Hiring Brittany as our wedding planner was the single best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, endlessly helpful, and truly went above and beyond in every possible way.
Brittany gave us the best advice and consistently pointed us in the right direction, making every decision feel easier and more confident. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her guidance. Her knowledge, organization, and attention to detail are unmatched, and she made the entire planning experience smooth and stress free. On the wedding day itself, Brittany was calm, collected, and reassuring. She kept our nerves in check and handled every single detail behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I don’t even know where to begin to explain how wonderful our experience with Symphony, specifically Andrea, has been. We wanted a slightly non-traditional wedding, and from the very first phone consultation, I knew she got my vision. I have a lot of health issues that made my needs unique, and Andrea was not only kind but extremely accommodating. I never felt like my asks were too much. Everyone always talks about how stressful wedding planning is; I can honestly say I can’t relate and it's all because of Andrea. The wedding was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. We cannot recommend Symphony Weddings & Events highly enough! Planning a large Indian wedding comes with countless moving parts and, from the very beginning, their team approached everything with thoughtfulness and professionalism. They took the time to truly understand our culture, rituals, and vision and then brought it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations! No idea ever felt too big or too small, and they were always willing to revise, rethink, and fine-tune details until everything felt just right.
Brittany, was exceptional! Her guidance made every decision easier and far less overwhelming. She had a way of clearly laying out options, anticipating needs, and keeping us confident every step of the way. The team ensured that all of our wedding events flowed seamlessly, keeping us informed on essential details and logistics while shielding us from any issues that arose so we could stay fully present and enjoy the moment.

Better Than We Could Have Hoped.
It’s hard to put how good Symphony Weddings was into words. The exceeded every possible expectation. Andrea was with us every step of the way and nothing we requested was denied or unobtainable by the team. My wife and I are easily overwhelmed by all the decisions but Andrea was brilliant with her suggestions, calm, and resourcefulness. She helped guide us through all the processes and truly helped our dream wedding come to life. Andreas knowledge and relationship with the vendors in Las Vegas was amazing and her suggestions were always on point. Day of went so smooth and was totally stress free which enabled my wife and I to truly stay present in the moment and enjoy what truly mattered most. The best decision we made for our wedding — hands down!
I’ll be honest — I didn’t even think we needed a wedding planner at first. But as our guest list grew and things got a little chaotic, we decided to work with Symphony Weddings, and I am so glad we did. Ashley was beyond incredible — she completely exceeded every expectation.
She was warm, responsive, and felt like a true friend throughout the entire process. Whether it was a quick text, a last-minute phone call, or a vendor question, Ashley was always there and on top of every detail. We hired her for day-of coordination, but she went so far above and beyond that it felt like she’d been planning with us all along.
From reviewing contracts and managing vendors to creating a timeline that ran flawlessly, Ashley made everything seamless. Even when we made last-minute changes — adding and removing things or booking our DJ at the eleventh hour — she handled it all with grace and professionalism.
If your wedding is over 30 guests, do yourself a favor and hire Symphony Weddings. The peace of mind Ashley gave us was priceless. I would recommend her a thousand times over — she made our day absolutely perfect, and I’d choose her every single time. -

We cannot recommend Melody and Symphony Weddings enough, choosing to work with them was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the beginning, communication was so easy — Melody was so quick to respond, very professional, and made every step of the way feel so easy!
On wedding day, everything went so smoothly thanks to Melody and the Symphony team. Any little bumps in the road were handled quickly and with ease. She always offered her professional opinion when we needed guidance, which as so helpful when we were overwhelmed with choices.
As for the decor and details, everything was so beautiful and executed to perfection. She brought our dream to life!! We could have never pulled it off without her! Melody’s eye for design and attention to detail brought everything together in such a beautiful way.

