My wedding was at a venue that only recently opened its doors for events, but BC Tent had been one of the first companies to set up rentals there and had every measurement, potential issue, and policy covered. They knew what needed to happen with the town, what the venue needed from me (and visa versa), and what actually worked on-site. Once we had a plan for the main architecture of the day--the tents, tables, dance floor, etc--I had a truly efficient sit-down in the office to select the finer details of the day--from silverware and linens to extension cords and fans. When issues popped up along the way (as they always do), I was kept informed and always had plenty of choices.
In the end, everything looked spectacular. I highly recommend BC Tent for any event!
