personal touch to every tiny detail. She even assisted with adorning my glamorous gown with the decorative pins needed for the final touch. There was nothing Brit did not do to make sure my event a memorable one. Each of my guests will forever have unforgettable memories of my 50th Birthday Celebration edged in their minds because of Simply Weddings by Brit Bertino. Brit’s passion for what she does relieved the stress of planning an event in another state and she infused her creative energy into making one of the best days of my entire life possible. There is no one else I neither could nor would ever recommend as a planner for any event on this planet other than Simply Weddings by Brit Bertino and her team.

Simply weddings was simply PERFECT!
Brit and Erica were both beyond GREAT! Just the thought of planning a wedding with all the details and arrangements were very intimidating for me. We are from the east coast, so looking for the perfect venue and all the other details that a wedding involves was overwhelming. My now husband and I decided on Vegas because we both wanted something unforgettable. We wanted our friends and family to have the time of their lives. The first time I spoke with Brit she made it sound so simple, and that's exactly what it was, SIMPLE. I told her exactly what I wanted and what my budget was and she made the wedding of my dreams come true! From the perfect purple flowers, to the little details decorating our penthouse suite, to making our guest feel like they were right at home. I felt like all we had to do was show up. I got to enjoy every minute of that night. I didn't have to worry about setting up times for the Dj or when the cake will arrive or just anything at all. Brit and I spoke throughout the months leading up to my wedding making sure I wanted this or that. Erica her assistant was great with all my crazy emails, changing my mind on little things here and there. They both made it so easy. The found the perfect DJ, perfect photographer, perfect solo guitarist, perfect everything. Words can't describe how AMAZING SIMPLY WEDDINGS is! They have made my wedding day the unforgettable wedding we wanted. Our guest are still talking about how great of a time they had. I owe it all to the crew at Simply Weddings. You guys do an amazing job, and I would highly recommend Simply Weddings to anyone who is planning a wedding. Why stress on the little things, I didn't. I enjoyed every minute of my day. Brit Bertino is the wedding industry’s superwoman. I was so impressed with her ability to bring together the best-of-the-best vendors to make our December 3rd wedding at the Bellagio a night we’d never forget. The day after I got engaged, I sent Brit an email and from that day on (for over a year!), we worked together to plan a destination wedding in Las Vegas.

Brit blew me away with her response times to my tons and tons of emails and calls. She made me feel like I was her only bride throughout the entire experience and kept me calm during the time leading up to the wedding. I was admittedly obsessive when it came to planning, but with Brit’s talent and expertise, I was able to relinquish that control and actually enjoy my wedding day. We traveled to Las Vegas to meet Brit and all of our vendors early on, and it was so nice to have her take us around the city to show us different venue options and considerations. Her knowledge of Las Vegas wedding venues and vendors was invaluable for us. She gave us insight to how things will run, what we could expect and helped us make educated decisions about planning for the biggest day of our lives.

As the bride, Brit made it so easy for me to enjoy the experience. I’d tell her my vision and wish list, and she’d suggest tons of ideas for me to choose from. She coordinated all communication between the Bellagio, our vendors and all the places we had room blocks at. I never had to worry that things weren’t being handled because Brit was all over every last detail. She reminded me that this was a time for me to take in and enjoy the engagement and leave the work up to her. And even after a year of planning, we still found time to request additional last-minute needs (like a Frank Sinatra impersonator, “Old Hollywood” style chairs and a videographer). Brit didn’t blink at these requests. In a matter of hours, she had the information and quotes ready for us to move forward.

I don’t know what we would have done without Brit in planning a destination wedding in Las Vegas. We had the time of our lives and it was the most beautiful and fun party we ever imagined. While Brit was our wedding planner, I also found a great friend who shared a very special moment of our lives with us. Brit is AMAZING and you will not be disappointed if you bring her on as your planner! I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend her and thank her and her team for making our wedding unforgettable!

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Brit and Erica of Simply Weddings for our wedding reception this last October.
Brit and Erica were both very professional and efficient. They were willing to work around our schedules for meetings. Erica attended the cake tasting to make sure we had the wedding cake of our dreams. They returned e-mails and phone calls promptly and kept us updated on the progress of our event. They were genuinely interested in making our reception what we wanted it to be and enhanced our visions with their ideas. Their coordination skills are excellent, they keep everything organized and make sure all vendor contracts are completed on time.
Simply Weddings had great ideas to make the already fabulous venue look magical. The outside vendors they suggested provided excellent and professional service also.
The only cautionary advice I have is make sure they take notes on exactly what you want. If you make changes make sure notes are taken as reminders at that time, as small details can be overlooked.
When planning a wedding, I would suggest hiring a coordinator (Simply Weddings) from the beginning. They do an excellent job of making your day simply fabulous.