We hired Symphony and Brittany to help us completely plan our wedding in Las Vegas. We spoke with multiple wedding planners before landing on Brittany but knew she was the one based on how detail oriented, energetic, organized and creative she was. She was collaborative throughout the entire process and made our wedding day perfect. Brittany knocked everything out of the park for us from bringing creative ideas, assisting with vendor selection, communicating all the details across multiple vendors and making sure everything went perfectly the day of. Brittany and all the members of her team were excellent. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner experience and would recommend Symphony and Brittany to anyone. -

I worked with Melody from Symphony Weddings in coordinating everything for my wedding about 30 days before our date. I was so flustered with all of my vendor contacts and everything I "still needed to do" but Melody calmed my nerves immediately. She broke things down from everything I needed to send to her and from that 30 days on, she took care of EVERYTHING. When I say that she was like a God send, I mean it. When it came to the day of, I literally just had to show up and everything was how it was supposed to be. She assured me throughout the last 2 weeks that she was in contact with all of my vendors and I had nothing to worry about. My family and bridal party all told me how sweet and helpful she was before and all throughout the day of the wedding. While I hope I never have to get married again, I'd easily have Melody by my side to plan and coordinate again. 100/10 would recommend! -

Symphony Weddings Review - 10/10 would recommend!
Words cannot begin to describe how amazing Brittany and everyone on her team is. We started wedding planning back in Oct 2022 at JW Marriott. They provided us a list of preferred vendors, so I started doing my research. As I'm looking over all our options, I kept going back to Symphony Weddings. From their website, reviews and their IG page, Brittany seemed like the person I wanted to make our dream wedding happen. And she did just that and more!
Brittany just has a smile and personality that lights up the room; she made my now husband and I feel very welcomed from the very start. She has the experience, she knows what she's doing and most importantly she loves what she does.
She made every step of the wedding planning process and our wedding day straightforward, answered any and every question we had, and truly made sure our vision became reality.
Brittany is truly our fairy godmother and created our happily ever after. If I would do it all again, I would choose Brittany and Symphony Weddings in a heartbeat and I've already been recommending her to some family and friends.
She also has the connections and network to really make sure the wedding is tailored to your needs and wants, no matter the budget.
Thank you so much Brittany for making our wedding so memorable. Our guests had a blast, but most importantly Nikko and I had the time of our life during our special day. We could not have asked for more.

Incredible-best Wedding Planner in Las Vegas!
Symphony Weddings & Events…OMG they were absolutely amazing…by far the very best Wedding Planners in Las Vegas! We live in New Jersey and owner Brittany Griffor helped us create, design and organize a truly incredible destination wedding at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino! Brittany was really wonderful to work with, very professional, super organized, and she made the whole process from day one of the initial planning, right up to the conclusion of the wedding reception, a very fun and stress free experience. Our wedding day was magnificent as Brittany and her team were on hand from early morning until well after midnight making sure every single detail was absolutely perfect. The Planning -
My now husband and I got engaged in November 2020 and began looking for a full service wedding planner in January 2021 for our destination wedding in Las Vegas. Brittany was the first one we spoke with and we felt in our guts after that first virtual meeting that she was the one for us. Her enthusiasm was infectious and we could feel her energy through the Zoom call. My husband and I agreed that at the end of the day, if you've done your research, whoever you pick will likely plan a beautiful wedding, so we prioritized picking someone we felt a connection to and for us, that was Brittany. She truly cares about planning and executing your dream wedding and will go above and beyond. Brittany was very pleasant to work with while also being straightforward with her opinions when we needed guidance. She will not hesitate to tell you what she thinks is or is not a good investment, which we so appreciated. We had delayed communication with our venue (not Brittany's fault) and she did her best to make sure we were compensated. We didn't have a detailed vision of what we wanted but Brittany was able to take our vague ideas and messy Pinterest boards and execute a gorgeous wedding.
The Wedding Weekend -
Since it was a destination wedding and a lot of our guests were coming in from out of town, we wanted it to be a weekend experience. Brittany handled planning the whole weekend for us, from rehearsal/rehearsal dinner and welcome cocktails on Friday evening to the wedding and the after-party at the nightclub on Saturday to the farewell brunch on Sunday. Day of the wedding, she and her team of professionals handled every single detail so I truly only had to worry about myself. Her full planning wedding service comes with a dedicated bridal assistant who was by my side all day and helped me with anything I needed (thank you, Abbie!!).
In conclusion -
The best investment we made for our wedding weekend was choosing Brittany as our planner. She set the tone of the 20 months of planning with her vibrant personality from our first call. She recommended vendors based on our budget and what we were looking for and gave honest feedback about vendor pricing & what to expect if we went with a specific vendor. We are so happy with the vendors she recommended that we chose. She's very detailed and knowledgeable. She knows when to provide her opinions and when to let us make a decision without us being influenced. Brittany truly cares about her couples and making sure we get our dream wedding. I am not exaggerating when I say she goes above and beyond for her couples. For example, I realized after the reception before the after-party that I needed my bouquet as I needed to take it to the bouquet preservation shop the next morning so I called Brittany. She confirmed she had my bouquet but knew I was rushing to make it to the after-party where I had 40+ guests waiting for me and offered to take it to the shop instead (something I totally would never have expected her to offer but so, so appreciated!!!). We also know she cares about her couples even after the wedding because it's been 6 months since our wedding and she sent a sympathy card after learning of our cat's passing, which was also appreciated.
Brittany truly gave us our dream wedding weekend and we cannot thank her & her team enough. If my review wasn't enough, just look at the photos :) -

