Working with Ashley from Symphony weddings was such an organized and exceptional experience!! Our wedding in September 2026 was at Lotus House Events in Vegas, and we needed a day of coordinator. All the little details we had were accounted for and everything was put out properly on a spreadsheet she made. Very responsive and communicative, even on the stuff we did not even consider. Without Ashley and the help of her assistant Tonya, I don't know how we would've handled the wedding on our own. Slight issues with other vendors were handled with them. We appreciated the facetime calls and the very friendly service we received! We definitely will recommend to whoever plans to get married in our lives to come to symphony weddings and handle all their needs.

We had the pleasure of having Tanya coordinate our wedding. When I say she came straight from heaven, I mean every word. She was an absolute lifesaver. She executed the timeline leading up to the wedding and the day-of timeline flawlessly. Our assigned venue coordinator was very unprofessional and lacked any sort of experience. Had it not been for Tanya, the wedding and reception would have been an absolute disaster. Tanya is one-of-a-kind, and her attention to every detail did not go unnoticed.

We wanted a slightly non-traditional wedding, and from the very first phone consultation, I knew she got my vision.
