Our daughter was recently married at The Club at UK Spindletop Hall, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect! The venue itself is stunning—full of character, charm, and history. The beautiful 1930s architecture, the variety of unique rooms, and the overall ambiance created the most elegant backdrop for such a special day. But what truly set this venue apart was Rebecca Dietterick and her incredible team. From start to finish, every staff member was exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the day seamless. They accommodated every request, anticipated our needs, and handled every detail so we never had to worry about a thing. Their patience and friendliness made us feel cared for and completely at ease. We are deeply grateful for the graciousness and hospitality shown to our family. Thanks to this wonderful team, our daughter’s wedding day was joyful, beautiful, and entirely stress-free. I give this venue 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone considering hosting a wedding or private event. It was truly an unforgettable experience!

The venue is beautiful and historic. Even though you are locked in to their vendor for catering, everyone we talked to had nothing but great things to say about Bayou Bluegrass's catering. Our DJ who had done many many weddings at their venues said he had never had a bad meal from them - and they definitely lived up to the expectations set by everyone! The food was great, the catering staff were wonderful and friendly. The only complaint we could make is that the signature drinks we picked tasted quite different from the ones we had at the tasting event, but they were still good. Also, not a complaint, but the floor is rough and similar to a concrete tennis court surface which is great for traction but also can be rough on shoes during dancing, so keep that in mind when selecting shoes for the event! Allison helped us with planning and helped us work out all the details. Helaina was our on site manager for the event, and she was equally amazing.

I cannot recommend Hermitage Farm Barn8 & Curtis Conlin enough! First and foremost we had a December wedding. We had our ceremony in the hayloft above Barn8, we then had cocktail hour in the greenhouse, while they flipped the hayloft for our evening reception. From the get-go Curtis and his team were amazing! From planning meetings to text, Email’s, phone calls, they answered all of our questions and communicated with us upfront. They made our vision come to life. The staff during our ceremony and reception were absolutely incredible. They catered not only to our guests but us. From making separate plates of food for our cocktail hour so we could eat and mingle to attending to every need and whim of our reception to even pumping me up before I walk down the aisle…..They went above and beyond and made our event what it was. Truly any review I could write would not do them justice! They truly made our wedding a day that we will never forget! Thank you again!

We used this wonderful Lexington Marriott City Center for our son's rehearsal dinner in June 2021. We had about 50 guests and everything was done to perfection. Since we live out of town I had to co-ordinate online and met Mackenzie Clark the day before the event. She went beyond what we expected. Great food also!

The venue is absolutely beautiful. Scott had all the decorations for center pieces, the arch and much more. The venue, the scenery, and everything that can come with the venue if you choose is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have had a better wedding anywhere else!

How much better can you get, then having a beautiful camp ground for your friends and family to enjoy? Next to Cumberland Lake. Indoor accommodations for non campers and Glamping for the rest. Burnt Rock gathering area is already set up for music performances and was perfect for our very personal ceremony, and live music reception. Highly recommended. A one of a kind, special place to our family.

Doubletrees Richmond Rd. Lexington KY. Front desk was so accommodating to our guest. A lot of people reserved late. Keenland and rival football game during that time so that was a big plus for me.

I initially did not want to have a wedding with a barn reception. However, after coming to the venue it was quite clear that this was not a regular Kentucky barn. Once you walk inside it looks like a gorgeous venue as it is! There was no detail left unnoticed. It was a wonderful and amazing experience being surrounded by a beautiful house, land, and amazing barn. You will not be disappointed.

The Olmsted was nothing short of perfection for our wedding. After having planned everything with Jeri and her staff for a 220 person wedding in May 2020, we abruptly had to cancel our plans and reschedule because of COVID. We rescheduled for August 2020 and eventually had to reduce the number of guests to 50. Jeri was absolutely amazing to work with through all of this. She spent countless hours with us answering all of our questions, letting us pick an entirely new menu and bar package, and making sure our wedding was going to safe for our guests and overall COVID friendly. The day of, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They constantly made sure I had everything I needed (but not in an annoying way!) and I had many guests tell me how much they loved the bartender. This was truly the perfect venue for our wedding!