Symphony Weddings was the vendor included in our venue contract as a day-of coordinator. But she was available and in communication any time I reached out to her before our wedding. Since we did most of the planning ourselves, as time got closer and details started piling on, when Brittany arranged for us to have a phone conference to discuss the event, I was turning into an anxious wreck. Brittany's calm and friendly, straightforward attitude put me immediately at ease and I knew our wedding was in the right hands. She's been running her business for over 11 years, and you can tell how much care and attention she puts into weddings. She's been there, done that, got the t-shirt made. No odd request or mishap rattles her, she and her team have been through it all. When our wedding took a turn for the crazy and the venue lost total power, Brittany continued popping up in front of us, like a ninja, still smiling, still making sure we were doing okay. If there was anything I could do over with our wedding, it would be utilizing her business for planning from start to business. It would have been totally worth incorporating into our budget. But if you use Brittany and Symphony Weddings for day-of only, you will still feel as if she was with you from the very beginning. -

We had a great experience with Sara from Symphony Weddings. Sara was our day-of coordinator and was fantastic. She went over every detail a few weeks before the wedding and was in contact with all the vendors which significantly reduced my stress levels! The day of the wedding couldn't have gone any smoother. Sara was flexible and proactive with windy weather and a couple last minute changes with guests. She was also super fun and brought the energy levels up pre-wedding. Several of our wedding guests mentioned that this was the smoothest and most efficient wedding they have attended. I am very happy we were able to work with Sara from Symphony Weddings. She definitely made the day feel like a whole production! -

When we hired Brittany, we saw right off the bat that she was super enthusiastic, highly skilled, and would be so fun to work with. Now, a week after our wedding, we realize how lucky we were to have found Brittany. She not only turned the process of planning a wedding into a loving and enjoyable experience, but she crafted a day that was better than any we could've dreamed of when we first set out on this journey.
It is very clear that Brittany has been doing this for a long time. She has a very organized process that let's you do everything that needs to be done in a logical and paced manner, so you're never overwhelmed and there's never any stress. She structures everything so that nothing is missed, and even when you think you're forgetting something, there's a relief in knowing that she has everything handled in the background. Our wedding day came and went without a single hitch (or at least one that made it to us!).
Brittany seemingly knows everything about the wedding industry in Las Vegas and was able to get the best vendors for the best prices. She was always honest with us about what to expect with different vendors and different price tiers, so that nothing came as a surprise leading up to the wedding. She was super flexible when we wanted to make fairly drastic changes to our plans and managed to incorporate everything we wanted, even as the date came closer and closer. She came to the rescue when we had an issue come up a week before the wedding, and found us a quick solution even though it was completely unrelated to our wedding day. These are just a few examples of the million little things she did along the way for us.
It's not an exaggeration to say that we feel like we were working with an amazing friend during this whole process, and we couldn't imagine having done it without her. She became an integral part of what made our wedding day so magical, and we're forever grateful. We may consider having another wedding in a few years just to work with her again. We can't more highly recommend Brittany and Symphony Weddings & Events for your wedding. -

