Highly recommend Sara!
I highly recommend Sara as a day of wedding coordinator! She was very thoughtful and helpful. She made me feel at ease especially during unforseen circumstances!
For example: our flowers were supposed to be delivered to our venue the day before our wedding. Then got postponed to the morning of wedding ..... then we got notified on wedding morning that they won't arrive until days after the wedding! Sara gladly went and handpicked local flowers for us and made the center pieces better than what I originally had planned!

Great Coordinator!
Sara was our wedding planner--and we could not be more thankful for her services! Initially, we weren't going to hire a planner. It turned out that we really did need one, and Sara did a great job filling that role. It was complicated for us to live and plan from Hawaii, be married in Montana, and have our family coming in from Maryland. Sara helped to pull everything together. She went above and beyond in many ways to ensure we got what we needed to the venue, and was where it needed to be, when it needed to be there, for our big day. She was communicative in the months leading up to our wedding, helping us feel good about our plans. Sara was organized and made her roles clear to us, so there was no confusion day of. We would defintely recommend Weddings by Sara!

Sara is a wonderful planner!
We had the pleasure of working with Sara as our wedding planner, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Her organization and timely responses made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. We booked Sara over two years in advanced so she was with us for a long haul! Sara’s calm attitude was incredibly reassuring, especially during the more hectic moments. She was always honest about her expectations and what she could accomplish, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks to Sara, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and we had the best day thanks to her. Highly recommend her services!
