- Woodlawn consists of an historic home, garden and grounds. Respect for the home and grounds are key to ensuring a successful event.
- Events are permitted outdoor only, unless stated otherwise.
- Contact information must be provided by all vendors. All caterers must be licensed and fully insured.
- An outside wedding planning service is required.
- ABC license is required, as well as, event insurance. A copy of the certificate of insurance must be on file 30 days before event date.
- Food and beverage service, and similar vendor activities must cease at 11 p.m.
- A complimentary breakfast is provided the morning of the wedding in the dining room. Breakfast guests to include: bride, her bridesmaids, groom's mother and bride's mother. Both parties will mutually agree on a time.
