In the fall of 2025, I reached out to James the week before I proposed to my girlfriend. I had an ambitious plan, and James agreed to hike over 3 miles to a tree in a remote alpine tundra, where he waited hidden in some small bushes. He was able to capture some stunning photos of our engagement, as well as contributing some very thoughtful suggestions for the photoshoot after the proposal. For example, he offered to hike up with a bottle of champagne and a thermos of tea, both of which were great ideas and really helped elevate the day.

We had such a great experience with wild iris. Mike drove all the way out to Salida for us which was a bit of a haul. Helping us plan and manage our family on wedding day was a HUGE help and most of all we just love our photos. Thank you so much!

Juli was the perfect photographer for all of our wedding needs. She did our engagement photos, a boudoir photo shoot for me, and our wedding day pictures. During all 3 occasions she was professional, timely, and listened to what I wanted. On our wedding day she helped keep me calm and reassured me that we had enough time for every picture we wanted- and we did. She made sure she got pictures of all the important people I wanted photographed. She was always very fast in her e-mail responses when I had questions for her. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with!

Julie is simply amazing at what she does! She captured the most amazing moments for us at our wedding. I am so blessed to call her an amazing friend:) her work is perfection.

I have known Bonnie for years. She has done business, family photos and this year we hired her to do our wedding photos and engagement photos. Just hire her you will not be disappointed. I feel fairly awkward in front of the camera. She took great photos and gave good direction!! Bonnie has great communication and sticks to her contracted timeline(which is a crazy fast turnaround time). We did a total DIY wedding photography took up half our budget and I don’t regret it for a second!!!

Stop looking further. From start to finish, our experience with Jamie was unparalleled, uncommon, professional, unique, and a gift of a lifetime. Jamie goes out of her way to get to know who you are as a couple, and ask great questions ahead of any photo sessions. My husband and I were under a short timeline (4 month engagement), and she made it seamless. On the big day, the weather went from bad to worse, and I received a text from Jamie to calm my nerves and assure us that the show would go on. And boy did it ever! Despite the mist & downpour, Jamie took photos unlike I've ever seen. They capture our essence, our love - and there isn't a mediocre one in the bunch!! At our ceremony & wedding, we had equal challenges with the rain. Jamie navigated them all with grace under fire (and mud). We received EXQUISITE previews within days and final shots within weeks. They are all so amazing, I don't know how we will choose. Looking through these slowly was like re-living the event all over again. I got to see it from so many angles - moments where I wasn't there because the day goes by so quickly. It touched me so deeply. She captured the evening with such electricity, naturalness, and ease. I literally don't know how she was so many places at once!! I keep thinking to myself, "how the heck did she DO that?!" And.. I'd be remiss not to include my father's words: "The shots are exquisite. There is something about them that is unlike most wedding photography. I think maybe it’s the feeling you put into them. Now I know the subject matter was power-packed, but you had an eye for the telling details……an eye for moments that are not typically part of the coffee table wedding album. And as a result you have preserved for us the rare atmosphere of that rainy night. Your orchestration of light, focus, and even out-of-focus, was uncommon. Applause to you on behalf of our whole family."

I would recommend Alicia a thousand times over!! She is absolutely amazing! She does great work and is also so lovely to be around and share your wedding day with. We will use her for every photography need we have in the future.

Working with Mary for our wedding was such a dream! First, we had a engagement shoot with her. I did my make-up trial on the day of, but it turned out horribly, so my expectations for these pictures were very low. But Mary did such an incredible job, the pictures captured our relationship so perfectly, and the slideshow she sent us was just so beautiful and brought tears to my eyes. I knew we had chosen the right photographer! On the actual wedding day, Mary was calm, professional and unobtrusive, barely directed or posed us, and yet she managed to capture SO MANY beautiful moments as if she had spent hours staging us. Every photo is so lovely and beautiful and captures so much emotion. We sent a lot of our photos to our guests, and everyone loved their photos so much! I also appreciated that Mary took our pandemic precautions seriously and was very easy to work with and communicate with. I think she also offers incredible value for her work. Although we did not end up getting the album, the web files were still a great quality, so I definitely recommend getting the keepsake album! Between that and the engagement photos, she offers an incredible deal. Finally, she is just a wonderful human being and was just a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy we were lucky enough to find her!
