I am so happy we hired The Queens Garden for our outdoor wedding. The layout was perfect for all our guests. It was very comfortable for 150 guests. The furniture was in excellent condition and the process was seamless. All the employees at The Queens Garden were so patient with all my questions and concerns. I will be recommending them to all my friends in the future!

I hired New England restrooms for our company party. When I called the office, I had the pleasure of speaking to Nichole.. This young lady was very helpful, while speaking with Nichole. She asked if my husband and I would like to visit, this way we would be able to view the different trailers and see what would be a good fit for our party. While seeing the trailers we, also did book a restroom trailer for our daughter wedding this fall. The day of delivery we had the pleasure of meeting joey. This young man was very helpful. After joey set the trailer in place. He also went over on how this trailer works, joey also left us emergency contact number if we had any problems. We are looking forward in using this company again soon. Great experience

We had an excellent experience, the employee that delivered and set up our facilities was kind and patient with us. GPS took him to the wrong address, which was a narrow dirt road, and he was able to navigate his way through that area over to my location, then took the time to strategically place the unit in the best position for our needs. He took extra care making sure that the ramp was perfect and there were no rough edges for our guests to get caught on. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.

I used Baystate for wedding rentals and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. They made sure to check in after I requested a quote as a reminder to finalize my order. Once I signed the contract I was then able to confirm a specific delivery date which helped immensely with planning. The delivery guys were professional and so efficient. They delivered and set everything up in the right place so we didn't have to do heavy lifting when they were gone.

I am so impressed with this company! Their customer service is top-notch—the team was professional and incredibly helpful. When trying to accommodate 100+ people in a party at your house with only 1 bathroom, this made things so much easier. There were even options to customize what you may need for your event in each bathroom and took so much thought and worry off my list of things to do. A truly fantastic experience from start to finish.

We got so many compliments on how gorgeous the center pieces were! Will definitely use you at our next event!!

Single handedly, Ryan and the Green Tent Entertainment experience was phenomenal. I cannot thank him enough for helping to bring our music festival wedding vision to life with our cannabis bar during the reception / after party. We decided on mini joints with custom branded joint papers, and custom chillums with our branded logo on it. He also added free seltzer shots which I really appreciated. My guests were floored...."How did you do this?!" We will never stop hearing about how amazing Ryan and his services were. Highly HIGHLY recommend bringing a budtender to your wedding (after the sunsets!). It was extremely normalized because the venue was extremely supportive so make sure that is your situation.

Excellent service. I used B.C. Tent & Awning for an event we were doing for the non-proft that I work for and they provided cost-effective recommendations that proved to be even better than what we originally thought we wanted to order. Delivery and pickup was prompt and efficient and overall service was fantastic. We had a very limited time to use the space the event was taking place and the team took that very seriously and was extremely flexible in getting the tents in and out to accommodate our timing. Wonderful experience and we will certainly use them again for our future tent needs!
