Emily was the absolute best! I hired her the week after I got engaged and it was the best decision I made - we could not have pulled off our wedding without her. We were not local at the time of planning our wedding so we heavily relied on her for all our vendor recommendations, including venue! Her connections in the wedding vendor community were so helpful in helping us choose the right vendors. She went above and beyond - even setting up FaceTime calls to walk us through the venue and suit rental store since we couldn't be there in person. From help hiring vendors & choosing a venue, design suggestions, running ceremony rehearsal and of course day of the wedding - working with Emily was flawless!!

I don’t know what I would have done without Emily! She made all of my Pinterest wedding ideas come to life. I worked with Emily throughout the process to coordinate our wedding as well as had her handle the design and decor. Emily is so easy to get along with, makes you feel like a friend, and handles her work so professionally. She always responded to any of my 1000 questions so quickly, and was willing to help with anything. She thought of so many details I would have totally looked over on my own. Approaching our wedding during this crazy Covid year having to make so many changes- Emily was my voice of calm that everything was going to work out and helped reduce so much stress for me. The day of our wedding, she 100% made my wedding vision come to life, I felt like it was out of a magazine, it was gorgeous. When our shuttle ran late due to road construction causing many of our guests to be late, Emily handled all of the coordination and managed the timeline so that everything still flowed perfectly. Truthfully, I didn’t even know anything was late until the next day when my husband told me. Thanks to Emily we were able to sit back and celebrate our night, and everything was perfect. I can’t say enough good things - and would absolutely recommend hiring Emily.

Emily coordinated all of our ceremony & reception decorations. She took our wedding pinterest board and brought it to life at our venue-we loved it so much! She kept us in the loop with all rentals and coordinated with the local florist for all of our flowers, as we were planning from a different state. We couldn't be happier with Emily's services!

We hired Emily for day of coordination. She was so helpful, not only the day of, but the weeks leading up to our wedding. She organized the arrival and set up of all of our vendors. She thought of things and brought things the day of that I never even thought of. She was so self sufficient and only asked questions when she really needed to. Our day turned out amazing. I was able to enjoy my time and not worry about all the details because Emily was on top of it.

Emily was fabulous. I truly needed someone to come in and be totally self-sufficient as I wanted to enjoy my wedding day. The money was so worth it and for what I was researching, Emily is on the affordable end of DOC services. She showed up for the rehearsal and solved so many problems we hadn't even noticed. On the day of she tackled all of the vendors and came to me minimally with any questions. She set up the event space, created a flow for the toasts, helped mange the music--everything I didn't want to and couldn't make space in my brain to plan or manage she took care of. She's also generally a sweetheart of a human being and it was a pleasure to have her positive energy on the day of. Very grateful for Emily!

Where to start! Having Emily as my daughter's wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in preparation for the event. This was a year long process with tons of out of town guests- wedding in the church, reception 20 miles away- large cocktail hour, sit down dinner...late night snack... specialty music and toasts and more and thanks to Emily every single detail came together in perfection! Having Emily meant that we didn't have to worry about a single detail. She had great ideas pre wedding- lots of helpful advice on timing- she was calm and capable during the big day...she was absolutely amazing! I can't imagine it would have gone as perfectly as it did without her there taking care of all the little details. Thank you Emily!

My husband and I worked with Emily for our October wedding and we were so pleased. Through the entire process she felt more like a friend than simply a professional relationship. Emily truly listened to and got to know us, which allowed her to capture our style and personalities. She was able and happy to add special requests (such as a father/daughter first look) to the shotlist to make sure she captured the moments that were most important to us, while also being careful to guide us through the quintessential poses as well. When an unexpected storm hit causing our big day to be windy and much colder than expected Emily didn’t blink an eye. She alternated everyone’s photo opportunities to keep us as warm as possible, and even embraced the fall spirit by photographing us snuggled up in blankets. We’re happy we can cherish our photo album for many years to come.

We hired Emily as our day of coordinator and she was the best money we spent on anything related to the wedding. She was lovely to work with and made it so we actually got enjoy the wedding instead of running around and trying to handle all the last minute things that always come up. She handled all the vendors, helped set up flowers, taped down table cloths because of unexpected wind and kept everything on schedule. She also cleaned up the entire dining room after dinner so the next day when we came back to break everything down, we had very little to do, which was such a relief. Hire her, you will not regret it!
