Hiring Rachelle was the best decision we made. We thought we could plan our wedding alone, and 6 months in we realized we need help. We hired Rachelle and since day one she took over and took charge of everything. She helped us finalize the vendors, the timeline, she helped us hire a trio to play during Cocktail hour. But most importantly she was there in charge on our wedding da, which allowed us to have a blast. Thank you Rachelle!

From the very beginning, Faith from Faithfully Yours did an exceptional job helping us plan, organize, and execute our wedding. Her attention to detail was meticulous, and she consistently went above and beyond anything we could have expected or imagined. More than a wedding planner, Faith truly became a friend throughout the process. She was always available to answer my many (many!) questions with patience, kindness, and expertise. Planning a destination wedding in Las Vegas could have felt overwhelming, but thanks to Faith, it never did. If you’re worried about not being able to meet your planner in person before your wedding, there is absolutely no need for concern with Faithfully Yours — she makes you feel completely confident and cared for every step of the way. Her extensive experience in the Las Vegas area was invaluable. She had trusted contacts and outstanding recommendations for every vendor we needed, and each one exceeded our expectations. Whenever we asked for options, she thoughtfully provided two or three exceptional choices, making every decision easier. Well before our rehearsal, Faith proactively reached out to all of our vendors to confirm details and ensure everyone was aligned. At the rehearsal, she confidently led our wedding party so everyone knew exactly what to expect. On our wedding day, she worked seamlessly behind the scenes — calm, organized, and proactive — making sure everything ran smoothly while allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. If Faith tells you she will take care of something, consider it done. She is the consummate professional who truly over-delivers. Calm under pressure, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely fun to work with, Faith made our wedding day extra special. We cannot recommend Faith from Faithfully Yours highly enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Ashley. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!! I can't recommend her enough. From the moment she stepped in, I immediately felt like I could finally breathe. Wedding planning had been a lot, and having her there completely changed the energy for me in the best way. Even my husband noticed I felt more relaxed after just our first meeting. Ashley was the glue that helped pull everything together. From the timeline, coordinating vendors, handling setup, to all the small details I would’ve never thought about. On the actual wedding day, everything just flowed so smoothly. It really felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything at all, which let us actually be present and enjoy the day instead of stressing about what was happening behind the scenes. What stood out most to me is how much I trusted her. I genuinely didn’t feel the need to check in or manage anything because I knew she had it covered. That kind of peace on your wedding day is honestly priceless. She’s calm, kind, organized, thoughtful, and just really good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone getting married! Having her and Symphony Weddings & Events be our wedding coordinators was one of the best decisions we made. Future couples working with Ashley are very lucky to have her in their corner!

We can’t even put into words how wonderful Christina and her team were on our wedding day. Getting married in Vegas is one thing, but making it a destination wedding with 30 people coming from the UK is a whole different ball game. As soon as we brought Cristina on board, the entire planning process became seamless. She found our incredible dinner venue, designed the space beautifully, incorporating our wedding colours and personal touches. The whole day ran without a glitch, her team were incredible at getting everyone from A to B to C in the party bus that was organised so well. We didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing for the entire day. The best thing about working with Cristina is how every zoom call we had with her made the process less stressful, and more exciting. Thank you so much to Cristina for making our wedding the most wonderful and unforgettable time of our life.

Melina was a very helpful wedding planner as we navigated creating our full day vision of an Indian and Western wedding ceremony. Bringing and celebrating multiple cultures is not easy, but Melina made a lot of the work less stressful for my husband and I. We developed a good relationship while planning for the event and with the help of Melina we were able to lock down many of our major vendors before inflation hit the wedding industry! She has a lot of great people she works with and it made choosing vendors much easier. Our day long celebration was at the Doyle and Melina’s relationship with the venue’s team made locking in the site much easier. She also gave helpful recommendations on where guests should stay. Most of our guests and my husband and I stayed at the Downtown Grand which was perfect. With the proximity to the venue guests were able to go back to their hotels and get ready for ceremony #2. Also, most guests were from out of town so they were able to enjoy Downtown Las Vegas. Most of our meetings with Melina were on Zoom and communications were via email because we are not in Vegas. While we went back-and-forth via email having those virtual and in person meetings made the process easier. This was Melina’s first Indian wedding and she learned a lot from the experience with all the small details that come with the traditions of this wedding. While there were some hiccups along the process my husband and I did not notice it based on the bigger picture of the event. For those who are looking to work with Melina I want to emphasize this is a working relationship. She and her team give good suggestions on vendors and who to work with, and it is up to you to share what vision you have of the day with her and the vendors. As I mentioned earlier there were some hiccups and that came with some breaks of communication. For example, we relied on family the day before the wedding to help get some fabric for the cabana for the event because of the excessive heat we were going to get on the day of the wedding. While going over the cabana options, we saw photos of how it can look with cloth but did not order/RSVP the cloth at the rental space, requiring family to get it. On the day of there was concerns over the hanging of the cloth on the cabana which caused some stress for my family as well. On the day of the wedding Melina gave my husband and I the positivity and energy we needed for the day. She helped coordinate everyone and everything to keep everything as close to time as possible (because, of course, there can be some delay with holding such a large event!). She also helped keep the event schedule flexible with so much going on. All in all we are grateful for Melina for helping us make our 2-ceremony day possible. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

Regina is a wonderful wedding planner! She knows her stuff! She know Vegas, all of the venues and vendors, and she knows how to find what you want for the price you need! We couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism, knowledge, customer service and care that Regina put in to our wedding. Everything went perfectly and was just how we'd hoped it would be! We were a little nervous about doing everything sight unseen, but Regina had eyes on everything for us! We highly recommend her for all of your wedding needs!

I had a medival wedding and it was not an easy feat to pull off. She arranged for every detail perfectly and worked well with me every time I changed my mind. (which was often). We came in UNDER budget and it was more than I could have ever imgined. I would reccomend her to anyone.