She was the one!
Brittany is simply amazing. My husband and I live in California. He had proposed to me in Las Vegas, and we just knew we had to get married there. Not only were we one of many couples who decided to plan a wedding in the midst of the pandemic, we also decided that it must be a destination wedding. My husband and I work an insane amount of hours during the week, and I just knew there was no way possible I would be able to plan a wedding by myself. I knew that I needed a dream team, and that dream team started with Brittany. We did interview other wedding planners, and shortly after simply speaking with Brittany, we knew she was the one. WE SAID YES TO THE WEDDING PLANNER! LOL! I’ve had friends who planned a destination wedding, and we are so fortunate that our experience was seamless. This is Brittany’s realm, and I trusted her expertise. I definitely had my moments of spiraling, just like any other bride would, but Brittany was great in reeling me back in, to say the least. Now that I am able to reflect back, I am so blessed that my husband and I were able to just enjoy being engaged. Before we knew it, a year had gone by, and our wedding was here! Brittany had sent us our production schedule, we knew where to be, when each event or activity was happening. On the day of the wedding, I was waited on hand and foot by my lady in waiting. Which I must say, no other wedding planner we had interviewed had this special service. I didn’t need to stress about getting my things when I needed it, or stress if my husband and his groomsmen were kept on schedule. It was definitely something that made me feel like a Queen. Brittany and her team coordinated everything from start to finish and even if there was a problem, I didn’t need to know about it, because Brittany and her team took care of it. Our wedding was everything that we had envisioned it to be. We were so blown away on how everything turned out. We was able to enjoy our wedding day with all our loved ones and friends. Each and everyone of my family and guests had mentioned how professional, efficient, and poise Brittany and her team was all throughout our wedding. We honestly can not say enough. If you are a bride who is contemplating wether or not to hire a wedding planner, I would say DO IT. If you want your dream wedding to be everything you dreamed it to be and more, I would say Brittany is the one to do it. -

Wedding planning can be so stressful, especially planning during COVID and all the uncertainty that comes with it. Add to the fact that I live in Florida and planned my Vegas wedding via phone calls, emails, and texts. We decided to hire Brittany as our day-of coordinator for our January 2021 wedding to help relieve some of the day-of stress and honestly, my wedding day would not be the same if not for her. I wish I could hire her for every event!! She is everything I ever wanted in a coordinator and more! She is seriously one of the kindest and sweetest people I have met on top of being so professional, detail-oriented and organized. She always kept an open line of communication leading up to the big day & we even met the day before the wedding to run through the day-of timeline together one last time. The day of my wedding was stress free knowing I had Brittany handling everything for us. She went out of her way so many times for us, from offering to pick up my rentals & cookie favors for us to bringing me a coffee and sandwich while I was getting ready! She set up all the linens, flowers, and decorations even better than I imagined – my reception was so perfect. She was there from start to finish and she even catered to us the entire evening, making sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Honestly, words are not enough to describe how thankful we are to have found Brittany and would recommend her services in a heartbeat; I promise you will not regret booking with her. Wow, I do not know where to start. So I will start from the beginning! The moment we spoke on the phone, for the first time, I knew she was my girl. Her heart, professionalism, etiquette, and personality shined through. I felt that she would be my guiding angel through it all and she was. Through the whole planning process; brainstorming, deciding, preferences, "don't no's", she helped as if she were planning her own. Every attention to detail never went untouched or noticed.
We wanted our wedding in the woods and needed a permit. Brittany took care of EVERYTHING, not to mention, she had already contacted the florist I had chose, the photographer etc.
Fast forward to the day of, and my goodness gracious, she was MY ANGEL! I had a very stressful morning and the moment I saw her, my world calmed. Everything was ok and everything was going to be perfect. She made sure of that.
If you are looking for a wedding planner that encompasses everything on your list of "must haves", Brittany is it. I cannot stress how wonderful it was to have her through the whole wedding process.