From begining to the day of my wedding I was able to call or email and get answers and help with anything I needed. I do not reside in Las Vegas but that is where we wanted our wedding and I couldn't see anyone but Simply Weddings handling that for us! I loved everything thing they did for us! Look no further. You have found the most amazing wedding planner! Brit and her team pulled together my wedding in less than 3 months. We cocktailed, food tasted and dreamed up the most amazing ideas for my wedding. She was reachable at all hours which is exactly what a bride needs. In addition to just the ceremony and reception, she planned a cocktail party and last minute was able to secure us a photo session at the Neon Bone Yard. Her staff was amazing at getting friends and family loaded on the bus and at the ceremony on time and without anyone missing! If you are looking for a wedding planner that goes the extra mile, has a clear love for what she does, and will make sure you can relax and enjoy your day, you found her!

Our wedding and reception were held on the Fountain Terrace at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas in October 2011. We are both living in Dubai, so when we decided to get married in Las Vegas, we had zero idea how we were going to pull it off. We are so lucky that we found Simply Weddings. Brit and Erica were wonderful, the wedding and reception were beyond anything we had imagined. It was all just perfect. The photographer, make-up/hairstylist, DJ, celebrant, guitarist that Brit recommended were all fabulous. Brit and Erica had everything sorted for us, so all we really had to do was turn up on the day and have a blast. Which we did. I would definitely recommend Brit and her team to anyone planning a Las Vegas wedding.

We met Brit and Lori back in October 2010 to plan out our destination wedding in Las Vegas for July 16, 2011. My Now husband Tom and I chose Las Vegas for many different reasons, we wanted a destination wedding where you can find beauty and fun at the same time for our guest to enjoy themselves.

My purpose on hiring a wedding consultant was mainly to bring together all my ideas and my planning into reality. I was the bride that already found a venue - the ceremony and reception site - already found a photographer and videographer just by research - I just needed someone to BRING it all together and have the wedding of my dreams - and that is exactly what they did for me.

I worked very closely with Lori, who through the year of planning made my life so much easier. She came with us on every appointments I wanted her there for - from meeting with the venue location going over decor - and to our food tasting - to my makeup and hair trial....she stood by my side. Lori did above and beyond that I expected - the list is endless. She was focus and on the ball for everything on our wedding day - she was there from the beginning of the set up to the end of the wedding. She helped us with the flow of our wedding and kept us informed on every step of the way. People say something always go wrong at a wedding..............if something did at ours.......we didn't notice....we were having a blast and I know it was because I had the trust and faith with Lori.

Simply Weddings by Brit Bertino was the BEST decision I made through this wedding planning. Not only did they make me feel at ease having a destination wedding - they were there every step of the way - always responsive on every call - text - emails. They made me feel that I was important to them.

Yes we were clients to them - but in the end we felt like we found great friends that made every bit of our dreams come true.

If anyone is thinking of Vegas to book a wedding - call Brit and Lori - they can make it happen and make it all come with ease. We highly recommend them for all their hard work and dedication on making sure your day will be the BEST day of your life.

We met with Brit in Vegas (who we instantly connected with) and worked with her associate Lori for a good portion of the detail work.

Both Lori and Brit were a hugely helpful, before and on our wedding day. I was planning a Las Vegas wedding from Hong Kong, with guests coming from all over the world, so the emails were flying back and forth for months. I changed my mind constantly about flowers, decor and design - both Brit and Lori were patient, creative and supportive all the way. They made sure I felt in control of my process, even from 6000 miles away.

The ladies sourced great hair and make-up people, floral, decor and equipment, and worked closely with the vendors and details we chose on our own. They also found a completely charming minister on short notice, who made my Mother in Law cry with her great readings in the performance of our ceremony.

Lori was absolutely indispensable the day of the wedding – my husband and I are so happy we chose to work with her for our intimate Vegas wedding. She ran our day from set-up, ceremony, dinner, dancing to tear-down like clockwork, plus made sure I was informed every step of the way. There are always a few little snags in every wedding, but they were fixed instantly and the party continued.

Simply Weddings by Brit Bertino took a pushy bride from a distant land and found exactly what she wanted, on budget, and with a ton of style. The day was beautiful, intimate, chic and cheerful.

The bottom line: These ladies are complete pros. Worth every penny.

I was married in the Dynasty Suite at the Mandarin Oriental in Vegas on 12/11/10. We had only around 2 weeks to plan a very small wedding and couldn't have done it without Brit and Simply Weddings. They took care of coordinating everything and the suite looked amazing! The entire wedding party and guests were in awe of how amazing everything looked--the flowers, decor, lighting, etc. I would recommend Simply Weddings to anyone.
