Church Barn Farm is a wedding venue located in Versailles, KY. A family-owned and operated historic venue, it is located on 20 acres nestled among farmland in beautiful southern Woodford County. The venue is just a short drive from Versailles and Nicholasville.

Facilities and Capacity

Church Barn Farm offers two unique venue buildings that are both classic and striking. The Schoolhouse and the Church Barn are adjacent to each other. The venue buildings have been at the heart of the small community of Nonesuch for over 128 years. The Church Barn was built in 1894 and converted into a tobacco barn several decades later. The exterior still resembles the church with the original gothic arch-framed windows, but the inside maintains the unique look of a tobacco barn. The 1,800 square feet space has a concrete slab floor and can hold up to 80 guests. Ideal for both ceremonies and receptions, the space can be configured in multiple ways. Behind the Barn is a flat tent pad that can be used to add additional outdoor tent space for your event. The Schoolhouse has a history dating back to 1900. A 1,500-square-foot building, it can hold up to 40 guests. It features 14-foot coffered ceilings, along with central heat and air. It also offers a stainless-steel catering kitchen and a single full bathroom. The main banquet room is 900 square feet and features a comfortable 400 square-foot lounge room with a leather couch and beauty bar. The Schoolhouse is great for your rehearsal dinner and perfect for use as a get-ready space on the day of the wedding.