Brittany is a phenomenal person and unbelievable at what she does. I had things come up in my life and we went from planning a wedding a year out to in two months. She was so kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. The venue ended up being a nightmare and she meet me the day of check in, she helped clean and coordinate with the property manager to have as much fixed to have everything wedding ready. While the property manager didn’t follow through Brittany, her team and the other vendors all pulled it together and made the day of wedding so beautiful, stress free and everything my husband and I could’ve ever wanted. There are no words to describe how thankful we were to have her. Hiring Symphony Weddings was the best decision we made and worth every penny for the quality of service that was provided. -

But she went above and beyond and still answered any questions I had before her official start time. I will recommend Symphony to everyone! They made everything so easy. The Best Wedding and Event Planner EVER!!!
Brittany was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I lived in Tampa and San Antonio but wanted to get married in Las Vegas since that's where we met. I knew that there was no way I wanted to plan a destination wedding without a wedding planner. I contacted several wedding planners on the Knot. Brittany was extremely quick with her response and scheduling the consultation. Once I spoke to Brittany over the phone, I knew she was the one who I wanted to plan our wedding.
During the planning, Brittany was extremely responsive and always blocked off her entire weekend each time I made a trip to Vegas. She is extremely thoughtful and is extremely detail-oriented. She and her team made me feel extra special on my wedding day and helped me plan my dream wedding. Everything was perfect and the majority of that (besides marrying my dream man) was because of her. Even now, after the wedding, she is still helping me with thank you cards and other questions I might have. She is THE BEST!!!

Brittney with Symphony Wedding was a huge part of helping make our special wedding day perfect. Brittney was fun to work with and made the day of run flawlessly. She helped keep everyone focused and on schedule, but more importantly was professional while doing it all. She worked amazingly with the team at the JW Marriott. Everyone in the wedding party loved working with her, and we even got comments from multiple guests about how great she was. We can’t put in to words how thankful we are that Brittney was our Day Of Coordinator. From setup to takedown, she took extreme measures to make sure all our personal keepsakes were handled with extreme care. We would highly recommend Brittney for any wedding, big or small. Brittany and her team at Symphony Weddings made planning a wedding enjoyable and seamless. Brittany had answers to all our questions and her resourcefulness enabled my wife and I to be stress and worry free leading up to the wedding. Every meeting and communication with Brittany was reassuring that our special day was in great and professional hands, and when the day finally came, everything was even better than we imagined. Even when one of the vendors had to cancel within an hour of having to serve their food because of technical difficulties, Brittany’s team improvised and the party went on even better than before. More than a month after the wedding, family and friends are still telling us how great of a time they had. Patricia Sent on 03/03/2022Never Heard from Them, Even Though I Tried Many Outlets to Get In Touch - AND They Were Our First Choice!
We initially met this wonderful person that represented this company at a Bridal Expo when we were getting started in our planning process. We received all their information, had a great conversation, and we had also met a few other planners there, as well as through Wedding Wire. We made our decision that Symphony should absolutely be the one for us. So, using the contact info we received from the expo, we reached out via their website, and waited maybe about a week to hear back. We then went on Wedding Wire, found them, and also reached out there. Another week or two went by, and we were getting a bit anxious so we sent an email directly to what seemed to be the owner's email address from online. We never heard from them the entire time, and still haven't to this day.
Not sure if they are just supremely busy, but if so, any type of response would have been great. We initially had such a great impression, and now we were left a little confused and had to start the wedding planner search again. We thought a month was plenty of time to get back to us, but just raising this flag just in case...
