Could not say enough good things about this venue. It is a dream venue with the dream team. Beautiful venue, staff was amazing they went above and beyond for our wedding and made sure everything was perfect. The location was perfect. The best part is that you have the venue Thursday-Sunday so you don’t get to feel rushed AND the night of the wedding you can stay at the beautiful pink bed and breakfast down the street which is where the bridesmaids get ready the day of.

My wife and I got married at One Oak this past weekend and it more than exceeded our expectations. While the venue was beautiful, it was the owners and staff that made it amazing. They were extremely accommodating with every little detail to the point that they switched the ceremony to the inside and back out within an hour of the wedding due to weather. They didn’t miss a beat and made it the most memorable day of our lives. You can tell they they are in it for the right reasons and take pride in personalizing the experience to you and making the occasion as memorable and low stress as possible. They allow extra time for you to have the venue to make sure everything is how you want it and even offer to provide some of the decor as well. They also provide a beautiful Victorian house down the road for the bride and her party to get ready in for the day. They truly made our wedding weekend nothing short of perfect. Wonderful place, even better people.

I am a wedding coordinator in Kentucky, and I love when I get to do a wedding at One Oak. The owners are super responsive, willing to work with everyone's needs, and are fun to be around. They are helpful and make wedding days go so much smoother. From a professional's standpoint, I'd recommend them for anyone's wedding!

Clint, Jay, and Leslie have been wonderful to work with. They're quickly responsive and have treated us like family since the first time we toured. This venue is GORGEOUS!!! This is an iconic Kentucky venue with breathtaking views. Clint and Jay are so kind and easy to work with it felt like talking to a family member about my wedding. As soon as I saw the property I knew this was it. And one of the best parts is you get it for 3 days so we don’t have to rush to decorate or take everything down. Highly recommend!! Also the partnership with the darling Bed and Breakfast down the road is literally icing on the cake!!
